CHAPTER 56
Harmony heaved out a huge breath as she walked down the quiet streets.
“What is wrong with him and Brany, especially him… Did they hit their head or something?” Harmony asked to no one as she walked.
She suddenly stopped walking when she felt like she was been followed. Harmony clutched nervously on her cross bag, swallowing hard.
She turned and decided to just swallow her shame then go to Angelo’s house and ask him to drop her off.
The moment she turned, her eyes widened when a knlfe p!erced inside her tummy.
Her mouth stayed wide too as she looked up to see a masked man. He pulled out the knlfe from her tummy, bI.ood dripping from it.
Harmony’s eyes slowly closed as she dropped down to the ground, lifeless.
“Boss, the job is done” The masked man said on the phone, looking at Harmony whose bI.ood wetted the ground.

The masked man hung up then brought out his gvn, aiming it at Harmony to pull the trlgger.

Angelo got in his room with a broad smile on his face. He laid down on the bed and brought out his phone to text Harmony
_ALREADY MISSING ME?_
A phone beeped the moment he sent that message and he looked at his study table to see Harmony’s phone there.
“Can’t believe she forgot her phone” He shook his head.
Angelo collected her phone and quickly rushed out of his room heading downstairs. She left minutes ago so if he runs he will catch up with her.
“Maybe I’ll use this opportunity to see her again” Angelo thought.
Angelo ran out of the mansion and ran few miles when his legs halted on itself as he watched a scene.
Harmony was laying on the ground, unconscious with bI.ood all over and a man was pointing a gvn at her.
Like flash, he rushed to them and pvshed the man’s hand, changing direction at which the bullet flew.
“Sht!” The man cursed and made to punch Angelo but Angelo ducked and then pvnched his tummy.
The man staggered back and aimed back his gvn at Harmony but Angelo blocked Harmony.
“If you wanna get to her you’ll have to go through me first!” Angelo shouted, his arms wide opened.
The man gulped down as he fidgeted with the gvn.
“Dmnit!” He spatted and ran off.
Angelo quickly turned to Harmony and cupped her cheek with shaky palms.
“Harmony, do you hear me? Harmony! Harmony!” Angelo tapped her cheek.
He looked at the wound and thankfully, it wasn’t that deep.
“Harmony..” Angelo’s voice broke as he fought back his tears.
He carried her in his arms and stood up then began running to the highway which was closer than his house.

DENNIS’S PLACE

“Ahh!!”
Dennis pulled out of Kelly before pouring his cvm on the be d. They were both so sweaty…
Dennis laid down on the bed, breathing heavily.
“Babe, I’m still hô..rny. Let’s go for another round” Kelly muttered.
Dennis looked at her with unbelievable eyes.
“We just went 4 rounds tonight, let’s not talk about the ones in the morning” Dennis muttered and Kelly bit her lips.
“But still, I still want you” Kelly caressed his chest.
