LA city hospital…
“Mom, you don’t have to come over, Claudia is fine now” Rose said.
She’s making a phone call outside Claudia’s ward, she’s talking to her mother-in-law.
“If only she wasn’t stubborn, if only she had listened to us.. this wouldn’t have happened”
“I know, mom, but it has already happened.. we thank God it wasn’t more than this” Rose said.
“Alright, I’ll bring some clothes and food for you two later”
“Thank you, mom, I should go now” Rose hanged up.
She leaned against the wall, took a deep breath and sighed.
Then she grabbed the door handle and pushed it opened, and stepped in.
She halted when she saw Claudia kneeling on the floor, she rushed towards her and tried to raise her up.
“Claudia, what are you doing? Get up!”
Claudia shook her head and started sniffling, soon, she breaks into quiet sobs.
“What’s going on? Why are you crying?” Rose asked.
Claudia couldn’t speak, she raised in her kneeling position and continued sobbing…
Rose stared at her with narrowed eyes, wondering why she’s crying.
“You were doing just fine when I left to get you food.. did something happened while I’m gone?” Rose asked.
“I’m sorry, mom, I’m sorry” Claudia cried.
Rose frowned more, she tensed and stared at Claudia without blinking her eyes..
This is the first time Claudia called her mom and said sorry to her, she looked behind her if there’s someone else.
To confirm if Claudia is actually talking to her, and really, Claudia is talking to her.
“I was a fool, mom, I’m sorry, I’m very sorry mom” she cried.
Rose shook her head slowly, tears rolled down her eyes.
“I disrespected you and was very rude to you… I have never regarded you as my mother, neither did I treated you as my mother… ”
She grabbed onto Rose’s hand and held it tightly.
“… I’m sorry, please, forgive me. I ignored your love for me and listened to my dad.. I didn’t know he was simply using me for his own selfish gain.. I didn’t realize I was just a pawn in his game until it was too late… ”
Rose fell on her knees and held Claudia’s shoulder, she’s an emotional wreck right now..
“… please forgive me, I’m sorry, I didn’t wanna be bad, I didn’t wanna be bad.. ”
“You’re not bad, my child, you were just confused”
“No! I’m bad, I shouldn’t have followed dad”
Rose embraced Claudia and pats her back gently, while Claudia continued crying out her lungs.
“Your dad just succeeded in manipulating your mind.. you thought what you were doing is the right thing because he made you believe it’s the right thing”
Claudia pulled away from the hug and held her chest, she cough lightly as she felt some tightness.
“What’s wrong?” Rose asked.
“It hurts..” Claudia replied as she rubbed her chest.
Then Rose remembered doctor Max advised not to let Claudia think or do anything emotional..she quickly got up.
She tried to help Claudia up, but Claudia wouldn’t agree.
“Don’t cry anymore, it’s not good for your health.. let’s forget about the past” Rose said.
Claudia shook her head in disagreement, she gulped slowly.
“Not until you forgive me!”
“I’m not mad at you, I don’t blame you for whatever happened”
“But I….”
Rose didn’t let her complete her words, she grabbed her arm and forcefully pulled her up…then helped her to the bed.
“Claudia, you are my daughter and I love you from the bottom of my heart.. I can’t stay mad at you”
Rose leaned forward and kissed Claudia’s forehead with a smile, then Claudia’s mind flashed back to her conversation with doctor Max.

Rose just left Claudia’s ward to get some food, the door pushed open and doctor Max walked in.
“Oh? Max?” Claudia called in a surprise tone.
“Yeah?” Doctor Max replied.
Claudia quickly adjusted herself on the bed, she sat upright.
“Why did you come back?”
Doctor Max walked straight to the small bedside table, he grabbed his stethoscope and waved it.
“I forgot my stethoscope” he replied.
“Oh!”
He nod and head to the door, he opened it and wanted to step out.. but he halted and turned back.
He walked closer to Claudia, he sat on the couch next to her bed.. he reached for a tangerine and peeled it for her.
“Thank you” Claudia said with a blush on her cheeks.
Doctor Max simply nod, he stared at Claudia as she started eating the tangerine..he smiled at her.
“I know I’m an outsider and I have no rights to interfer in your family issues..”
She paused and listened to what he have to say.
“…but please, pardon me to say this”
“Ok, go on, please” Claudia said.
“I heard the way you talked to your Mom just now, it’s very wrong… You’re not a kid and you’re supposed to know you should talk properly to your mom”
He paused.
Claudia couldn’t speak, she just stayed silent and listened to him speak.
“Do you know how much that woman cried when you were rushed in.. covered in blood? Can’t you tell that woman loves you so much and can do anything and everything to male you happy?”
Doctor Max sighed. “I don’t have a mom.. and I envy those who have.. I pity those who don’t value their mom.. they don’t know what they have until they’ll lose it”
By now Claudia had stopped eating her tangerine, she look away from doctor Max as she felt tears threatening to roll down.
“Your mom was so scared, she thought she would lose you and she was begging us to save you..she was crying to God to save you and being rude is how you pay her back?”
He shook his head.
“Moms are the greatest and biggest blessing God gave us.. we should cherish, love and honor them while they’re still with us.. Claudia, I’d advise you apologize to your mom and start treating her right”
He got up, smiled at her.
He leaned forward and wiped her tears that’s already rolling down, he took her hand and kssed her knuckles.
“That kss is to say sorry if I had overstepped my boundaries!” He said and head out.
Claudia stared at her knuckles which he just kssed, she blushed..*was he fl!rting with me?*
Then again, she remembered his words..

“Claudia!” Rose snapped Claudia back to reality.
Claudia blinked and stared at her, Rose stretched a plate of fries to her.
“Eat something, you must be very hungry”
“Thanks, mom” Claudia said.
Rose chuckled lightly. “I guess I’ll need some time to adjust to this changes” she said.

Anastasia’s pov ?
My heart pound faster with each second as I stared at my phone.. I have been trying to call Klaus.. Matilda and Marcus.. but couldn’t get through to any of them.
“Please stop the car! Stop this car!” I pleaded.
He didn’t stop, neither did he turned back to yell at me for disturbing him.. is he a robot?
“Help! Help! I’m getting kidnapped!” I screamed hitting the window.
What a foolish idea, as if anyone would hear me.
After some minutes, the car jerked forward and stopped, I looked out the window and realized we’re outside Klaus’ mansion.
“Huh? What’s going on?” I asked myself.
Wasn’t I getting kidnapped? How did we end up arriving at Klaus’ mansion?
“Miss Lopez, we’re here!”
“Graham?!” I asked.
I quickly leaned forward and looked at his face… It’s Graham!
He smiled at me and pointed towards the front door.. Klaus and Marcus stood there, waving at me.
I turned back to Graham.
“Why are you driving a taxi?” I asked him.
“I don’t know either” he replied.
“You don’t know?”
He shook his head.
“Mr Statham just told me to drive the taxi… and pick you up immediately I see you come out of Dr ghost’s pharmacy”
“Then why didn’t you say anything when I was screaming my lungs out?” I queried him.
“He said I shouldn’t speak to you”
I nod.. well done, Mr Statham! How dare you threaten me!
I quickly grabbed the door handle and pushed it open.. I jumped off and stormed towards them angrily.
Marcus whispered something in Klaus’ ear and Klaus elbowed him..he walked towards me with a smile.
“Welcome home, baby!” He said as he met me halfway.
“Klaus, what were you trying to do?! Were you trying to kill me?!”
He chuckled and pulled me flushed against him, he crashed his lips on mine and gave me a sweet short kiss.
“I was just trying something out”
“What were you trying out by giving me a heart attack?”
He sighed and lead us towards the front door, Marcus winked at me but I glared at him in return.
He held the door open, Klaus and I entered.. but he didn’t come in with us.. he waved at us instead.
“I should head home now and let you have your lovey dovey time!”
Klaus frowned.
“I don’t wanna be the third wheel.. I’ll keep you posted!” He said and slammed the door shut.
I raised an eyebrow at Klaus, he puffed out some air and led me to a sofa.. he sat down and made me sat on his lap.
“So.. why did you made Graham kidnapped me?” I asked.
“I knew you’d act crazy after watching that news, so, I made Graham kidnapped… ”
I cut him off with a scoffed.
“That’s low!”
He grinned. “I also did it to warn you”
“To warn me?”
“Yeah, so you wouldn’t jump into random cabs.. you should always watch well before jumping into cabs.. what if it was a real kidnapping?”
“Oh!”
He’s right. I should have stopped for a second and check the taxi before I jumped in… I don’t think straight when I sense danger.
“But are you alright? What did the police say? Have they found who really killed Liam?” I asked in one breath.
My stomach growled just as he’s about to reply me, his gaze averted to my stomach and he laughed.
“It seems like my son is hungry!”
“It seem like” I said.
I haven’t eaten since we left aunt’s place.
“Come on, I’ll make noodles for you”

Mrs Statham’s pov ?
Statham’s Villa…
“Grandma, I’ll go hang it in my room!” Bill said.
He’s holding up the cartoon characters he drew.. some superhero of some sort.
“I’ll show my mum when she gets back” he said.
“You did a very good job!” I commend him.
He ran off to his room happily, I sighed and lean back on my rocking chair.
The news I heard about a murder at Statham enterprise is bothering me..
what if the police couldn’t find the real murderer? Does that mean my son will be arrested?
I was deep in my thoughts, when I heard the doorbell rang… I got up and head to the door.
Blood drained off my face, when I opened the door and saw who was standing outside…I staggered back.
“Anthony?”
He smirked.
“Elizabeth… Long time no, no see!” He said.
He pushed me out of the way and walked in as if he own the place… No! Why now?!
“Everything looks the same.. just like it was 13years ago!” He said looking around.
“What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be in Greece?”
He left after everything, then what is he doing here?
“I came to visit my NEPHEW…” He emphasized on the word nephew. “… and also to ask you a favor!”
“What favor?”
He slumped onto a sofa and stared at me with a smirk.
“Who is Anastasia Lopez?” He asked.
I narrowed my eyes, who told him about Anastasia? Does he know that Anastasia is Nina?
“I’m waiting… Who is Anastasia Lopez?”
“I don’t know”
He frowned.
“You don’t know?”
He got up, he walked closer to me.. he stood in front of me and crossed his arms on his chest.
“Well, I wanted us to do this the easy way.. but it seems we’re doing it the hard way!”
“What do mean?”
He sighed deeply and pinched the bridge of his nose.
“Have you forgotten about Nicklaus’s background?”
I tensed.. no! He threatened me with this before.. he wouldn’t!
“My family already know about Nicklaus’s background.. it’s no longer a secret around here!”
He laughed.
“Yeah.. I know. But it’s a very big secret to the media and I believe it’s gonna make the headlines tomorrow!”
“Anthony, you’re pushing your luck… Leave now!” I growled.
He shook his head.
“I should leave? Are you not scared I’m gonna tell the media that Nicklaus is not my brother’s son?!”
I didn’t speak, I simply stared at him.
“He’s not a Statham! Are you not scared I’ll tell the media how you cheated on my brother with his best friend?!”
I balled my fist and glared at him.
“I didn’t cheat, he raped me!”
Tears welled up in my eyes as my mind flashed back to the scene…that was the darkest day of my life.
“How are we sure he raped you? Weren’t…”
The door burst open and cut him off.
“Mom?” I heard Rhoda called me, I but I didn’t turn to face her.
I kept glaring at Anthony, then Rhoda walked towards me.. she frowned when she saw my tears.
“Mom? What happened?” She asked.
I shook my head as I couldn’t speak. Anthony sighed and she turned to face him.
“Uncle Anthony?”
