I entered Alfredo’s ward and noticed that he was not staying the same way he was when I left. I’ve been watching him and later left to get a bottle of water.
Did he wake up or something? His position kinda changed and it bothered me.
“I have to call the doctor” and I left the ward and hurried to go call the doctor.

•A week later•
I opened my eyes slowly and the sun rays hit me on the eyes. And it kinda hurt me in a way.
“Damn! The sun is so bright” I said.
I looked at myself and a life support and syringe was on me. I took them all off and sat up. I sat on the bed and tried recalling the previous events and everything was like it all happened yesterday. And it was like I was having a dream and yes Nicky!
I’m really missing her and I wanna see her so badly. She’s like the only and first person I wanna see now
“Nicky!” I called slowly and quietly like she’s gonna appear in front of me and give me a warm embrace. I really need to see that smile that gladdens my heart and soul.
I heard a creak and looked at the door. The door knob turned and a feminine figure entered. I tried recalling that face and it wasn’t Nicky, no Nicky is way prettier than wat I was seeing and yes I remember that’s Amber. And I grew angry all of a sudden.
“Oh my God! Alfred” she yelled?
“Wat are u doing here?”
“I came to keep u company”
“Wat fking company are u talking about. Get ur fking a*$ out of here… Get out… Ahh” I said and held my chest.
“Get out!” I said and she shivered a bit.
Then my mum and sister entered too.
“Alfred” my mum said and came towards me for a warm embrace.
“Where’s Nicky?” I said and her mood changed.
“Ain’t u happy to see us?” Jade asked.
“Where’s Nicky?” I asked again and the 3 of them became angry.
“She’s in jail” my mum finally said.
“Wat did u say?”

“Juan I’m not gonna say this to u again. You better quit smoking else I’m gonna hand u over to the rehab”
“You ain’t gonna do that”
“I am. And I don’t care and u know wat you’re doing is wrong. How could u smuggle drugs into this country at your age. Wat if u get arrested and u know the kind of crime u committed is really punishable”
“Who cares? Its my life and you’re not gonna run it for me. You’re not” she said and rolled her eyes.
“Are u mad! Are u talking to me like that” and I almost slapped her if not for Noah’s intervention.
“Relax Kay, calm down. She’s still ur little sister and she only needs advice for her to quit drugs”
“Cousin Noah there’s no other advice I haven’t given to her. She’s jxt too stubborn and headstrong. I’ve tried my best to change her but its a mission in possible. I can’t do this alone anymore. My brothers have to and besides I don’t care about her life and welfare anymore” I said and left angrily…
I’m tired, I won’t kill myself cos of that spoilt brat. I’m done changing her, its not my responsibilities anyways. My brothers are not concerned anymore so should I.

“You all are so stupid. You’re all bunch of idiots” Alfredo kept yelling.
“Calm down. You’re gonna hurt yourself, you’re not properly recovered” Jade said and tried to touch him but he pushed her and she fell.
Actually Alfredo forced himself out of the hospital and we’re at home. We’re still in Spain though.
“How could u guys arrest her. How could u?” He said.
“But she shot u” Mrs Dickson said.
“She did wat? Are u mad. Listen to ur self. Jxt listen to ur self. I give u guys jxt an hour to bring her out of anywhere u kept her and from now never speak to me again. NEVER”
“Calm down Alfred” I said and he came towards me and gave me a very hot slap.
“Never call my name again” he said and stomped off leaving me in pain.
“Mrs Dickson he slapped me” I said and she slapped me again.
“Its all your fault. Get out of my presence” she yelled and gave me another slap making it 3 slaps in a day?
