It was him!!!
It was really Tyler!

Am I dreaming??

Is this an illusion??

I didn’t even bother to bend down and pick up my phone because it seemed like my feet were stock to the ground…

I couldn’t even move..

Tyler….

How did he find me??

Oh my Goodness it’s been so long!!!
And He…. He didn’t change one bit…

Everything about him was the same.

What’s he doing here??

I just stood like a ghost as I stare at him like it was the first time am seeing him…

It’s just so hard to believe that he’s here in person …

How did he find us…

Slowly….. Sylvia went close to him and he bent down to her level.

“Daddy…is it really you” she asked and he nodded.

I just kept staring at him without moving an inch.

He placed his hand on her cheek and spoke to her.

“Hi Barbie…”

Oh my goodness!!!
His voice!!
That’s really his voice

It’s sounded so warm!
And surprisingly he remember the name he has always called her…

I couldn’t even go over there and take Sylvia away from him…

I was just dumbfounded…

He stood up and walked closer to where I was stand….

I couldn’t move…

He looked directly into my eyes and I stare back at him…

“Katelyn….” He called and held my cheek.

Oh my God!!!
He touched my cheek!
His palm were so cold.

Immediately Tears escaped my eyes and I quickly take his hand away and moved back with Sylvia….

“Katelyn….”

“What are you doing here??” I snapped and wiped my face.

“I…”

“How did you even find me??” I asked another question not letting him reply the first one…

He sighed and tried coming close and I moved back quickly.

“No don’t!… Just stay right where you are! Tell me why you’re here?” I raised my voice at him.

“Because I missed you….and I want you back” He said in a warm voice and I stare at him in shock…

What??
Did I hear him correctly?
Or was I mishearing things?

“Please Katelyn….”

“Really?? Now?? After all these months? You’re coming now and you think I’ll just go with you easily??”

“No Katelyn that’s not it at all I….”

“Then what Tyler?…you turned your back on us for three good months and didn’t bother to care! You didn’t even looked for us! Even if you don’t want me couldn’t you have looked for your daughter??

But no…you were just spending the rest of the month with your mistress!” I said and fresh tears roll down my cheeks…

It hurts…
The thought of all this happenings really hurt a lot…

“No no… don’t say that Katelyn. I looked for you Kate… I swear I did…I looked everywhere but i couldn’t find you….I thought you left the country already…..

I didn’t know Lisa confronted you… I swear I had no Idea of that…. I’m sorry” He said and I laughed dryly…

“You’re sorry? And how do you expect me to believe that Tyler? You’ve never been sorry for once in your life! And you think after all you’ve done to me I’ll come running back to you feely?…Well never!

You can enjoy spending the rest of your life with your mistress Tyler,, we don’t need you anymore” I said painful forgetting Sylvia was standing and listening to us.

“Katelyn please don’t say that…I know I’ve wronged you…I’ve done terrible things to you…

I’m the worst person on earth and your darkest nightmare but I’m sorry…I’m deeply sorry,,please forgive me I beg you” He said and for a second I felt my heart bleed…

I hate the fact that he was pleading too much.

How do i forgive him??
I can’t…I just can’t
I’ve decided to never go back to him…

And I won’t
I don’t want to suffer in the hands of him anymore…

He did terrible things to me and made my life a living hell but with that I still stayed…
But not anymore…

He tried coming close again and I moved back and held Sylvia’s hand…

“I’m never coming back to you Tyler and that’s it….so I’ll advice that you never show your face to me again…”

“No no please Katelyn please hear me out I beg you… Please forgive me” He said and went on his knees…

Oh my God!!

My eyes beamed as he did…
Tears kept rolling down my cheeks and I couldn’t control it…

He bent his head down and looked at me again…
His eyes was becoming sore…

“Dad….” Sylvia was touched by it and she started crying.

“Please Kate…just forgive me this one’s and I promise I’ll never repeat this mistake again… I promise I’m a changed person now. please… don’t turn your back on me Kate.”

He pleaded and I just stare at him like a ghost.

I want to forgive him so badly but the guts in me wasn’t agreeing to that idea.

No…
I can’t
I wiped my face and held Sylvia.

I didn’t say a word to him…I just turned around to leave but stopped when I saw Dylan staring at us from behind.

Oh my goodness!!!

My eyes beamed as I stare at him.

Oh no!!!
Has he been listening all this while??
Did he hear all what we said??

He stare at me closely and suddenly smiled…

What?? ..

“Why did you take so long Huh?? I just came out to check up on you..I thought you’ve gone Missing” He said and laughed lightly…

Thank goodness he didn’t hear anything….

I wiped my face quickly.

I didn’t bother to look at Tyler who was still kneeling…

I just went to were Dylan was and took his hand.

“Let’s just go inside” I said and he stare at Tyler for a while before going in with me..
