? Chapter Twenty-Seven [ 27 ] ?

” It’s already Friday and I’m leaving in two days Miranda . These people here don’t even eat anything that is cooked by me. ” I whispered sharply through the phone to Ethan’s Mother .
” Try harder Amber . Maybe act nice around them so they can trust you enough to eat your food ” Ethan’s Mother replied impatiently .
” Your Ethan doesn’t even share a room with me. He is sleeping in Hayden’s room most of the time .”
” What ? Thats good , beside you aren’t in that house to sleep with Ethan. Your mission is to kill Annalisa. ”
” Well , a woman got to have sex sometimes and yah , I know why I’m here but the mission is impossible .”
” You are the impossible one here Amber . Why is it so hard for you to poison Annalisa ?”
” She doesn’t eat at all . She never gets out of her room and she walks around the house like a ghost”
” That doesn’t sound like the Annalisa I know . ” Miranda murmured ” Do you think she lost the baby or something ?”
” I don’t know and I don’t care . Isabella is the only person who talks back at me. She is nasty !”
” Put Isabella aside for a second , I want to know why Annalisa isn’t fighting you in the house. ”
“Annalisa aside too , I want Ethan to be mine and I want him to have sx with me before I return home. So how are we going to do that ?”
” Seriously Amber ? I have never seen a woman acting this desperate . Ethan will be yours soon . Focus on Annalisa ”
” Why do you even want Annalisa dead ? It’s not like she is in love with your son or something. ”
” That’s not the point here Amber . Annalisa knows more than we think . She might use Ethan against us ”
” But you told me that he is under your spell . He wouldn’t listen to anyone except you or your husband ”
” Amber please don’t bring that up . Someone might be listening . ” Miranda said quickly ” Do whatever you can to kill Annalisa. ” Then she hanged up before I could say anything .
I furiously threw the cellphone on Ethan’s bed . I can’t believe this sht. Ethan’s Mother is surely hiding something from me. Why doesn’t she want me to use the love potion on Ethan ? And again , she doesn’t want me to touch Isabella . Like seriously though I’m going to take matters in my own hands after this .
I quickly threw on my yellow long dress with yellowish sandles . I tied my hair in a bun . Everyone gas got to eat my food tonight . It’s actually now or never .
I spent my three hours cooking dinner for everyone . I even fixed the table for them to Join me . I cooked all kinds of delicious food . I even baked a cake for dessert and made some strawberry ice cream .
” Hey Amber , you are cooking again ?” Isabella eyed me as she took out a bottle of water.
” Yes Isabella , Tonight is my last night and I would hate to see everyone turning me down . ” I stood beside the stove ” I know I have been acting like a Bitch lately but I’m trying here .”
” Ooh…yahh…?” She took a gulp of her water ” A least you can see that. ” She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand .
” If you are worried about me taking Ethan away from you then I understand .” I continued ” I’m just a lonely sad girl Isabella . I thought maybe Ethan would love me but I came to realization that he doesn’t. ”
” Really ? You understand now ?” Isabella gave me a look ” So you have accepted it ?”
” Yes I have Isabella . Please , I need your help to convince everyone to Join me for dinner tonight . I can’t just leave the house without thanking you all .”
” The dinner isn’t necessary though but I will try to convince them . You look kind of desperate .”
” Thank you so much Isabella . A least there is someone who understands ” I touched my heart ” You are such a sweetheart .”
” Whatever ! I just feel sorry for you . That’s all . Don’t sweat it ” she said softly then walked out of the room .
I smiled proudly that I got Isabella to listen to me . She seems like the weakest one in this house because of her past . I’m sure that she will convince everyone to eat but more importantly my target , Annalisa .
I took my time preparing everything. I even served everyone and I spiked Annalisa’s plate with some poison . This is my night baby .!
The first to arrive was Hayden . He seriously looked bored as he took a sit . I just Pretended as if I didn’t care as he kept typing something on his cellphone .
Ethan came in few minutes later ” Amber , what a pleasant surprise .” He gave me a hug before he took a sit across Hayden .
Ethan must think I’m stupid . He thinks I can’t see what he is doing . I can see through his eyes that he loves Isabella more than me . He is pretending just to avoid his mother’s complaints . After I’m done with Annalisa then he is next .
” Ethan , where are the girls at ? The dinner is getting cold .” I scanned through the hallway .
” I think Annalisa is taking a shower or something . ” Hayden surprisingly answered me ” Go check on Isabella . She has been busy crying because Annalisa is refusing to talk to her .”
” Okay . I will be right back .” I walked out of the kitchen with a hint of a smile on my face . Annalisa and Isabella aren’t talking to each other ? That’s new.
Since I came here , Hayden has never said anything to me . Tonight he said something to me . Dmn , this people are starting to like me . I can’t wait to finally meet more of Ethan’s friends . Hayden is actually the wild one in the group of friends Ethan has . Hayden , ooh Hayden .
” Isabella !” I called out as I knocked on the door to her bedroom ” The food is getting cold . I think you should all come downstairs .”
Annalisa was the one to open the door .” I hate my life right now . Can you believe that Isabella thinks that I’m treating her different because she is not my biological sister. Geez !” Annalisa half yelled as she climbed down the stairs pretending as if she didn’t see me.
I slowly walked in the room to find Isabella sitting on her bed Crying . ” Ooh…Are you alright ? Did Annalisa do something to you ?”
” No , I’m fine ” she quickly wiped her tears ” Let’s go eat .” She grabbed my hand and led the way .
I know something happened between Isabella and Annalisa but they aren’t telling me anything . I bet they weren’t fighting because of that . There is something more to this but I won’t dig anything up just yet .
When we arrived in the kitchen , I found Annalisa sitting at the chair where I wanted her to sit on . She looked pretty occupied while drinking her Apple juice .
” Wow , Can we just eat already ? I’m starving !” Ethan took his fork and knife .
” Yeah . I can’t stand someone in this room. ” Annalisa mumbled under her breath while she eyed Isabella .
I just took a sit pretending that I didn’t see that . The dinner went great and Annalisa ate up all the food in her plate . I was very proud of myself that Finally Annalisa is going to die . It’s a slow poison and by tomorrow she will be dead .
Isabella helped me clean up the kitchen and the dishes . We talked a lot about her and Ethan . It was a lot of fun Sharing some girlie conversation .
” I think today Ethan should share a room with you Amber . After all , you came here because of him ” Isabella took both if my hands ” I give you the permission to do whatever with him ”
” Really ? You want me to have sex with me ?” I beamed ” Om gosh ! I can’t believe that you are acting this nice to me .”
” Actually Ethan confessed that he loves you last night to me . I can’t hold him back anymore .” She gave me a tight hug ” You will make him more happier than me ” she whispered and I just nodded in excitement .
I took a long hot shower and crawled under the covers waiting patiently for Ethan . If Isabella is truly this nice then I getting rid of her is pointless . She is like this Angel in the house that everyone likes . I can use her to do anything I want . I have a puppet ! And Ethan loves me ? That’s new but I won’t buy that shit . I know he doesn’t .
As I was trying to find a suitable position to pose , I felt a Sharp pain in my stomach . I slightly touched it . It must be the beef stew I ate earlier on during dinner . I don’t usually eat home cooked meals but today I did . I started feeling dizzy. I sat up covering my body with the blanket on the bed .
” Are you okay Amber ? You look rather sick ?” I heard Ethan’s voice across the room ” Do you need some water ?”
” No Ethan . I will be fine . It is just a reaction of the stew I are earlier on . Things like this happens sometimes .” I murmured as i tried sitting up .” Come Join me . ”
” I don’t think you will be fine Amber . I already called the ambulance. …” Ethan sat at the edge of the bed ” They will arrive later than I thought .”
” That was so sweet of you but I’m fine , really appreciate your help but I’m fine . I don’t need an ambulance ” I laughed ” It’s not like I’m dying or something ” I shrugged .
” I think you are dying Amber that’s why I called the ambulance ” He whispered ” You ate Annalisa’s food . We exchanged the plates .
”
” What Food ? What are you saying ?” I frowned in confusion . ” Just get to the point Ethan because you are confusing me right now .”
” Well , I don’t know if you need to hear this but you poisoned yourself amber ” he folded his arms ” I think you should lie down on the bed so you can die now ”
” That’s impossible . No I didn’t …” I sobbed out as the pain kept increasing . ” You are lying ! ”
” I am serious here Amber . We played you good . Isabella and Annalisa were the ones who distracted you so we can exchange the plates of food .” He continued ” I know that you are working with my mother and guess what ? I also know that you are pregnant . ” He cheerfully said as if my death calls for a celebration .
” You don’t know shit . I’m not pregnant ….” I trailed off as I lied down on my stomach with tears in my eyes . I badly wanted to defend myself but I couldn’t . The pain was unbearable.
Stupid Amber . This people were fking with you . I knew from the moment Isabella agreed to help me that there was something up . I should’ve known the minute I entered the kitchen that Ethan exchanged our plates . I’m an idi©t .
” Don’t cry Amber . The doctors won’t even suspect anything . Your death will be a mystery ” Ethan whispered softly annoying me even more .” Sleep tight sweetheart. ”
