Damon POV
“What? You weren’t gonna do that, right?” I asked.
“Of course, I was going to do that” she replied.
“You are becoming unbearable, you need a beating” I said and held her hand roughly.
I dragged her to my office roughly and I could sense that she was scared.
“Damon, what are you going to do?” She asked, her voice cracking.
“Sit on the table” I said not sparing her a glance.
“Why?” She asked.
“Sit on the table!” I thundered and she flinched.
She ran and sat on the table. It was obvious that she was totally scared.
I moved towards her dangerously slowly. I hit the desk hard and she closed her eyes tight, a tear slipping from her left eye.
I moved in between her legs and smiled at how scared she was. Did she really think that I will hurt her?
I brought my face closer to her and brushed her lips gently against her. She opened her eyes and I chuckled.
“Did you really think I’d hurt you?” I asked against her lips.
“You jerk! How dare you trick me?” She asked and I smiled.
I kssed her slightly on the lips and turned to leave chuckling but she drew me back and fused her lips together.
Naughty girl! I wanted to do this but I didn’t know how she would react. Just as I responded to the kss, she broke it and I frowned.
“You are beautiful” I said to her.
“Are you saying that cause you want to kss me?” She asked and I laughed.
“Of course not” I said and left her.
Silly girl! Denying me of lips that are mine!
“Seems like boss is angry, why could he be angry? Cause his butt showed off this morning?” She asked and I turned to her with my face red.
Why’s she making me feel so embarrassed? I walked to my seat and sat down but then stood up hurriedly.
“Let’s go to the hospital” I said and held her hand.
“Ugh? Why?” She asked.
“Getting you out of this body” I replied and noticed her expression change before she smiled at me.
We both walked out of the company and I drove to the hospital. All through the ride, Craziee was fidgeting and she was quiet which is so unlike her.
I parked the car in the hospital park and held her hands looking into her eyes.
“Hey, what’s wrong? Aren’t you happy?” I asked.
“Of course I am”
“Craziee, tell me the truth. I know you aren’t happy” I said and she looked away.
“Damon, promise you won’t tell this to anyone” she said and I nodded.
“I promise” I said and squeezed her hands a little when I saw that she was nervous.
“The truth is I don’t think I want to get out of this body” she said and I knitted my brows.
I thought she wasn’t comfortable with being in that body, so what’s she talking about?
“They are going to get me if I grow” she said.
“Get you? Who?” I asked.
“They killed my parents and they want to kill me too” she said and sniffed back tears.
“I don’t know why I am in this body but sometimes I am grateful cause I know they are still out there looking for a 23 year old but I am still like this” she said.
“Who are they?” I asked.
“I don’t know them, Roxanne is the only one who recognizes one of them, Roxy’s life too is at risk cause the lady she saw recognizes her too, my life is just messed up” she cried.
I held her close to me and pecked her forehead, she must have been through a lot.
“You don’t need to worry about them anymore, I will be here to protect you” I said and she drifted off to sleep.
I have to wait here for her to wake up, I don’t know if she wants to do it or not.
After a while, I felt her body stiffen against mine then she began shivering. What’s wrong? What the hell is happening to her?
Vivian’s POV
“The cops are here! Let’s leave now!” One of them commanded.
“No, we can’t leave without killing their daughter too” another said.
“Seems like you wanna be caught” the first one said and they fled through the window.
I came out of hiding and saw my parents, they had been killed. I stiffened seeing them in their own pool of bl©©d.
I broke down and cried. Before the police could get in,I ran out of the house. The police can’t be trusted.
As I ran, I saw her……….

I was shaken back to reality by Damon, I woke up with a gasp. It’s been long since I had this nightmare last but now it’d back.
“Damon, they are still after me, they still want to kill me” I said with a shaky voice.
“You are safe with me, nothing is going to happen to you” he cooed cuddling me.
After a while, I felt calm and a little bit at peace. I was a little bit embarrassed that I cried so much in front of Damon, I hope he keeps the secret.
“Should we leave for home now or we should continue with what we came here for?” He asked.
I was confused, I didn’t know what to do. Continue living like this or come out of this body and face the real life.
