Three days later, a new arising business man, Mr Wil who had scaled through the turbulence of the business world and won a jackpot held a grand party to celebrate his huge success.
As expect, the invitees were all different caliber of people known as the socialites.
There were many of them but few were singled out
Names Like, Donovan, Summer, Wilfred, Gerald, Davidson and lastly Sterling.
Though the Sterling’s were facing a down tour of business regarding the recent scandal that had yet to die down.
Mr Sterling would trade nothing for this party as it was his full chance to scurry favour and get business deals with his good coordination and impression I. order to save the Sterling Enterprise from bankruptcy
A red carpet was ran down from right outside the hotel and into the brim of the hall where the stage as well as the limelight was located.
Reporters came in dozens, with their crews from different Press companies in the whole of the City and beyond.
A party which would host the most prominent families and other rich socialites wasn’t a child’s play and so the press companies wouldn’t want to miss any piece of news that would gain fame to their company respectively.
Mr Sterling made sure to come on time and had already started to converse with some socialites ignoring some unfriendly and judgemental looks he got from some people
Inwardly, he cvrsed Susan for bringing him shame, if it were before, he would definitely not be here by this time and would proudly come to be noticed and worshiped but here he was conversing humbly with people he was much more above than.
The next to arrive were the Davidson’s, Mr and Mrs Davidson and Raymond
Some reporters clicked their cameras, taking pictures of each member that walked on the red carpet
Some even asked Raymond why he seemed to disappear all of a sudden but received no response as the securities guided the family into the hall.
A red porsche cayman pulled to a halt
All the people outside looked over to watch who has arrived this time
Reporters got their cameras ready to capture every moment of whosoever might highlight from the Porsche.
The driver’s door opened and Kreme made his way out and quickly went to the rear seat to open the door
A pair of glittery silver stilettos was seen clouded around a pair of slim milky legs
Georgia wearing a long free flow white dress with straps around her neck highlighted and so did her Grandpa from the other side.
Old Gerald extended his right arm to which Georgia hooked her left arm around and they walked towards the red carpet along with Kreme behind them
The reporters and the securities couldn’t be more awed by the grandfather-daughter duo.
Cameras flashed and clicked more than usual, taking pictures of them at different angles.
She didn’t have to do anything or strike a pose to look astonishing in all of’em
On entering the hall, the chatter died down a little as people turned to stare at the people who just entered
Georgia though wore a concealing dress that didn’t show off too much, practically why she chose white, still looked breathe taken, her hair was let down to cascade around her sides and back unlike other ladies who wore sharpening dresses in contrast to their skin colour such as red, black, yellow but mostly red with their hair packed up in a bun or ponytail, revealing their long necks making them sexy.
Men ogled at Georgia, her beauty was the type used to define something as divinely pure that one would get scared of tainting. Her Beauty exuded gentleness that could sweep one off the feet.
People wasted no time in coming over to meet them and strike a conversation with their fake smiles which irked Georgia a lot in the business world
Business men often come to you with nothing but reaping benefits in their minds and so they would always plaster smiles that never reaches their eyes, they would be the first people to trash you whenever you stopped meeting their expectations.
Georgia sighed as she remembered a certain family who could have been among the socialites, if not one of the top five.
Hill’s…..the Hills family, her mother’s best Friends. She wondered how Louise and Velvet had been faring lately, a lot of things had happened in her own life that she hasn’t found the time to pay her a visit in their new apartment, she heard from Damien that she had been discharged.
