Episode 59

“Congratulations, Zoey,” the unfamiliar lady said as she approached and gently placed the baby in my arms.

I was weak, but in that moment, I didn’t care. I held him delicately, willing to do anything just to have him in my embrace, to touch him.

That was precisely how I felt.

More tears streamed down my cheeks as I stared at him in astonishment.

I couldn’t believe I had just given birth to a child. I had brought a new life into the world. I had become a mother.

Oh my goodness!

He continued crying in my hands, and his voice sounded like music to my ears.

At that moment, the pain no longer mattered. As I gazed into his adorable face, I realized I had another reason to live.

With tears still trickling down my face, I smiled and gently kssed his head.

Aww, this is so heartwarming. I never knew motherhood could evoke such emotions.

PREGNANT FOR A PRINCE : EPISODES 51 – 60

The King
“You fools!!! How on earth did she escape?” I yelled at the incompetent guards standing before me.

“Do you really want to be this useless? Do you want to lose your worthless heads???”

“We apologize, my King,” they bowed.

“We… we can’t explain how it happened. I was at my post, and suddenly, a strong gust of wind knocked me out.” The first one explained.

“Same here, my King. I also felt a strong gust of wind that sent me into a deep sleep.

We’re sorry for failing you, my King. But we suspect that magic might be involved,” the second one replied, and I clenched my fist, attempting to control my anger.

Dmn it! Where did that lady run off to? Where??? How did she manage to escape?

I immediately turned to the guards.

“Now listen to me carefully,” I said sternly. “This must remain a secret.

No one, and I mean no one, should find out that she has escaped before tomorrow morning.”

“If anyone discovers it before then, not only will I kll you, but your entire families as well. Is that understood?”

“Yes, my king,” they replied in unison.

Perfect.

Zosar must not be informed about this. The wedding must proceed no matter what.

And that little girl… I hope I find her soon.

Zoey’s Perspective:

I sat on the bed and smiled as I watched the baby suckling from one of my bbs.

His lips were tiny and sweet, and as he latched onto my tip, I felt a tingling sensation.

He was incredibly beautiful.

His hair was soft and curly, his eyes still closed, his nose tiny, and his lips wrapped around my tip.

His tiny palms remained closed for now.

Wow! It was the most exquisite thing ever! I couldn’t help but shed a tear.

Suddenly, the door opened, and I turned to see the unfamiliar lady walking in.

She introduced herself as Hannah.

She entered with a hat and placed it on my baby’s head before sitting beside me.

Honestly, I didn’t know how else to express my gratitude because she had been immensely helpful.

She brought me here, claiming it was her home, where I could clean up and bathe my baby.

Although my legs still ached.

“Have you thought of a name?” she asked, gazing at the baby’s face.

I smiled.

“Axel,” I replied, also gazing at him. He was unbelievably cute and lovely that I wanted to devour him!

“Axel,” she repeated with a nod.
“Nice name.”

I smiled and adjusted my position to prevent my baby from blocking his nose as he suckled.

“Um…thank you for helping me,” I finally decided to say since that was our first quiet moment together.

I looked at her, but she didn’t say a word, and I took my eyes back to my baby.
