Chapter 92

Martin groaned softly, opening his eyes. He rubbed his eyes softly before turning to look at the other side, only to find it empty, and he frowned.

After what happened in the bathroom, they decided to take a nap again.

He looked at the time only to see it was 8:30.

He smiled as he remembered what happened in the bathroom.

Her sounds were so captivating, they sounded like music to his ear and it had just become his favorite music.

Wild imagination was already running through his mind, and it was all about Evelyn and their intimate connection.

He laughed and stood up from the bed. He wore his slippers and walked out of the room.

As he walked downstairs, he heard laughter coming from the sitting room, and he rolled his eyes.

Last night was one of the funniest nights he had ever experienced.

Seeing all his friends around, Evelyn safe and unharmed, made him happy.

Having his crazy friends around him and playing that game was really enjoyable for him.

He walked downstairs and frowned immediately when he saw them eating and laughing at the same time.

“Hey, good morning,” they shouted, and Martin rolled his eyes, searching for one person, and he smiled when he saw her feeding the little one.

Ava was dressed in her uniform, probably ready for school.

“Uncle Haris,” Ava yelled and jumped into his arms, making him laugh.

“Are you ready for school, huh?” he asked, tickling the little one, and she nodded, laughing.

“I will tell the driver to drop you at school,” he said, and the little one nodded.

He turned to Evelyn, who wasn’t even looking at him. She was still embarrassed from the morning incident.

Martin smirked, knowing that was the truth.

“Good morning, bro,” Charlotte said, walking towards them, and Martin smiled before kssing her softly on the cheek.

“Good morning, kiddo,” he smiled at her.

He turned to look at Evelyn again, but she just pretended like she didn’t feel his gaze on her.

She was still embarrassed that she could not look at him.

“Evelyn, I have something to tell you,” Charlotte said and dragged her away.

“What do you want to tell me?” Evelyn asked as they reached Charlotte’s room.

“Hmm, I didn’t know anyone else to talk about this, but I know you can understand me more than anyone else,”

“Hey babe, what’s the matter?” Evelyn asked in a concerning tone, holding her hand softly.

“I am really scared,” Charlotte said.

“You don’t have to be, Charlotte,” Evelyn said, and the other nodded, breathing heavily.

“I and… Cole… Cole are in love,” she said, and Evelyn’s eyes widened in surprise.

“Really?” she asked, and Charlotte nodded, and then Evelyn smiled.

“Then why are you scared? It is a good thing,” Evelyn said, and Charlotte burst into tears, leaving the other in surprise.

“That is the case. Cole said he is scared because of Martin,” Charlotte said, and Evelyn sighed.

She knew that would be the case, but he is his friend, not just his friend but his closest friend, so he won’t get angry when he finds out he is dating his sister.

“Why don’t you both talk to him yourselves? I’m sure he is going to understand you guys,” Evelyn said.

“I dare not, Eve, and that’s why I came to you. He listens to you, so please talk to him,” Charlotte pleaded, and Evelyn sighed.

“Please,” she pleaded, pouting her lips, making Evelyn chuckle.

“Okay,” she finally agreed, and Charlotte immediately hugged her.

“Thank you,”
