CHAPTER 81

Daniel came out from a barbing shop, and Camila approached him. “Where you able to find when the man’s gambling den is located?” She asked.

Both were paired together by their team to ask about the location of the man that raped his stepdaughter.

Ever since he rapped her, he has been on the run, and the only way to catch him is through his gambling den.

Even his wife doesn’t know his gambling den, and he is probably known as Spider.

“No I didn’t” Daniel answered curtly.

“Should we ask around the neighboring stalls?” She asked.

“Forget it Camila. I am going back to school” He said walking away.

“But we were paired by our team to ask around for Spider’s gambling den” She said, and Daniel stopped walking and looked at her.

“That’s it Camila. I hate it when I am with you, but yet our team keeps pairing us together!!!” Daniel shouted at her.

“You used to love my company Daniel. You are always happy when I am with you, so what changed?” Camila asked, hurtfully.

“Can you blame if I suddenly hate to see your face? Have you forgotten everything you did?

You lead me on, and when I finally confessed my love for you, you insulted my entire generation, and for what Camila? Just because of your so called friends” Daniel said.

“I am sorry about that Daniel. I only did that because Candace and Caramel recently agreed to be my friend.

I have always wanted to be their friend, but they kept pushing me away despite being from a rich family like theirs.

I wanted to make an impression, that’s why I said those terrible words to you.

I am sorry Daniel, I am so sorry” Camila said, crying.

“There’s no use crying over spilled milk, Camila. You hurt me to the deepest and that has changed me a lot.

Candace and Camila are your friends just like you wanted, right? So keep being their friend and leave me alone.

I don’t want you to look at me during classes or trainings, and if I am coming from the left, take the right path” Daniel said.

“Do you hate me that much?” She asked, hurtfully.

“Yes I do. I hate you very much Camila, and I regret I was once in love with a heartless girl like you”

“I am sorry Daniel. I… I love you. I do love you so much” Camila said.

“Tell that to the old Daniel, and not me. You disgust me, Camila” Daniel said, and walked away.

“Daniel, I am sorry!!!” She shouted, crying.

Jessica stretched her body as she walked, and at the same time yawning.

“Do you want to swallow me?” Leo asked with a smile, and Jessica quickly covered her mouth.

“Good afternoon Leo” She greeted, with a shy smile.

“You must be tired from all the training this morning, right?”

“Yes. Maya is really strict in terms of giving out training. I feel so exhausted” Jessica said, and Leo smiled, bringing out an energy drink from his backpack.

“Here, drink this. It’s going to give you back your lost strength” He said, and Jessica accepted the drink with a smile on her face.

“Thank you Leo” Jessica said, with a blushing smile.

“You always welcome Jessica” Leo ruffled her hair and walked away.

Jessica looked at the energy drink in her hand and smiled, before going to meet her friends.

Leo entered the class room and sees Maya going through some textbooks. “It’s surprising you came to class on time” He said sitting beside her.

“Well it’s my final year in MCC, I have to graduate with a good result, so I can get accepted by the best cop station in Moscow” Maya said.
