” Is that what you want? He asked.
I nodded my head.
He kssed my forehead.
I smiled and placed my head on his chest.
I broke the hug.
” Let’s go” i said.
He smiled nodding his head.
We got back into the room.
I met a guy standing in the room.
” Release them” Nathaniel said.
He untied them and went out of the room with a bow.
Mum felled on her knees holding my legs.
I gasped.
” Am sorry rose, please forgive me” she cried.
I carried her up.
I looked at her and used my thumb to wipe off her tears.
” I have wrong you so much rose, I have hurt you for no reason, am sorry” she cried.
Tears welled up in my eyes.
I cleaned it.
” Believe me rose, I tried looking for you but I couldn’t find you, I really felt bad for treating you badly, am sorry”
” It’s okay, mum it’s all in the past now and I have forgiven you” i said.
” Why did you and your husband abused her? Nathaniel asked coldly.
” Am sorry, please forgive me, i was jealous of rose, even though she was my daughter she grew up into a very beautiful woman.. my husband like her a lot…I ..I.. thought one day she will take my husband away from me..that was why I changed all of a sudden towards her she never really offended me..she has been the best daughter to me” she said tears gushed out of her eyes.
” Really? Nath scoffed.
I sighed.
” It’s okay”.
” Please forgive me my child, I never knew what came over me, am sorry” Dad pleaded.
” It’s okay dad”
” Jack” Nathaniel called
He came inside and bowed.
” Get them something to change into while we take our leave” Nathaniel said.
I gave mum and dad a side hug..
” Thank you my child” Dad said
” Thank you rose”
I nodded my head and went out of the room with Nathan.
We got into the car.
The driver drove off.
” You know you have a very good heart, I can’t believe you forgave them so easily after all what they did to you” he said.
I smiled.
,” Life is too short to hold grudges..my heart is too beautiful for animosity beside they were once my parents” I said.
” You are such a rare gem” he said sweetly.
I laughed..
” So are you going to the office? I asked.
” Yes but I have a business party tonight and you will be coming along” he said.
I gasped.
” Me?
” Yes, you rose, you are coming with me to the party” he said.
” But why didn’t you tell me before?
” Oops I forgot” he said scratching his head.
I hit his arm
He smiled.
” Don’t worry too much, everything is in order” he said.
The driver parked
We came out of the car.
I gasped staring at the large building.
This is one of his company.
We got inside .
The workers were bowing as he walked in.
Some greeted him but he snubbed them off..
He is just a big snob.
Some looked scared when they saw him.
We got into the elevator.
I guess privately for him.
We got into his office.
I stood there shocked.
Extremely large and well equipped.
” You can sit” Nath said.
” What will I be doing here? I asked.
” Just sit and stare at my handsome face” he said.
I laughed.

? Nathaniel ?
” The kids should be home by now” rose said.
” Uhnmmmm..okay let’s go home” i said.
We got into the car and drove off.
We got into the sitting room and met the kids there.
They are back from school.
” Mum, Dad” they yelled happily when they sighted us.
I squat to their level and hugged them.
” Where were you mum? Angel asked.
” I actually went out with your dad” she said.
” To where? Mabel asked.
” To the office” rose said.
” Mum, we are very hungry” Angel said.
” Okay, let’s prepare dinner” she said.
” Why prepare? Why don’t we get dinner outside? I asked.
” No dad, we want mum’s food” Mabel said.
” It’s very delicious” Angel beamed.
” Okay girls, let’s go to the kitchen” rose said.
” I will come with you” I said.
Mabel and Angel gasped looking at each other.
” Dad? They called.
” Yes, what’s wrong? I asked.
” You, in the kitchen? Angel asked.
” Do you think it is only your mum who knows how to cook? I asked.
They stood there staring at me.
” I can cook more better than your mum” i said.
” Dad, Nath” they called simultaneously.
” Am off to the kitchen” i said walking away.

Nathaniel in the kitchen?
Who could have taught someone like Nathaniel will know how to cook.
He really knows how to cook.
I laughed.
We prepared the dinner and ate silently.
I cleared the dinning.
” I will be in my room now to get ready” Nath said walking away.
” Let’s go” I told the kids
We got into their room.
I freshened them up.
They wore their night wears and lay on the bed.
” Goodnight mum” they said.
” Goodnight” i smiled.
They fell asleep.
I covered them with the duvet properly and kssed their foreheads.
I got into my room and saw a package on my bed.
I smiled.
Am sure it is from Nathaniel.
” But when?
I opened it .
It is a black down accompanied with a heel.
I got into my bathroom and freshened up.
I wore the gown.
It fits me perfectly and brought out my shape.
I apply little make up.
I curled my hair.
The door opened..
” I hope you are….
I turned.
Nathaniel stood at the door.
His eyes roaming my body..
My cheek flushed.
” Nath….
” You look beautiful and hot rose” he said walking Inside.
He turned me facing the mirror.
He brought out a shining diamond necklace from his pocket.
I gasped.
He wore it on me.
I smiled.
I turned to look at him.
We stared at each other.
He brought his lips closer to my mine.
I closed my eyes slowly expecting him to kss me.
He did, he crushed his lips on mine.
I responded.
We kssed passionately.
He broke the kss.
My cheeks flushed red
He winked at me.
I smiled and looked away.
” Let’s go” he said.
We got into the car, the driver drove off.
The driver parked the car.
I guess we are at the venue.
We got out.
Nathaniel came to my side and held my waist.
I stiffened a bit and looked at him.
He winked and smiled
As we walked in.
People flashed their cameras at they took pictures of us.
We got inside.
Everyone turned to look at us.
” Hi Alex” Nathaniel greeted someone.
” Hi Nathan” he said looking at me.
” Who is the beautiful lady beside you? He asked.
” She is my wife” Nathaniel said sternly.
I looked at him surprised.
He smiled.
The party went fine with Nathan introducing me to people as his wife.
He really consider me as his wife.
I smiled.
The reporter asked him questions.
??We are happy to see you here Mr Nathaniel Raymond??
Nath nodded his head.
?? Please can you tell us who is this lady beside you because there is a rumour going round that she is your wife ??
?? Please what do you have to say??
Nathaniel looked at me.
Then the reporters
” Yes she is my wife and the mother of my kids” he said..
I smiled.
??But..
” Do you have a problem with that? Nath asked coldly.
We walked away from them and got into the car.
We finally got home.
We entered the sitting room.
I hugged him tightly.
” Thank you” i whispered.
” You are welcome”
I broke the hug.
He looked at me r©mantically and carried me in a bridal style.
Climbing the stairs..
We got into his room.
He dropped me and wrapped his hands on my waist.
I wrapped my hands round his neck.
Our lips met each other.
We kssed each passionately.
We fell on the bed still kssing.
He climbed on me.
