next day, (evening)
“Dean” Collins called walking into his office
“Why did you leave her house that early? You said you had something to do at the office but when we got here yesterday, you just sat doing nothing”
“That’s none of your business”
“Seriously, I don’t und-erstand you.. is kaylan the reason you’re behaving this way? or there’s something else you aren’t telling me?
“Can you just let me be?” Dean snapped
“Of course not” Collins snapped back
Dean heave a sigh and lean back on his Swivel chair
Many thoughts were ringing in his head and most of them were of Kaylan
He knew he was hurting the innocent girl by being Cold to her but he just didn’t know what to do
He was creating a gap between them so that when she eventually leaves after the contract, he won’t feel bad or attached to her
He sigh again, de-eply this time. He stood up and started walking out
“Are you feeling ill?” Collins asked as he followed him behind
“I’m fine, it’s just… My head’s hurting” He replied
” Let’s go to the hospital” Collins said and touched his forehead
“Dean!!! you’re burning up” he exclaimed and Dean slap his hands off his forehead
“I’m fine” he said and entered the elevator
” Let’s go to the hospital” Collins said with Concern
” Stop it already, I said I’m fine,,,, I’ll be fine after taking some drugs” he said
” Are you sure?”
” Yeah, now get your @ss into the car” Dean said and they both got into the car
“Hold tight” Dean caution and started driving roughly Down the road
“Dean what are you doing?” Collins yelled but Dean was very de-ep in thought– Thoughts of Kaylan!
She’s been on his mind lately and the only conclusion he could give to it was pity.
Pity,,,, yes pity… I just pity her that’s all…he @ssured himself
“Watch it” Collins yelled bringing him back to his s£nses
They were about running directly into an on coming truck
“Damnit” He spat and quickly reversed the car till it came to a halt
“What were you thinking? Collins yelled again but he just kept mute.
” I should take over from here” Collins said and they exchanged sit.
“I’m not even married yet and you want to kll” he added and Dean sigh
“I’m sorry” Dean said before looking out of the window

“She’s fun” Kaylan muttered as she remembered her moment with Brittany
Brittany has been good and caring towards her that she couldn’t help but smile
“Is he the reason?” Molly spoke up, startling her
“Gosh, you startled me ” Kaylan exclaimed.” What are you doing here? Why aren’t you asleep” She asked
“No reason…. it’s Just fun watching my beautiful and lovely sister think of a man with a wide smile on” Molly replied sitting close to her
“What are you talking about? Who told you I was thinking about Dean?” She asked
” I never said it was Dean ” Molly smir-ked
” Oh… Kaylan trailed off awkwardly.
“You like Dean don’t you?” Molly asked and she scoff loudly
“Why in the world would I like him?” She replied and Molly laughed briefly
“Anyway, when are you getting pregnant for him? I can’t wait to have him as my brother in-law” Molly said
“Look here young lady, we aren’t getting married and again I don’t like him, his just too rude and arrogant. So stop dreaming” Kaylan flic-ked her nose
“Why would he want you to get pregnant through artificial insemination, why can’t he just… You know Directly?” She said and Kaylan gape at her
“Wtf” Kaylan exclaimed. “Who the h’ll is teaching you all this?”
“Stop it pls. I’ll be 18 in a few months and you expect me to still have a child’s Brain? C’mon Kaylan, the world is revolving ” she replied and Kaylan frowned at her
“I will be checking up on you when you finally leave for his house tomorrow and don’t worry I will cover up for you too,,,, Mom won’t find out” she wink at Kaylan before walking back into the room.
Mrs Anderson was aware Kaylan would be leaving the house and staying with Dean but the pregnancy bargain was hidden from her. She only knew Kaylan would be working there as his personal maid. No mother will be happy if their kid gets pregnant without having a proper wedding.
She sigh de-eply before entering the room too

~~Next morning~~
Kaylan was done bathing, she picked up the pink gown Molly bought for her as a gift for being employed. She wore and it fitted perfectly
She was applying li-pstick to her li-ps when molly Walked in. Mrs Anderson was in the living
“What are you doing?” Molly asked staring at her. “Look at yourself in the mirror, how do you look? She asked
“I look good of course” Kaylan replied
“You still look so natural” Molly said and pull her to sit infront of the mirror
She removed the band from kaylan’s hair and her hair fell freely on her shoulders down to her back
“Now, this is nice… And what’s with the red li-pstick?” Molly cleaned them up and applied a pink one instead.

Minutes later she was done dolling Kaylan’s face up
“Now you look good” She said, dropping the eye liner
“Wow, is this me?” Kaylan g@sp
“Yeah darling,, now you can successfully sed-uce Dean”
” You’re crazy” Kaylan smacked her head gently as she stood up
She put on black heels and they both left the room afterwards
“I will be on my way now mom” Kaylan said and Mrs Anderson smiled
“You look so beautiful” she compliment
“I’m always beautiful” Kaylan smiled back
“make sure you listen to your boss. Don’t be rude and endure whatever he does okay?” Mrs Anderson said and she nodded
“You don’t have to worry about me, I’ll be fine.. don’t just forget to take your medicine” she said
“I going to miss you” Nina appeared
“I will miss you too babe” she hug-ged Nina
“Mom .. she turned to her mom tearfully
“Hey hey Don’t ruin the Makeup with your tears” Molly warned and she smiled
“I will go now” she said but de-ep down, she didn’t wanna leave her family.
“You will be late” Mrs Anderson said and stopped a cab for her.
“Bye.. She waved as she got into the cab with her things
“You look good miss” the cab man said and she blushed
” Thank you sir” she replied
She told the cab man her destination and he drove her at once to Dean’s house
She got down and paid the cab man before proceeding into the house
Collins had told her the p@sscode to the house the previous day
She pressed the code and walked into the house
“Who is tha… Dean trailed off as he stared at the beauty Infront of him
“Good morning Sir Dean” she greeted with a bow and he gulp a lump down his throat
“Wow.. kaylan” Collins exclaimed walking to her
“Omg!! You look beautiful.. jeez you’re taking my breath away” Collins tease and she smiled sweetly
“Come in… He said again before helping her with her luggage
“I guess you’re here for the job fully” he asked her and she nodded
“I will show you to your room then” Collins said
Dean couldn’t say anything, he just stood still staring at her
“Sir Dean?” she waved her hands Infront of him
“Yo..you should have given me a call before coming” he said with a little stutter
Somehow he couldn’t bring himself to look her in the eyes
“I’m sorry about that” She apologized
“I will be back” she added and followed Collins upstairs.
Dean exhale de-eply after she left
He remembered her face and smiled involuntarily but the smile quickly vanished when he remembered Tyler
He sigh again sadly before leaning back on his chair
“Dean.. Collins called as he descended the stairs with Kaylan
“Babila called,,, she said someone needs your attention at the company but no qualms man,,, I’ll go instead. You just have to keep Kaylan company till I’m back” Collins said knowingly
“It’s fine.. I will be fine on my own” She said
“No!!! You won’t be fine. I’m not okay with it.. Collins replied while Dean’s gaze were still on kaylan.
The door burst open and Brittany walked in
“My Kaylan” Brittany gushed mirthfully and hug-ged her
“You look dazzling and beautiful” she complimented while Dean scoff
” Beautiful my butt, I’ve Fu-cked prettier girls” he muttered inaudibly
” Is she going to the company with you both?” She asked
“She’s not” Dean replied quickly
” Why not” Brittany asked
“I have an important meeting today with the board members”
“What’s wrong if you show them your girlfriend?” Brittany asked. “She’s going with you and that’s final” she added sternly
“Don’t forget, I’ve got eyes on you. If I discovered all this is fake, Dean you’re doomed” Brittany threatened and left the house
” Why’s she so scary?” Dean muttered.
