I will like to start with our famous COMBO: Combo is a combination of ginger, garlic, tumeric and cloves.
USES:
To treat infections in both male and female,
To treat ceased mensuration.
Treatment for weight loss and belly fat.
DIRECTIONS AND PREPARATION:
get your garlic, ginger, turmeric and cloves. Peel the ginger, turmeric and garlic. (clove don’t need to be peeled) cut into pieces, then blend if u like or u can soak like that for 3 days.(72hrs)
DOSAGE:
Take half a glass first thing in the morning on empty stomach and half a cup last thing at night before going to bed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This combo reacts to people depending on your system. To some people, when you just start taking combo it drives out all the hidden ailments in you, such as malaria. And to some people it increases their urge for sx,(libido) to some people it makes them eat much or less, it makes sum fart(mess), it purges some. 2. BARA (Bitter melon)
BARA is also known as bitter Mellon or egusi. Bara can be used with pap water( water gotten from akamu or ogi), it can also be used wit 7up, palmwine, gin.
PREPARATION AND DIRECTIONS:
BARA AND PAP WATER : pap water is a water gotten from pap. The water you get from raw pap after you have removed the shaft from the pap (same as the water you change every morning from your pap)
PROCEDURE
Get your Bara. Wash it clean. You can either peel or you cut like that. Cut into smaller pieces and boil with your pap water for 15mins. Leave for 24hrs before use
BARA AND 7UP:
Get your Bara, peel or cut with the back into smaller pieces. Soak in 7up for 24hrs before use.
BARA AND PALM WINE:
Get your Bara, slice and remove the seed you can either boil with palm wine for 18/15mins or soak with palmwine for 48hrs before use.
BARA AND GIN:
Get your Bara, cut into smaller pieces soak for 48hrs before use
