Pedro’s men were able to sneaked into the workers warehouse. Their duties was to set the bomb inside the prison and save Kennedy.
They dressed like them and helped them load the loads inside the truck. The guy that always visited Kennedy in the prison was jack, he was the one carrying the bomb in his backpack. His face was dirty so it would be very hard to recognize him.
The leader announced that everyone should move out. “Okay, come on guys let’s get going.” He clapped his hands as he watched everyone moving out.
“Hey wait, who are you? He asked one of Pedro’s men.
“Huh… Me, oh that, you don’t remember me again?” He asked eventually using that opportunity to frame a lie.
“I don’t think so… Whatever is not like I know everyone that works here. Ok now, let’s move.” He drew the door down and they all got inside the trucks.
“If it goes wrong then we have to use the other plan.” Jack said to them.
“Sure sir.”
The trucks came to halt as they all stepped down. Each one of them carried a carton and went into the prison from the backside. Jack was stopped from entering.
“Hey what’s in your backpack.”
“Yeah, what?”
“Let him in, they’re armless.” Another police officer said and the one that stopped jack stepped aside for him.
They all walked in and dropped their loads in the storage room. Jack tiptoed out and made his way to a place near the prison. He squatted down and opened his backpack quickly.
He brought all the bomb out and fixed them.
One of his man turned off all the lights by disconnecting them. He was about to walk away forgetting to disconnect a wire.
He joined others in the storage room and they all went out remained jack inside. The wire he forgot to disconnect touched a wrong one and everything caught fire even before the counts of the bomb.
Everyone began to scream, shouting as smokes took off. Almost everywhere has caught fire. Just when jack noticed that, that was when the bomb broke down the walls to the main prison. He rushed in and ran around looking for Kennedy. Police were doing their best saving prisoners by unlocking the cage.
That was how the battle began. Some that tried to run were shot while they captured some.
Kennedy knew everything as she stood by the door waiting for jack to show up. “Hey I’m right here.” Kennedy called out and jack rushed to her. He used a pin to unlocked the door and set everyone free.
“Let’s follow them.” Kennedy said and tried to follow others.
“No, you won’t be able to escape. Follow me.” Jack lead the way to a safe place but almost every part were on fire.
“A aah.” Kennedy coughed before of the smokes.
“We have to find a way out… We must get out of this place even if jumping into fire.” Jack muttered and tried to clear the road. They were able to escaped the first room remain the last door to the backside.
Jack was about to take a step when he noticed that something was about to fall them. He pushed Kennedy and he body caught fire.
“No oo oo, jack.” Kennedy yelled.
“Ahh, just go.” He said feebly. “I’m going to be all right.”
“No I’m not going to leave you like this… Never.” She wanted to moved toward him but the smoke and burning up fire was stopping her as she coughed hardly.
When she couldn’t absorb the smokes anymore she blacked out and that was how half part of her face caught fire. One of Pedro’s men rushed in and met Kennedy on the floor with a face burnt. He glanced at jack who’s already dead. He carried her and rushed out.
Their cars were parking at the backside as he ran toward it and dropped Kennedy in the car.
“Where is jack?” One of them asked.
“He’s dead.”
“What?”
“Let’s go… They’re coming for us.” He ordered and the drivers drove in full speed.
When they reached Pedro’s residence. Cars came to halt and they all alighted from the car. Someone carried Kennedy and they all walked behind him.
“What happened?” Pedro asked.
“Mother.” Myra called out and rushed to Kennedy who was unconscious.
“Dad, her face.”
“Where is jack?” Pedro asked furiously as he collected Kennedy from his man and laid her on the sofa.
“Jack is… Is dead.” The one that set the bomb said and the next thing they heard was a gunshot.
“What are you telling me?” He yelled. The one that set the bomb was already on the floor. Dropped dead!
“Where is jack for the last time?” He inquired but everyone was afraid to answer him.
“We are sorry boss.” They all gone on their knees.
“Call the doctor now, Max.” Jack was one of his best man and his favorite. He still could believe he’s gone.
Myra sat beside her mother crying.
“Daddy, what’s going to happen to my mother?” She sobered.
“She’ll be fine.”

?Odette?
I was about to kip on the bed when kyle entered wearing a sad face. I quickened move away from the bed and rushed to me. “Hey what’s wrong? Did Ashley…
“Kennedy escaped from the prison.”
“What are you saying? You know that’s impossible right.” I caressed his face thinking he was playing another prank on me.
“I’m serious Odette.” He said moved away from me.
“Oh my goodness!” I exclaimed. “Well corps are going to do their jobs anyway so we shouldn’t worry about it.” I shrugged.
“Don’t you get it?”
“Then why don’t you make me.”
“There someone working for Kennedy in this mansion, do you know what they are planning to do? Or their plans?” I shook my head.
“You’re her first target Odette. Ah” he inhaled deeply and grabbed a bottle of water, he gulped it down.
“If someone working for her is here then I’m not safe. How did you find out anyway?” I asked still couldn’t believe it.
“Ashley was…
“That is it, always falling for her lies.” I scoffed and ambled over the bed. “Kyle why are you so work up about this, let them do their jobs okay?” I sad nonchalantly.
“Whatever.” He rolled his eyes and went out.
“What was that for?” I asked myself. I stood up again just about to walk out I took a last glimpse of myself and hissed. “I have to change my dress.” I mumbled.

I couldn’t think straight when Odette told me about Kennedy. I knew how crazy Kennedy was… If she was the only one that absconded from the prison then she hasn’t gave up on her revenge.
It felt like I want to go home, I don’t want anything to happens to Odette. I know I have no power to protect her but I’ll still want to make sure she’s safe.
“Mother, what do you think? I’m really scared… Nothing must happen to Odette mummy.” I panicked.
“She’s going to be all right. I’m also scared as you are, but first we have to wait.”
“I want to go home. At least make sure Odette is still safe.”
“Kyle is going to protect her including Ashley.”
“You can’t change my mind mother.” I uttered.
“I’m not trying to make you change your mind. Moreover we haven’t heard from Kennedy yet.” I agreed with her. I think I’m over reacting, if there a way to stop Kennedy then I’m going to do anything to stop her. I don’t know when she turned out like that that all she could think of was revenge!
