CHAPTER 54

Only a minute left and Brandon succeeded in taking the ball and was dribbling down the opponent’s basket.

Angelo came to block him but he made a move and got pass Angelo. He jumped to score but out of nowhere, Angelo hit the ball of his hand and took it.

Angelo immediately shoot the ball and it entered the net immediately before the whistle was blown.

33-30!

“Yay!!!” The crowd supporting Angelo cheered loudly.

“Congrats Angelo!!!” Tasha screamed wildly.

Brandon hissed and angrily walked out of the basketball court in anger.

Angelo walked to Harmony

“Tomorrow, at 7pm” He winked and left.

Tasha glared at Harmony with folded fists.

Chance smiled as he walked towards Tasha. He too was in Angelo’s team.

“So how was I?” He asked her but Tasha pushed him out of the way and stormed out of the place.

“What is wrong?” Chance asked, feeling slightly hurt but he tried to wave it off.

Barbie smiled as she looked at the bottle of water she had in her hand then kssed it.

“Chance here’s-”

Barbie paused when she saw Cassidy handing a bottle of water to Chance who took it with a smile and said something to her that made her blush.

Barbie looked at the bottle in her hand and then at them, feeling really uneasy at heart.

CLOSET

Brandon slammed the door of his locker angrily after he brought out his clothes. Kaylee walked in but paused when she saw Brandon was already in there

“Great! And I who thought nobody was there” Kaylee sighed and walked to her locker which was beside his.

Brandon tossed off his shirt and Kaylee’s eyes widened.

“Is he going to vndress here!”

“Wait!!” Kaylee said loudly when Brandon was about to pull off his short

Brandon turned to her with a mvrderous look on his face.

“I don’t think it’s right, I mean you vndressing here… Like I mean-”

Brandon walked slowly to her. Kaylee shifted back till her back hit the locker. Brandon placed his hand on the space above her head, glaring directly at her.

Kaylee gulped down as she tried maintaining eye contact with him so that she won’t look at his abs.

Her heart skipped a beat when Brandon brought his face closer to hers..

“W… What are you doing?”

“Are you gày?” Brandon asked.

“Huh?” Kaylee’s eyes widened.

“Answer me” Brandon snapped.

“I’m not”

“Then stop staring at me during lectures, stop acting weirdly and stop acting like a fking girl!” Brandon shouted at her face

“I’m in a bad mood today,, so avoid me” Brandon growled and with that he took his clothes and left the closet.

Kaylee released the breath that she has been holding as her hand went to her chest.

“What was that? Why was my heart acting weirdly?”
