We left Liyah and David at the garden. The look on Liyah’s face was funny and I couldn’t stop laughing.
“Is David really a pain in the ass?” I asked
Melvin chuckled. “He can be when he wants to”
“He seems nice”
“Of course he is”
“And crazy too” I said
He laughed. “He’s been the crazy one among us and anytime Liyah decides to be a bit crazy, he’s always at her beck and call”
I rolled my eyes. “Now I know where she got her craziness from” he nodded and we laughed.
When we got to my room, I sat down on the bed, while Melvin sat on the couch. I went through some few messages on my Instagram and then dropped my phone on the table.
I stood up. “What should I offer you?” I asked
“Champagne please”
I chuckled. “Sure”
I went to the fridge to get a bottle of champagne and two glasses. “What’s up with you and Liyah?” He asked
I rolled my eyes. “We’re cool. I should be asking you about Sheila. What’s going on?” I asked, sitting beside him on the couch? I dropped the glasses and opened the bottle. I began to pour some into the glasses
He smiled. “Nothing. We’re taking it slow” he replied
“Slow?. Don’t you love her?”
“Of course I do but we just want to take a step at a time”
I sigh and handed over the glass to him. “I wish I could say same with Liyah”
“Are you guys still having problems?”
I sipped from the glass, and then relaxed on the couch. “Not really. I just don’t think we will come together before I leave”
“When are you leaving?”
“A day after the wedding”
“I’m going to miss you”
“Lol, I will miss you too”
He chuckled. “Does she know?” He asked
“I don’t think so” I replied
He sigh. “Have you tried talking to her?”
“Well. I send her an apology gift”
He chuckled. “You sent her that hair clip?”
“Yeah. She showed you?”
“No, we actually saw her caressing it. You see, Liyah isn’t the hair clip type. She prefers to fall her hair or style it into some crazy styles”
I smiled. “Although she never told us who gave her, I suspected you might be the one”
I chuckled. That’s good news, if she actually loved it. I sipped from the wine.
“Melvin, do you think we will make a perfect couple?” I asked
He grinned. “You want to marry her?”
“Not really. My mom wants us to get married. She think we’re both matured for marriage which i think we’re not”
He giggled. “Are you for real?”
I groaned. “Of course I am”
He laughed. “Well, I think you guys will make a perfect couple”. I rolled my eyes. “Or what do you think?” He asked
“If you ask me, I will say…..” I sigh. “Like serious, I really can’t say. I don’t know if we will”
“I know you guys will make a perfect couple. You’re the only guy, have seen Liyah feel so attracted to. Excluding me and Dave” he said
I sigh. “Maybe you’re right or wrong, I can’t say. But which ever it is, time will tell”
He nodded in agreement. “Can we stop talking about girls stuff and play our games? Huh?”
I chuckled. “Sure” I replied standing up
We joined hands to set up the play station and sat down to play some games.

I stared at David in shock. He can’t be serious right now. In what other way does he want me to introduce him to Sheila?
“I’m waiting” he said, tapping his foot on the ground. Sheila chuckled, while I groaned
He can be so annoying!!. What’s wrong with the introduction I did? Huh?
“Sheila, meet David my bff. He can be so annoying when he wants to, just like he is now. He’s friendly though but I bet you won’t want to get into his trap. He’s such an idi©t” I said and he groaned
“Is that even an introduction?” He asked
I ignore him and continue talking. “David, meet Sheila, my best friend……”
“Did you just say best friend?” He asked
I rolled my eyes. What sort of bbf is this?
“Talk to me. You called her your best friend?” He asked again
I groaned. Knowing fully well, he wasn’t going to stop asking that question; until I answer him, I decided to give him an answer. “Yeah, so?”
“This is really serious!!. You’ve finally decide to have a female best friend?” He asked
I held my head in frustration. “Do you ever get tired of asking stupid questions?. Huh?” I asked
“Come on Nara. It’s just a question” Sheila said, laughing
I groaned. “She told you her middle name?” He asked
“Yes. That’s what I know her as. Not Taliyah” she replied
“That’s really serious. How come I don’t know about this?”
I rolled my eyes and ignore him. “Sheila, can we go in please!”
She chuckled. “Are you trying to take our bff away?” He asked
I Iaughed. “Did you just say our bff?”
“Of course. A best friend of a best friend is a best friend”
I turned to look at Sheila and we began to laugh. “Is that your own version of the enemy of your enemy is your friend?” I asked amidst laughter
He groaned. “Whatever” he answered with an eye roll.
“Sheila?” Melvin called
I turned and saw him standing with Kyle. As usual, Kyle was with his headphone. I sometimes wonder what kind of music he listens or like to listen to. “Melvin, Kyle” Sheila cooed, as she walked closer to them. She hugged them in turns
“She knows them?” David asked and I groaned
I’m really getting tired of his unending questions. “Just keep quiet ok?”
“There’s no way I’m doing that” he yelled
“You know what, suit yourself” I said with an eye roll
“G©sh, you’re becoming so rude this days. What has China turned you into to?”
I groaned. “A better person”
“Better lover you made to say”
I groaned. “You’re such an asshole”
“You’ve said that before”
“How did will become friends again?
“You can search google for that” he replied
“David!!”
“What?”
“Can’t you just………..”
“Liyah” Melvin called and I happily left David standing
“You’re leaving!!” He yelled and I chuckled
“You should take Sheila to your room. I’ll go get some pizza with Kyle” Melvin said
I rolled my eyes “Can’t you just order instead?”
“No, Kyle is kinda bored and I want to show him around the city”
“I was thinking we could…….”
“Don’t think anything ok. Take Sheila to your room, while we the guys, go get some pizza” David said
I groaned. “I…….”. I wanted to say something but changed my mind, when I saw Evelyn. We’ve not really seen each other, after the incident, in the throne room.
“Sheila, you made it” she cooed
“I did Evelyn” Sheila replied, hugging her. I rolled my eyes.
“Thank God you’re here. You can wear your dress to see if it needs any adjustment,
I watch them talk for a while and got tired, so I decided to leave
“And where are you heading too?” David asked
“To my room of course” I replied with an eye roll
“Gosh, you’re so rude!!” David said
I ignore him. He’s such a talkative!!
“Sheila, can we leave please” I said
“Sure. Bye Evelyn. Bye Melvin. Bye Kyle. And bye David” Sheila said as the guards helped her with her bags
“Why do you have to call my name last? Huh?” David yelled and i chuckled
“Ignore him” I whispered
“I heard you!!” He yelled
We chuckled and left them, as we head to my room. We got to my room and Sheila sat in the bed
“I’ll go make your bath” I said and made for the bathroom
“Oh mine, is that a painting of you?” Sheila asked, holding the canvas
I chuckled. “Yeah” I replied, standing by the bathroom door
“Did Kyle give you those?” She asked
There was a knock on the door. “Eva?”
“Yes princess” she answered
I rolled my eyes. “Come in, the door is not locked”
She opened the door and steppped in. “Hello Liyah” she cooed
I rolled my eyes. “You must be Sheila?”
“Yes I am”
“Wow, Liyah had told me a lot about you”
I rolled my eyes and went to the bathroom to prepare Sheila’s bath. I came back to see them chatting and laughing
“Sheila, go take your bath” I said, sitting on the couch
“I’ll be right back” Sheila said, standing up. She went to the bathroom.
“Liyah, come explain this” Eva said, pointing at the canvas.
I rolled my eyes. There’s no way I’m escaping this. Eva is the female version of David. Just like David, she won’t stop until she get an answer.

Sheila, Eva and I sat down on the bed, eating pizza, while Kyle, Melvin and David were sitting on the couch.
We chatted about lot of things, laughing and having fun. David and Eva were the most funny set of people. Sometimes, I wished they could end up together. But too bad David is engaged
“And what are you thinking of?” David asked
“Just keep quiet”
“Oh mine, I have to go. It’s time for dinner” Eva said, as she stood up from the bed
“Wow dinner!!” David chuckled
I rolled my eyes at him. “Time to go” I announced
“What? It’s 6 pm and time for dinner”
“Of course I know and that’s the major reason you should leave” i said
“Hell no. I go nowhere”
I groaned. “The king will be there. Are you sure you don’t want to go?” I asked
“The king?” He asked and I nodded
“That’s bad timing”
I chukled. “But don’t worry, I will avoid the king. I can’t miss this dinner for anything”
“Foodie” I cooed, laughing, while the rest joined me in laughing
