Georgia sighed in tiredness seeing the puzzlement on the doctor’s face.

“This is not the time to announce this yet doctor, Dylan is-is in coma…(sniff)… and his mother doesn’t like me, obviously sees me as the cause of all these, just please don’t tell anyone about this pregnancy”

Georgia pleaded

Damien said nothing but eyed her suspiciously and then a thought came in and he narrowed his eyes

“You’re not planning to get rid of the baby, are you?

Georgia looked shocked at the question and she weakly looked at Damien in disbelief as she caressed her belly

“How could you even think that? I would never”

Georgia clarified

The thought of it alone brought chills down her spine. She couldn’t even imagine aborting hers and Dylan’s baby. Never!!!

Damien only relaxed after seeing the look in Georgia’s eyes.

He could tell that she was already protective of the baby and wouldn’t hurt the child.

“Then you should know that from now on, you aren’t gonna just eat for yourself but also for the baby, avoid risky things that you do in the past and be meticulous from now on, hmmm?

Damien instructed and advised

Georgia nodded but didn’t say anything

Damien smiled

The woman has a strong spirit, she had passed through so much in the hands of her family at a young age and is still going through hardships

Young woman of her age would hardly cope in situations like this.

Damien thought, nodding slightly at her, he turned around to leave

“Umm Mr……”

Georgia called out unsure of how to address him as she didn’t know his name

“Just Damien”
Damien said as he halted and turned to face her

Georgia nodded
“Damien, can-can I know what you’re planning in telling them?
She asked anxiously

Georgia had an idea that this doctor must be close to the Donovan family cause of how he related with the family outside but she didn’t know how close they were and so she wanted to be sure he wouldn’t rat her out.

Damien smiled lightly seeing the worry on her face

“Don’t worry, I’m a doctor and my patient’s trust comes before family. That being said, I won’t tell them. I’ll handle this but then….”

Damien paused and Georgia wondered why the but came

“As far as you ain’t gonna get rid of the child, you should know they will find out sooner or later with or without me telling them about it”

Damien added and Georgia nodded in understanding

“I understand”
She muttered

Having nothing else to say
Damien left the ward while Georgia sank into thoughts

All the while, her eyes stuck on her belly that looked normal but a tiny life was growing in it.

She smiled through tears.
