Lipton (1 teabag)

Blend the cloves and grate the ginger. Boil some water and pour the hot boiled water into a mug. Add the Lipton, ginger and cloves and allow to steep for 5mins. Sieve out the sediments and drink the water.
Drink this remedy 2times in a day, before you eat in the morning and after eating in the night.
