Episode 22.
As they stepped into the car, brother Emeka was reluctant to enter.
Pastor Mike: Brother Emeka get in.
Brother Emeka: Pastor, honestly I dont think I can embark on this spiritual war. I dont think am prepared for it.
Man: Brother, if you know you ain’t prepared dont go o,
Pastor Mike: What are you talking about? Are you scared? Get in let’s go.
Brother Emeka: it’s not like am scared pastor, its just that I am not prepared.
Brother Clinton: Brother Emeka, here is a battle for our friend Mr Ade and you are running? Where is the warrior in you. I though you said you were ready to fight the Lord’s battle.
Brother Emeka: its not like any thing, I am not just ready. You guys should be going, I will be praying for you from here.
Pastor Mike: (shutting the door) its alright.
He drives off.
Man: My brother you are a wise man. Go and inform your church people to start planning their burial because they won’t come back.
Brother Emeka: Are you serious?
Man: Do you think am joking?
Brother Emeka: heh! So this is how pastor Mike just decided to die, and he decided to drag sister Mary and brother Clinton along with him.
Man: Did you know that the girl and hwe family were staying in that house?
Brother Emeka: I dont know o, I dont know anything o, I was on my own when pastor Mike just called me to come this evening o, it is God that even brought you so that you can tell us the danger we are getting into. So that you can tell me. God used you to tell me.
Man: That girl came to me this morning na, I had to run.
Brother Emeka: That brother Ade is a very stubborn man. Very stubborn. Do you know his last daughter is already dead?/and another of his daughter is missing. Who knows, she may be dead too. I was wondering what calamity has befallen his family I didn’t know it was something huge like this.
Man: Are you serious? So his daughter died. It has started. They will all die.
Brother Emeka: And they just called me from my house to come and die for what I know nothing about. God forbid it! I dodge this one.
Man: my brother you dodge am o.
Brother Emeka: Am going home. Let me go and wait for the news of how they ended their lives.
Man : its a pity!
Brother Emeka: thank you my brother for saving my life.
Man: go home brotherly, you will hear the news.
They parted ways.
