“I’m so pissed off right now, how can Stanley support his sister instead of me, his fiancee!” I grunted as Steve dropped me home, I threw my purse angrily on the couch and followed
“Your way of speaking was too informal and harsh, how can you tell Elvira to get out of her brother’s house just because her brother is your fiance” Steve said
I stood up and clapped sarcastically
“Oh good, so my own brother is also against me, bravo!” I shot
“Rihana, anybody will say this, you’re the one at fault”
“She called me an illegitimate child, do you know the meaning of that?, It means she’s saying I’m a b@stard!” I said, stumping my foot on the ground
“You caused it all, and as your senior brother, I’m telling you you’re at fault here, good day” he said and left
“Aaarrrrggh!!!!” I shouted angrily and my voice box almost cracked
“Elvira must pay for this”

After Steve took Rihana home, Elvira also left in anger
I’m glad to be alone again, those guys are nothing but pure trouble, and Rihana, if this is how she’s going to continue to be rude to Elvira, I think I’ll need to reconsider
I felt thirsty and went downstairs for water, I came back upstairs and realized I forgot my phone in the kitchen, I went back downstairs to get it
Ouch, why is my brain like this?, I really need some stuffs like library ink, notes, files and others in the house but I’ve got no maid, I think I’ll need to go back on my words this time, I’ll get only one maid, a personal maid…
I picked my phone and ranged madam Sheila, she’s the one who is in charge of getting maids
?? I want a personal maid here tommorow morning

?? I guess so, tommorow morning she must be here, just one

I hanged up and fell on my bed, I can finally observe my siesta

Today is such a busy day in the shop as we have a lot of customers, the rice cakes aren’t even enough, Helga had to make another round for sale
“Today’s a good day” she wishpered
“Sure, but my back hurts” I replied sincerely
“I’ll give you a warm massage when we get home” she said and I smiled
Her phone ranged and she picked

?? There’s a job for your niece
?? Really?, I can’t believe this
?? Well you have to believe it, my boss’s son just called me and said he wants a personal maid, immediately my mind drifted to when you told me your niece is in need of a job
?? You’re a lifesaver indeed, so when is she starting?
?? Tommorow morning, and she’ll be living there so she should go to the Armstrong mansion early tommorow morning

She hanged up and faced me
“Elle, you got a job!” She announced
“What!, Are you for real?”
“I can’t possibly joke about a thing like this, you got a job as a personal maid and you’ll be living with your boss, you don’t have to cook, just run errands and get him his needs”
“I don’t want to leave dad” I grunted
“I know Elle, you gotta do this for your dad, don’t worry, I’ll take care of Uncle for you, and I can take in an attendant to help me in the shop” she said
“Am I really going tommorow morning?”
“Yes, early tomorrow morning” Helga answered

Elle woke up early today and quickly got dressed after packing her loads
“Dad, I know you’ll miss me but I promise to come check on you every weekend, I’ll call every day” she said and hugged uncle
“Just work diligently my princess, I’ll eat and sleep well, you should do the same” he said and they hugged again
“She should be on her way” I said as they disengaged
I saw her off at the bus station and waved till her bus is out of sight

I got to the Armstrong Villa and entered the gate, surprisingly,the house is so quiet…
I marvelled at the sight,it’s so beautiful…
I’m still on that when a voice startled me
“You’re two minutes late and all you can do is stare at the building?”
I got out of my daydream and saw him, tall, spotless, dark hair that’s shinning from the reflection of the morning sun, handsome face, full eyebrows that looks as if someone carved them which altogether makes him look adorable, he’s my boss I think but he should be my age
“Good morning sir”
“You’re the maid?” He asked, regardless of my greetings
“Yes sir”
“Follow me” he said and entered, I did too and saw more things to marvel about, it’s like paradise itself
“Concentrate!” He snapped and my heart skipped
“Yes sir!” I said hurriedly
He took me to a room
“This will be your room as my personal maid, you must wake up 7:0clock everyday and make me hot coffee, I only take cappuccino, you’ll mix my bath, no need to cook cos I like cooking by myself, then you’ll always go with me everywhere I go so I can send you errands, both in the house and outside the house,” he explained
“Yes sir” I answered
“Good, you’ll be payed thirty thousand dollars monthly” he said and my face shone with smiles, the money is a whole lot
“Thanks sir” I said
“Take this” he said and I took a note and ATM from him
“That’s the list of the things I need right now, go get them, that ATM will be with you from now on, anytime I want anything, just withdraw and get it” he ordered
“This early morning……
“Are you out of your mind?, Just do as you’re told, no questions, my driver will take you” he said and when I was about to go
“What’s your name?” He asked
“Hellen, Elle for short” I answered
“Now go” he said
” Boss, May I know your name too?”
“Who are you to know my name?, Just get what I sent you, you have just twenty minutes” he said and my eyes widened
“Twenty minutes?, There are like twenty items here, how am I going to…. twenty minutes” I stammered as I rushed out
