D-Day
AT NIGHT
Luther walked out of the airport with Velveeta and Veetannie beside him,
They were already dressed up for the birthday party,
Luther was wearing a black tuxedo suit and a red tie using a fitting wristwatch
Velveeta was in red fitting short gown which has no arm, it was embroidered with diamonds Pearl, she used a diamond necklace and earrings, she wore a gold heels to compliment her looks, she looks extraordinary beautiful
While our cute baby Veetannie was in a short red princess gown, and wore a red covered baby shoe.
She looks cute..
“Welcome back Young master” the driver assigned to pick them greeted as he collected
“Thanks”
“Welcome Ma’am” the driver greeted Velveeta
” Thanks,
He turned to greet Veetannie but Veetannie stop him
” You don’t need to greet me but thanks anyway” Veetannie said and entered the car

AT DIOR MANSION
Everywhere was booming with loud music.
The couple’s (Joyce and Ronnie) kept greeting their visitors
Few minutes later Mr and Mrs King showed up, Ronnie walked away not interested in chatting with them
“Happy Birthday daughter” Mrs King said kssing her cheek
“Thanks Mom,
” Happy Birthday princess”
” Thanks Dad, she hugged him
They disengage from the hug and Joyce look around
“Dad where is brother?
“He will be here soon,”
“I can’t wait to see him and his fiancee” Joyce said happily

Luther’s car stopped at Ronnie’s Mansion
They all came out
“Wow! Velveeta mouthed staring at the big Mansion
“Wow, dad aunt’s Mansion is big like ours” Veetannie said staring
“You are right,
Mr and Mrs King who were waiting at the doorstep beamed on seeing them
“Son” Mrs King called
“Mom” Luther hugged
“Good day, Mr and Mrs King, Velveeta greeted politely
“Hi daughter, Mr King said
“Stop the formalities, you are now our family” c’mon give me a hug” Mrs King said and Velveeta hugged her
“I must say, you are really beautiful’ Mr King said
“Excuse me you are forgetting an adult here” Veetannie chirped frowning her face playfully making everyone laughed
“Oh My why we will forget our granddaughter?” Mr King said smiling and picked her up
“You are so cute” Mrs King said pulling her cheek
“Thanks grandma, you are also cute” Veetannie said pulling Mrs King cheek as well and they all gasped in shock before bursting into laughter
“Mom where is the birthday girl”? Luther asked
“Am here” Joyce replied coming into view
“My little sister” out
“Big brother, Joyce smile and hugged her brother
“Happy Birthday sweetie,
Thanks bro, I missed you a lot, she said and her eyes caught Velveeta
“Is this sister in law? Joyce asked admiring Velveeta
“Happy Birthday Joyce, Velveeta said giving her the gift she bought for her
“Thanks sister in law” she smiled and hugged Velveeta as well
” Happy Birthday aunt” Veetannie wished her
“Awwwn, thanks cutie, Joyce smile and Veetannie grinned
” Joyce where is my fav cousin” and your husband” ?
“Royce is inside and Ronnie_ d
“Oh here he is” she pointed to Ronnie who was busy pressing his phone
Velveeta eyes grew wide in shock as she saw Ronnie’s back
“It can’t be him right? He can’t be the one” she thought panicking
“Ronnie, Joyce called and he turns back.
His eyes met that of Velveeta and they froze in shock…

Vicky dressed up and stared at the mirror.
She noticed that her face was getting pale.
“I can’t d!e now, I must make everything right before I go” she said wiping the small tears coming out of her eyes
She walked to the drawer and opened it
She brought out a file and stared at it,
It’s a divorce papers for Joyce and Ronnie.
She was able to make Joyce signed the papers the time she was drunk, and just a signature from Ronnie their divorce will be finalized.
“Am sorry for everything Ronnie but I promise to amend my mistakes tonight…
