Chloe couldn’t hide her happiness, she keep smiling at her mom. Mrs Kendall opened her eyes minutes later. Chloe stood up from her sit and move closer to her mom who was just sitting on the party chair
“I can’t believe you are alive “Mrs Kendall said taking her hand into hers
“(exhale deeply) I am mom, it’s just that it hurts a lot, dad didn’t survive it ” she said wiping away her tears
“yeah sis, mom have been trying to call my brothers numbers but it’s not reaching through. “Joanna explained
“where is Beloveth, can’t even get a glimpse of her shadow. This place is too crowdy ” Chloe thought looking around
“mom, let’s go in, it’s seems you are fine now ” Chloe said picking up her bag
“you pregnant jessica “Mrs Kendall asked starring at her stomach
“(gasps) mom! how did you know ” Chloe exclaimed in fear
“am a mother of course, Joanna, your sister is pregnant “Mrs Kendall exclaimed covering her mouth
“am going to be an aunt “Joanna screamed hugging Chloe tight
“ouch, my stomach ” Chloe whimpered
“OMG, jessica are you okay ” Mrs Kendall asked sharply
“(huffs) am cool mom ” she respond
“come on, let’s get in.” Joanna said
“I still need to check on my best friend here, we came together “Chloe said
“you can check on her later perhaps call her on phone “Joanna said dragging her inside
“(chuckles) hey calm down, am coming with you. “Chloe said
“I thought you wanna disappear into the thin air “Joanna said seriously
“oh come on elder sis “Chloe said hugging her from the back
“have said you should not call me elder sister again, it’s just a five minutes difference ” Joanna complained
“give me a piggy ride “Chloe pouted
“huh, you ought to be kidding jessica ” Joanna pull away from her, starring at her as if she suddenly grow two horns
“hy girls, come on you need to listen. The occasion as started already ” Mrs Kendall screamed
“okay mom ” the replied and walk down the hall

“hy Tyler, come on let’s get in “Alex screamed
“calm down bro.” tyler said brushing his hair in front of the car side mirror with hesitation
“am going in, maybe you can walk in yourself “Alex said adjusting his wristwatch
“thanks for inviting me to this occasion Mr Adams ” Alex said hugging a business man like himself
“it’s fine, president Derrick Devon Allen actually said i should invite business men, and lastly you are one of the VVIP special ” Mr Adams said
“wow this is perfect, Just wondering why he organise a press presidential conference ” Alex said pulling out of golden chair
“(inhale and exhale sharply) we as his subordinates don’t know yet, still waiting for his arrival ” Mrs Adams said

Murmuring filled the hall, gist and laughter. The weather enough is a kind of day that lifted people’s mood’s, every one are anxious to see the president. The world was ready to the perfect leader of their country. The one who rules well, with a perfect and sweet voice. Always behind those mask, with his family.
Some of the guest were high class people, from different countries. Saying one thing to the other.
President Derrick is a good man, with good intentions. Always supportive…murmuring filled everywhere, every corner, every angle.
All of the sudden it became silent, silent as a graveyard, the president is walking in, his aura alone made everyone stood up from their sit. He keep on waving his hand to them. Paying respect to the older men. His beautiful and curvy wife of his was also by his side. Greeting everyone, with smiles.
One can imagine how wide their smile is behind those mask. Mr Derrick took the stairs with his wife. They stood at the tall pulpit which stop below their chest, that’s how tall they are.
“hello, everyone ” he said with the most sweetest voice. Everyone were over whelmed with his voice.
He continued “Hope everyone of you are happy about this day. Today is a special occasion.” he said behind those mask
A lot of women, ladies were wishing they could be in Mrs Sarah’s shoes. Being the president’s wife is a perfect sensation for them. A lot of people keep imagining how the couple looked perfect. Derrick talked a lot about problems and idea to solve it all. He distribute a lot of project among each state. Building of schools for the young and youths.
“when will they end this, it’s too boring ” David complained
“it’s too boring, I need fresh air. Am out of here ” Connor said standing up from his chair when Chloe stopped him
“hello ” she greeted
“and who are you miss. What rubbish, how dare you touch me” Connor yelled gritting his teeth
“oopps, I can see you still have those grumpy and useless attitude ” Chloe said trying to trigger his anger the more
“are you normal, do you know who you are talking to ” Connor yell distracting the president himself
“calm down bro, ” David said trying to calm him down
“see ma’am, I think you need to leave ” David said sitting Connor down
“are you deaf, didn’t you hear what he said. Get your trashy body this instant “Connor said with gritted teeth trying to low stress his voice. Chloe couldn’t hide her tears anymore
“see what you caused Connor, letting a beautiful lady like her to shed tears “David wanted to apologize to Chloe but was shocked of her action. Chloe hugged him shedding tears, those tears keep streaming down her face.
“(sniffed) Brother ” she called between those tears . Some flash back came to David’s head with force..
“(in thought) Those feelings, those feelings ” he said in his thought trying to remember the type of feeling he feels if he’s with someone, but couldn’t detect it. He was hugging Chloe tight even though we wants to pull away from it but his body is not responding to none of it . All of the sudden remembered, he remember it all JESSICA
“jessica “he called in shock
“yes brother, “Chloe sniffed
“OMG, jessica ” Connor exclaimed in shock. Joanna pop out from no where.
“have knew you will be the senseless among us all, Connor ” Joann said hitting his head
“ouch, you lack respect idi©t “Connor replied hitting her shoulder. David and Chloe disengaged from the hug wiping away their tears
“am very sorry for my attitude sis “Connor said pulling her into a tight hug. He kssed her hair
“I missed you a lot “Connor said in between his tears
“I miss everyone, I miss mom, I miss dad “
“who is Chloe hugging “Beloveth said as she sighted them afar
She continued “let me call her ” she said picking up her phone but the president voice stopped her
“I will like to introduce Alex Crop the richest business tycoon in America and the owner of Alex Empire ” Mr derrick said into the mic
Alex stood up and wave at the crowd bowing his head
Beloveth phone fell from her hand on the other hand Chloe stood up immediately starring at Alex in shock. She moved her eye ball around searching for Beloveth.
” Yes! She saw her but her face looked painful, it looked betrayed. Alex lied to her, he fucking lied.”
The two friends stood on their feet looking at Alex with pain in their eyes.. Chloe moved away from her brothers and twin sister… She took a narrow path that leads to Beloveth’s side.
“Beloveth! Beloveth!! “Chloe called tapping her gently. Tears were just streaming down her face
“he lied to me, he lied to me. He betrayed my trust “Beloveth cried moving her feet to the podium … Chloe was about to stop her when the president next words stopped her
“I just want you all to know that, am ready to appoint my sons Max Devon Allen
“is that not max name, no it can’t be. The president son is covering his face, so it’s not my max ” Chloe said assuring herself
Mr Derrick continued “and Daniel Devon Allen to take over my wealth, Business, everything. We are ready to reveal our face to the world ” Mr derrick said removing his mask same goes with Mrs Sarah. But max insist removing his
“come on son, ” Mrs Sarah said
“mom, you know i have a fake IDENTITY with my girlfriend and my boss “max said covering the mic with his hand
Mrs Sarah hissed loudly “is better you open up to her. I can’t take it anymore, my own daughter in law couldn’t recognised me, and it’s not that Chloe is here.”Mrs Sarah said with frustration
“but she might be watching on her phone perhaps TV, anywhere Mom ” his words were cut short when she removed his mask forcefully
“what the hell? “Alex said standing up from his sit
“max ” he called in shock
“how dare you betray my trust max ” Chloe screamed from the crowd holding her stomach
“I hate you Alex “Beloveth screamed throwing her heels at him
“it’s not what you think ” max and Alex said at the same time.
Everybody in the hall were watching the drama with total confusion
“Beloveth “Mrs Sarah called shedding tears. Mr Derrick stood dumb fold ,he did not understand what’s going on
“who betray who “Mr derrick asked
“ask your useless son “Chloe screamed on top of her voice, gritting her teeth.
David, Connor, Joanna, Mrs Kendall, peace, Tyler were trying to understand what’s going on
“sweetheart “Mrs Kendall called Chloe
“move your hands off me mom, this ba$tard over there lied to me. He lied to me. Like who does that ” Chloe cried bitterly
Beloveth seems to lost her voice that moment
“Beloveth “Alex called trying to touch her. But Beloveth shift back and turn around as tears streamed down her face. She halt all of the sudden
“I cur$ed the day I met you Alex “Beloveth said and walked away. Her heels clicked against the ties His mouth went dry. Was this really happening? Was she really going? What could he say to bring her back?
She didn’t look at him as she moved her feet away from him
He wanted to take a step forward, to go after her, but his feet felt like they were one with the sidewalk. All he knew was that she was leaving, and as she sped away without even a token look backward, she took his heart with her
Alex fell on his knees crying his eyes out.
“no more presidential conference, Mr Adams and Tyler said into the mic
“They FAKE their IDENTITY to their lovers “the crowd murmured
