Reluctantly, Dean hug-ged her back
“Omg! I can’t believe I’m seeing you for real,,, Gosh you’re handsome” Molly said dreamingly
” Molly where are your manners?” Kaylan reprimanded and she immediately got down from Dean’s body
“I’m sorry” She apologized to Dean and he nodded
“how is mom? Kaylan asked
“She’s inside” she replied, her gaze still on Dean
Kaylan walked into the room and Dean turned to molly who was staring at him like he was some kind of movie
“You’re Molly?” Dean asked and she nodded quickly
“You’re pretty” he said and she blush
“Are you the one who wants to employ my sister?” Molly asked ushering him a sit
“Hmm” he hummed a reply.
“You look handsome in person than in magazines” she said
“I think she’s a talkative” Collins whispered
“Please be nice to my sister. She always pretends to be tough but she’s actually very fragile. Ever since mom fell ill, crying has been her habit”
Dean was dumbfounded that he couldn’t bring himself to say anything
“Let’s go see my mom” Molly added pulling him up
“Maybe next time” Dean declined politely
“There’s no need to be shy Since you’re here already” she replied
Dean heave a sigh before following her reluctantly.
“Mom.. this is kaylan’s new friend” Molly said with a smile
“Is that true?” Mrs Anderson asked staring at Dean.
It was obvious Kaylan and Molly took their beauty from her
“Yes ma’am. We’re both working on a project” Dean replied
“Is that so? You look like a nice man” Mrs Anderson said and Kaylan scoff
“Tch, Nice man my butt” she scoff lowly but Dean heard her
“Kaylan, why don’t you prepare something for your guests” Mrs Anderson said
“That won’t be necessary ma’am, we have to do something about your health first?” Dean cut in. Kaylan turned to him at once and he could tell so many questions were on her mind
“Don’t think too much about it,,, I just don’t want to be seen as a heartless man” he whispered to her
“How about we go to the hospital now?” He asked
“What?!! Molly exclaimed. ” Like right now? She asked
” Yeah,,, like right now” he replied
“Omg!! Thanks so much” She said and hug him
“Thank you Sir. I will surely repay your kind gesture” kaylan said happily
“Of course you will… You have to” Dean smiled back

They got to the hospital and Mrs Anderson was taken straight to the OR. Necessary arrangements were made, so getting a heart donor for her wasn’t that much of a big deal
It’s been 7 hours already since Mrs Anderson was taken into OR, yet Kaylan and Molly wouldn’t stop crying or parading restlessly Infront of the OR.
Dean didn’t know how to comfort them So he just sat at a corner watching them along with Collins
After what seemed like forever, Doctor banks walked out of the OR along with other nurses.
Mrs Anderson’s unconscious body was pushed into a VIP ward
“How is my mom?” Kaylan rush to doctor banks
“She’s fine and might gain consciousness within 24hours” he replied and left for his office
“Thank you so much Sir” Molly said in tears
“I wonder what would have become of my sister and I if it weren’t for your help” She cried even more
“Your mom is fine,,, cheer up” Dean said while she smiled
“I’m grateful Sir Dean” that was kaylan’s voice. Tears left her eyes involuntarily as she stared at him. Indeed he was a God s£nt
” It’s nothing,,, I’m just doing my own pa…. he couldn’t complete his statement when she engulfed him in a tight hug, taking him by surprise
He stood still as his eyes dilated in surprise
“I’m grateful” She cried on his shoulders and he made to push her away when Collins threw him a deadly glare.
He sigh and hug-ged her briefly before dis£ngaging from the hug
“I’m sorry for what just happened” she said cleaning her tears
” It’s fine,,, but don’t try that next time” He warned and she nodded slowly. “Let’s go see the doctor” he added
They got to the doctor bank’s office and he usher them a seat
Doctor banks cleared his throat. “Concerning the patient, things would have gotten complicated if she had stayed a day without surgery. But we thank God for the successful surgery..
“Thank you so much doctor for saving my mom” kaylan said..
“It’s our duty” he replied before turning to Dean
“When are you coming for the intrauterine insemination?”
“I’ll be coming during the weekend uncle” he replied and Doctor banks nodded
“We will take our leave now uncle” They did a little bow before exiting the office
“I will leave now. I’ve settled the bills and everything. You just have to play your part for 9months then you will be free to leave” He said walking into Mrs Anderson’s ward
“Let’s go Collins” Dean said
“So soon?” Molly asked
“Yeah… ” He nodded
“I will see you off” Kaylan chipped in
“It’s fine. Just take care of your mom and stop acting all nice” Dean said and Walk out of the ward
“That was harsh” Collins said as they got Infront of the hospital
“And how’s that your business?”
” I’m just saying… Collins raised his hands in surrender and ignited the car

~~Next Morning~~
“Is everything okay with Dean?” Collins wondered
Dean has been worried and sad ever since they left the hospital the previous night. He’s been behaving strange
He wouldn’t talk neither would he eat anything. They even slept in separate rooms
“All this always happens whenever he thinks about his first love Tyler. That good for nothing slvt” Collins cvrsed and ball his fight tightly
“Should I go keep him company?” He thought looking at the door to his (Dean) room..
“Nah,, he has to fight his emotions himself” Collins shook the thought off
“Eating alone isn’t fun at all” He muttered, picking on his food
“Gosh, I’ve lost my appetite. How can I possibly eat when my Dean hasn’t eaten?” He dropped his fork and started clearing the table when he heard the door bell
“Brittany doesn’t use the doorbell so who’s that” He wondered
He checked the CCTV footage and saw kaylan standing outside
“What is she doing here?” He ask no one in particular before opening the door.
“Welcome, What are you doing here?” He asked when she walked into the house
“I came to thank Sir Dean” She replied
“How’s your Mom doing?” Collins asked
“The doctor said she’s okay”
“Where’s Dean?” She asked
” He’s just… He’s meditating”
“Meditating?” She creased her brow
” Don’t think much about it” Collins said and she nodded
” What can I help you with?” Kaylan asked
” What do you mean”
” Like the chores,,,,, what can I do?”
“It’s fine you don’t need to do a thing, the maintenance guy would come do it”
” I insist” She said
” You can’t do that, you’re our guest” Collins protested
” But I want to” she pouted
“You sure are stubborn,,, well you can do whatever you want” Collins said and slump on the couch.
