He made the arm of Zeus, which he had iced, to disappear.

He walked steadily to where Queen Lati was and stared at her son, Blue.

“You are just lucky you had it all.” He said and turned to face Galore. “I need to rest, take me to my room.” He told his father and released his hold on him.

Galore was quickly up to his feet and changed into his human form.

“Come with me.” Galore whispered almost to himself but Ruthless sharp ears caught the words.

1,992 Years Later……..

The Land of Elves:

? Vala POV ?

The sound of a chain making noise draws the eyes of everyone in the market to the bearer of those chains, me.

According to my guardians, when I was born, those chains came with me, sticking to me like a second skin.

The chain wrapped around my waist twice and did a X sign across my chest, getting in-between my breasts, and circling my two wrists.

The more I grew the more it expanded in size and the weird thing about my chain is that it’s never heavy on my body and it knows my emotions.

Apart from that, I know how to use it to defend myself, my chains aren’t normal ones, it is magical.

You see, I’m not a normal elf, I’m taller than the whole elves in this land including my guardians, 5’9 when most elves are just 5’1 or 5’2 . I don’t really have pointy ears like the rest of the Elves.

“Good morning Vala.” An elf, a young woman, greeted me as I stopped besides her table. We elves don’t grow old.

The dark cloak I was putting on didn’t hide the chains in both of my wrists and so as they make noise, it attracts everyone.

I totally ignored the whispers going around me as my focus was on the old elf.

“Morning Ratha, I am here for the apples.” I said with a smile.

“Why do they like to stress you, why can’t Princess Haera send a servant to get the apples for her?” Ratha asked, putting some apples into a basket.

Ratha had once worked in the palace before her retirement so we trusted her. I like her a lot cus she really understands me.

“I’m used to it.” I answered with a shrug and waited patiently for her to park some apples in a small basket and gave me two baskets instead of one.

“The other one is for you Vala.” She told me sweetly.

“Thank you Ratha.” I said as I took the two baskets from her. She was the only one who didn’t see me as a freak and two others in the palace.

When I turned to go, the people were still staring at me. I walked back to the palace, pretending not to notice their stares and whispering.

Long time ago, when I was young, I would have cried out my eyes at their stares and their side talks, not now. I am almost one thousand years old and I have grown tough.

I arrived at the palace and headed for Haera’s room.

Haera and I are related, Queen Alfy and Queen Calfy, who are my guardians, had told me my mother had died before she gave birth to me and they had to tear her stomach to bring out my egg, me, before I d!e.

I owe them for saving my life and that was why they had turned me into their slave, especially Queen Alfy’s daughter, Haera. Even though I live in the palace, have my own nice room and clothes, I am still treated like a servant, but I am used to it.

Knocking on Haera’s door.

“Come in.” Her beautiful voice was heard and I went in.

Haera is the prettiest elf in the whole Land, no female elf in each clans can match her beauty. She is not only beautiful but a strong fighter.

Her stunning black eyes that guys would kll for, just for her to stare them, stared at me irritatedly. Her black hair which wasn’t that long was tied in a ponytail.

“Here are your apples.” I said dropping one of the baskets besides her and turning to leave.

“Who has the other one you are carrying fatso?” Princess Haera asked me.

Did I forget to mention I’m a plus size, like I have more flesh than any elf here.

“Mine, Ratha gave it to me.” I replied to her and didn’t wait for another hurtful word from her before I left her room.

I carried my basket of apples and went to the center of the palace, where a lady who is a non elf, was chained.

She had served my mother and afterwards betrayed her, as if that was not enough, she murdered my father.
