“Nneche,your here?”said Sophie as she enters the house.
“Sophie,you look tired”I said.
“I was doing some chores”she said while seating down on the sofa.
“Sophie,we’ve got a lot of maids in this house,stop overstressing yourself. Mary,from now onwards,don’t let Sophie do any chore”I said to Mary,our maid.
“Yes ma’am,”said Mary.
“Sophie,don’t you think we should at least let someone from Nicolas’ side know about this?”I asked.
“No,am fine like this”she said.
“Okey,as you wish”I said.
? JENNY’S HOUSE ?
“Its been three months now but Sophie is not yet back home. Had she arleady forgotten about us and her parents?”said promise.
“Don’t worry promise,I pray that where ever she is,she is fine. She will return home one day”said Jenny.

I was on the veranda when Nneche approached me.
“Sophie,the babies are crying”she said.
“Don’t worry,there mother is in there with them”I said.
“These kids will never kill me”Lusungu said as she walked out of the house carrying the twins in her arms.
“You wanted twins and God has allowed you to have twins close to them. Deal with them,they are all yours”I teased her and we both laughed.
“They looked just like their mother and father”Nneche said and I smiled.
“Nneche,I was thinking of going back home. It’s been long since I left home”I said.
“Not yet Sophie,Nick will come back home five years frok now and those girls anger has not yet subsided. Please stay for a while”Nnexhe said.
“But I miss my friends and parents”I said.
“Don’t worry about them,they are all fine”she said.
Nneche is more than a friend to me.
? TONY’S POV?
I looked at Nick who seem to be list in thoughts.
“What are you thinking about Nick?”I said and he looked at me.
“It’s been four years now since I last saw Sophie,I miss her a lot”he said.
“Anywhere she is,I hope she is fine”I said.
“I also hope so”Nick said
“But does Sophie know that your the first person you talk and think about everyday? Am so jelouse”I said and he smiled
Just then Sonia entered the room.
“I said it,I told you Nick. I told you that Sophie didn’t live you a bit. Your father gave her a lot of money and she disappeared. She is done harvesting money from your family that why she disappeared. Nick,don’t you understand that rich people and poor people cannot dine together? Nick,am always here for you,can’t you reconsider me?” Sonia said.
