KARLA
My Mom was flaffing as usual— not even half-way through packing her stuff, yet still having managed to scatter the whole house. I watched from my sit position on the couch already set for you and still pissed at myself about last night.
“Mom I’m going to be late for school”I scowled, she always complain about me delaying her and now she is delaying me.
“I have no business with you”She replied as she use a wipe to clean Alex mouth stained with butter from the bread.
“What do you mean?”
“Ryan is waiting for you outside you should leave now”She said and I frown realizing I still have to go in their car.
“Mom why can’t I_”
“Karla you shouldn’t keep them waiting”She said and I stomp my foot on the ground before I exit the house.
I close the door behind me and turned to see Ryan already outside dressed up and leaning on the car.
“Good morning”he said, immediately he notice me and I just snub him and went to sit in the car.
Where is Leo?.
He sit at the driver seat and ignited the engine.
“Isn’t Leo going.”I asks feeling stupid about been concerned about him in the first place.
“You seems to care so much about Leo”he said and I suddenly went dumb.
“It non of your business”I replied and seat back while he drive off without telling me where exactly Leo is.
We arrive in school in no time and I alighted without saying a word to him.
“Karla”he called but I just walk away ignoring him and I was so glad I meet Hannah outside.
“Morning”
“Hi girlfriend”She seems happy this morning.
“Seems you are in a good mood”I said as we walk to our locker.
“Do you think you are the only one that is allowed to be happy”She said and I was confused.
“What do you mean?”
“Look at you, ever since you lose your Virginity you’ve been acting all weird”She said.
“Huh?”
“Comm’n you lost your Virginity to the hottest guy in Wesley college isn’t that worth it? All girls are dying to be in your shoe”
“Are you for real?!?”
“Yes like am for real?”
“He doesn’t even remember me”I yelled and it caught few of the student attention.
“And who doesn’t remember you”a very familiar voice said and I turn to see the pink angels girls approaching us.
“Please save me”I Muttered to Hannah and she scoffed.
“Hi girls”I pretended not to hear her question.
“I believe you aren’t deaf”Emily slam me and I swallow my gut.
“Nothing I meant I don’t remember our history class assignment, isn’t it Hannah”I fake a laugh as I face Hannah but her face no emotion.
“Can you just quit it girlfriend”Hannah said and I sigh in disappointment.
“It non of your business okay? And can you stop disturbing my girlfriend or else I will be force to rip your hairs off”Hannah threatened as she drag my hand and pull me away from them.
“I will definitely deal with you very soon”She screamed in frustration and Hannah laugh making me laugh too.
We walk to the class talking about the novel I just finish reading as we head back to class.
I walk into the class and surprisingly Leo was already in his seat which is right beside me. I exchange glance with Hannah and she just shrug pulling my hand and we walk to our seat.
“Good morning Karla”he muttered but I just like I didn’t hear and face Hannah ignoring him and acting like he doesn’t exit.
“So tell me, what do you mean by he doesn’t remember”Hannah said and my eye almost popped out.
“Can we not talk about this now?”I asks.
“Why?”
“Because_”I gave her a face and she gasped.
“I’m sorry”She muttered and I sigh in relief.
The class was getting occupied and Ryan is already in the class and as usual taking my spot by getting into an unnecessary conversation with Hannah.
I’m not interested in what they are saying but instead I brought out the unfinished novel I was reading and use my school book to cover the book cover so no one would notice what I’m reading.

“Arrrrrgh”I scowled as I walk back to our personal school room angrily as scatter the book on the shelves.
“Take it easy Emily”Lisa said.
“Oh yeah, I’m taking it easy when my chance to be the most beautiful girl in school is getting ruined”
“What do you mean?”Kate said and slump on the couch making her bounce twice before grabbing the pillow.
“Do you guy even know the reason why I hate that girl?”
“Karla?”
“Yes”
“I thought we were just having fun?”Lisa shrugged as she sit beside Kate.
“Are you guys blind?, that girl can ruin every damn thing we planned for since all this year’s”
“Huh?”
“If you get to date that Harr’s brother then we are nobody”
“No way”Kate slammed.
“We need to do something about her fast”
“I saw her with Leo last night at the club but they didn’t come in”Lisa said and my eye widened.
“What?!”
“Actually they kissed too, I think they are in a relationship or something”Lisa said and I scowled.
“Are you crazy?”
“That isn’t my business but there is this particular girl from last night”She said and caught my attention.
“What about her?”
“I don’t know but I think something is wrong somewhere”
“What?”
“It not Normal apart from the fact they are neighbors, the two of them really care about her and it not a news Ryan drop her in school every morning now”Kate said and my fist clenched.
“Let do it the Normal we do and see how she get out”
“Are you thinking what I’m thinking”Lisa said and I smiled.
“Actually I think of that too”Kate added.
“Let show her who we really her and that her best friend Hannah won’t go Scott free either”
“But we don’t have a business with her”Lisa shrugged.
“She spat to our faces doesn’t she deserves a little too?”
“I will arrange things then”
“Good”I smiled as I imagine Karla doom awaiting her.
