MARRIED TO A STRANGER

“You brought me to a strip club?” Jeff asked Franklin, holding his shirt by the collar, “relax! Your wife will never find out” Franklin replied pulling himself free and straightening his collar.
The lady ushered them into one of the glass compartments in the corner of room; from inside the glass compartment they could see what was going on in the room, the compartment had soft white sofas with a small round white stool in the middle, the lady picked up a menu from the stool and handed it over to them, “which of our ice creams would you like to have? We have five options for tonight” she said pointing at the menu with her well manicured hands, “the succulent strawberry flavor sounds interesting, I think I want that one” Franklin replied rubbing his hands together in glee, “that’s our newest arrival, she only comes on the last week of every month and she’s on high demand; you might have to pay a little extra for her” the lady replied, “high demand?” Franklin said, “I like the sound of that. Send her down,I’ll pay the extra” he said drumming his laps with his palms, “okay,I’ll do just that. You might have to wait for about 15 minutes because she’s currently attending to someone else, she’ll be with you shortly after that if they don’t spend extra to keep her longer” the lady replied, “they had better not” Franklin said “I don’t joke with my ice cream” he added with a wink as the lady walked out.
“It’s official! You’re sick” Jeff said staring at Franklin in disgust, “don’t judge me” Franklin replied “this strip club is relatively new, I’ve never been here before.”
After almost 45 minutes of waiting for “succulent strawberry” to arrive, the lady returned “sorry for the long wait” she began, “the customers she was attending to have finally exhausted all their cash so she’s free to attend to you now, she’ll be here in less than five minutes”
“It’s about time” Franklin hissed, he was already annoyed from having to wait so long but he didn’t mind the wait because he knew it would be worth it.
