CHAPTER 59
Harmony had her face buried under the cover, obviously so embarrassed.
Angelo smiled and sat down on the stool next to the bed.
“I’m sorry okay.. Didn’t know you were dressing up” Angelo said.
“You should have knocked!” Harmony said from under the covers.
“I’m sorry okay? Besides I saw nothing, I promise” Angelo said and Harmony peeped out of the cover.
“You’re sure?” Harmony muttered.
“Of course I’m sure, I just saw the babyish pink bra that’s all” Angelo smirked.
“Angelo!! You pervert!! Ahh!!” Harmony screamed, htting him with the pillow.
Angelo’s laughter reigned the whole room as Harmony finished hitting him.
She made to go back under the covers but Angelo grabbed her hand and turned her to him.
Her face stopped just few inches in front of hers and a gasp escaped her lips as she gazed directly into his eyes.
“Don’t get hurt again Candy… I almost had a heart attack last night” Angelo muttered and Harmony blinked.
She slowly smiled and nodded. Angelo mirrored her smile and kssed her forehead before hugging her.
Harmony slowly hugged him back.
“Thanks once more for saving me” Harmony said.
Brandon was walking to the ward with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. He was about to enter but halted when he saw Angelo and Harmony hugging.
He frowned and made to open the door but someone held his hand, preventing him.
He turned to see it was Kaylee, she wasn’t disguised as a guy.
“Don’t disturb them. Give them some privacy” Kaylee said and dragged him away
“Let me go!” Brandon jerked her hand off his wrist
“What do you want? Are you stalking me?” Brandon scoffed.
“Acting like you’re important huh?… I’m friends with Harmony too, she told me about what happened to her so I came to check up” Kaylee rolled her eyes and sat down on the seat meant for visitors
Brandon slowly sat down next to her too. What followed was a long moment of silence.
Kaylee bit her lips, thinking of how to start a conversation.
“What’s your name?” Brandon suddenly asked.
“Uhh.. Kaylee” Kaylee replied.
“Okay” Brandon muttered
“What will do if you were in this situation… Like imagine there’s this guy you hate and you wanna get back at him so you decided to make him pay by $educing the girl he likes but things took a turn and you ended up falling for the girl.” Kaylee said.
“I’ll eat a burger” Kaylee said
“Wait what?” Brandon raised a brow.
“Yeah you trying to get back at someone with an innocent girl is so stupid that it must surely be hunger disturbing you so a burger will fix everything” Kaylee smiled
Brandon glared at her. He sighed and shook his head.
“I don’t even know why I’m discussing with a wacko” Brandon said
“Says the dude who wanted a bj from a total stranger” Kaylee scoffed and Brandon chuckled
“Yeah, that must be very stupid of me” He laughed and looked at the bouquet in his hands.
“Here” He stretched it to her
“Huh? Me?” Kaylee muttered and he nodded.
Kaylee slowly took the bouquet before Brandon stood up.
“See you around” He muttered and left.
Kaylee looked at the bouquet and couldn’t help but blush
