Episode 24.
The attack on sister Mary didn’t come as a surprise to pastor Mike but it brought dear to brother Clinton and pastor Mike noticed it. For brother Clinton stood rooted to the ground, he was virtually shaking from head down. It tool pastor Mike calling him to bring him back to himself.
Pastor Mike: (sweating seriously) Brother Clinton, dont just stand there, you must remember you are in a battle field and the devil is not smiling.
Brother Clinton: Pastor, sister Mary is not moving.
Pastor Mike: I can see that. But I know that God who has sent us here will not leave us in shame. He will grant us victory.
A loud laugh was heard in the house and then a voice followed.
Voice: Leave now why you still can. This family is mine and you can’t deliver them.
Loveth: You lie! My family belongs to God, we are sold to Him and Him alone.
Voice: you dwell in my property and so you are mine.
Loveth: Naked we came and naked we wikk return, you have no property here. The dead have no property.
Pastor Mike: He who the Lord sets free is free indeed. No more chains are bounding them. The Ade’s are free, they are delivered, I set them free in the name of Jesus! And I command you evil spirit, return to the pit of hell where you belong in the name of Jesus.
Pastor Mike held the Bible high and quoted different scriptures from it.
Pastor Mike: whatever we bind on earth is bind in heaven. I bind you evil spirit and I send you to the bottomless pit and I say remain there till Jesus comes.
There was a loud cry of a man in pains. The sound of wailing filled the air.
Mt and Mrs Ade and sister Mary started jerking on the floor. Even John started vomiting black liquid from his mouth. The atmosphere was tensed as Loveth kept on praying along side with pastor Mike and brother Clinton.
Finally, it stopped. Everywhere was calm. The sounds were gone. Mr Ade opened his eyes and stood up looking around, He didnt know what happened.
Mr Ade: what is going on here? What happened here?
Pastor Mike: Thank you Jesus for victory, thank you for giving us the victory.
Brother Clinton ran to help sister Mary up, she sat down looking at herself.
Loveth: Daddy thank God you are awake.
Mr Ade: what happened here?
And then John walked into the room, looking very weak and tired brother Clinton helped him sit on a chair
John: Daddy I feel so weak.
Mr Ade was still confused, he didnt know what was going on, and then he saw his wife on the ground, he quickly ran to help her up. But Mrs Ade was bleeding seriously, when she fell she had hit her head on a bench and got a deep cut.
Pastor Mike: We have to take her to the hospital. Brother Clinton stay here with the children.
Brother Clinton: No o pastor, we will all go together.
Pastor Mike: But the car won’t contain all of us.
Brother Clinton: We will manage sir, we will manage.
Pastor Mike:/Okay let’s go.
And that is how they all got into the car and drove off.
