Preparation:
Blend the dried seeds into powder.
Take the seeds in fine powder.
Take a small spoonful in a large glass of warm water or in the juice of coconut and drink once a day.

If your sugar is over 200+ add a teaspoon to water, and drink Morning and Night

Coconut water 1 litre
Grind kanafuru and abeere together (same quantity).

Using Mango Leaves to Cure Diabetes
Mango leaves contain tannins and anthocyanins, which help to treat diabetes early.

grab 3-4 slice of mango leaves, wash it, then boil it.
Leave the cooking water and mango leaves after boiling until the next day.
In the morning, strain the water concoction of mango leaves made last night, and drink on an empty stomach. You can add a little honey, lemon and lime.

The leaves are dried in a shade then ground into fine powder.
2 tablespoons of the powder are added to a cup of hot water and allowed to steep for 5 minutes.
