Moving forward she ran from there and as she ran, a hand pulled her making her stumble.
Before she could scream a hand was placed over her mouth.
“She I’m here to help you” he said making Red realize he was the one Poco spoke of.
The man that would help her.
“Poco…”
“She sent me to you. Let’s go” he said pulling her along.
“But she’s there. We have to help her”
“She’s fine. She’s not the one the alpha wants” he said pulling her along with him.
Even when Red resisted, she couldn’t help but sigh hoping Poco would be okay.
Together they both ran forward.
More footsteps were heard getting louder and closer to them.
It wasn’t one, not two but multiple thuds and growls.
Once more a howl rang out in the air.
“Run faster” he said making her weak body to force itself to move.
An opening out of the forest was seen and right there was a vehicle parked to the side.
Right before they could get to it, a huge wolf jumped in front of them grabbing the man by the jaw.
Flinging him into the air, Red watched as the man turned to a huge beast himself.
Just the same size as the one in front of them.
Just as they fought ferociously with their canines protruding, another beast joined in making Evelyn to yell even more.
It was now two against one.
She didn’t stay there as she turned taking another route running as fast as she could.
A loud whimper was heard through the air and when she turned, a beast was down.
Blood hovering all over it’s body.
Red recognised it to be the same beast from the man who planned to help her and in the next moment, they attacked putting an end to his life.
Her eyes went wide, feet moved forward till she came to a hill which stopped her steps as below was a river.
Wanting to take another path, she was stopped when the two beast emerged from the woods.
Blood dropping down their lips.
Fear gripped Red as she knew this was her end and not knowing what next to do, she quickly drank the potion filling the bitter taste before jumping down into the water.
A splash was heard.
Water surrounded her, her hands flaring wanting to swim.
She was foolish to jump.
She couldn’t swim!
“Help me” she shouted as she found herself going under.
“Help!” She yelled and the more her lips parted, the more water penetrated slipping into her mouth.
The current drew her down pulling her to the depths of the lake.
Her eyes closed and her body turned weak and just then, she felt a hand.
She felt someone grab on to her pulling her up.
The next moment, she was out of the water and on to the solid ground making her gasp for air.
Her hair dripped with water covering her face, knees to the ground as she coughed violently.
When she turned, she saw not just two beasts but four huge wild beasts.
In front of her, they all turned to their human form.
They made a way and from amongst them, Drakko emerged.
His gaze dark and dangerous as he stared at her figure.
Red cowered back in fear, her head turned to the ground and hands clutched her heart.
“Think you can run?” He asked with a smirk as he glared at her.
“Lift up your face” he demanded.
Tears fell down her eyes but she remained in her position.
As he stepped forward to stand in front of her, his height towering over her, she heard him growl.
In fear, she stood to her feet lifting up her head to meet his dark eyes.
Instantly, shock filled Drakko’s eyes as he muttered.
“Agatha.
MY AGATHA”
