?BELLA’S P.O.V?
The next morning, I woke up cox of the noise coming from downstairs.
I use a jacket to cover myself cox I was feeling a bit cold, I stretched and walked downstairs.
I stood at the stairs as I watched Julie chasing the cleaner, mason with a dead snake.
”i said wear it!”, Julie yelled, chasing him around
“i don’t wanna, pls”.
“am the boss here!”,she replied.
“i know but…I let out a slight cough, and they all noticed my presence.
“morning julia”,Zara mumbled.
“yea…so what’s going on?”,I asked, and they stared at me for a while.
“this cleaner must put this dead snake round his neck!”,Julie said in a bossy tone.
“why?”,I asked calmly.
“cox, he hit us with a mop stick”,she replied.
“why?”.
“he wanted to get revenge on us cox we didn’t like his food”.she replied, and I breathed out loudly .
I was about to speak when I looked closely at the snake.
“that snake ain’t dead. Drop it and move back!”,I instructed quickly.
She threw the snake in a haste, and ran a far distance before it charge vehemently at the air.
”where did you get this snake from?”,I asked.
“i saw it…..lying lifeless on our porch!”,Julie replied.
The snake had gotten itself back, and started moving towards mason.
“no no no, am not a fan of snakes!”,he yelled, as he jumped onto the couch.
“you know the snake can cradle up there right?”,I asked.
“oh my holy lord…its coming. Get it away from me!”,he yelled, and jumped off the couch.
I sigh, as I moved over, and targeted the snake’s weak point, and hit it.
“take it out! Don’t ever play with such things again!”,I warned.
I looked at mason who was close to a pillar, shrieked, murmuring words to himself.
I squatted before him.
“no, I don’t like you. I won’t carry you!”,he kept saying.
I slapped him, and he came back to his senses.
”you must have had a terrible experience with snakes right?”,I asked.
“yea…..”,he replied, and stood up slowly.
I went back upstairs and entered my bathroom.
?ZARA’S P.O.V?
“young man, you ain’t free you know. You didn’t do as instructed!”,I said.
“i could have died!”,he said. His voice sounded like a person with so much grief.
“yea…..I know, but I meant….your punishment have not begun!”,I replied.
“lets get this over with!”,he replied, I think his pissed off. That stuff really scared the life outta him..
I talked with Julie who just came back from discarding the snake.
“how are we gonna tell him?”,she asked in form of a whisper.
?MASON’S P.O.V?
“you’ll to prepare five different delicacies. Not that the one you prepared before was yummy, but we want to give you a second chance”,Julie replied.
Liars! The food inside the pot yesterday is now empty. They ate it all.
I’ll make sure they praise my food….watch and see?
