CHAPTER 34

A restaurant**
“Farrell I hate you, you told me their food is good here, now the spaghetti is too spicy, are you trying to spoil my tongue? ” Nirvana said, blowing air in her mouth with her hand
“I told you they do spicy spaghetti here, didn’t you hear me when I was saying it?, I love spicy things anyways” Farrell replied, shoving a full fork of spaghetti into her mouth
“We have class by 1 and this is past 12 already, you guys should be fast” Jamison said
” I don’t know why you’ll call us so early in the morning just to come with you to the restaurant to eat” Farrell said
” I didn’t eat before leaving the house and I didn’t eat dinner last night too” Nirvana replied.
” I doubt if that’s true” Jamison said
” Believe me, last night was because of …. My wounds but this morning, it’s because I don’t want to sit with grandma at the dinning, she cut my outing time to 7 and i don’t like it” she replied
” 7?, Grandma Kara is scary and strict, didn’t Gray talk to her for you? ” Farrell said
” Don’t talk about that son of a devil anymore, I hate him!” Nirvana screamed and everyone in the restaurant stared at her
“Now I need a full gist about what he really did to you” Farrell said
“I don’t want to talk about it” Nirvana replied and ate a ball of meat, chewing it slowly and when she remembered she slept on Brandon’s bed again last night , she smiled widely
“But I don’t know why he’s being stubborn over this future of a thing” she thought loudly
” Who? ” Jamison asked”
” No one” Nirvana smiled
” Guys let’s go to school” Farrell said
” The class is by 1 and this is 12:20, there’s still a lot of time” Nirvana replied
” Did you watch the saddening news? ” Someone asked beside them, she’s just coming in, sitting in front of a friend
“What news?” The friend asked
“Bliss college got bombed twenty minutes ago and over twenty students were lost in the blast”
” What did you just say! ” Farrell said quickly , standing up
Almost immediately, the news came on the restaurant TV
? The famous Bliss college recorded a fatal bomb blast today at exactly 12pm which claimed the lives of twenty students from the college, the planters of the bomb is anonymous and unknown to anyone and the main aim is unknown too, the school burnt till the foundation and right now the management is in great grief….
“Aarrgh!!!!!!!” Nirvana screamed, holding her ears
” Our…. Our school?, What the hell! ” Jamison said shockingly
” No, no this is not happening” Farrell said, dashing out of the restaurant, Nirvana and Jamison rushed out too

Bliss college has really burnt to its roots and right now if anyone is told there was once a college there, it’ll be doubted
Paxton arrived and met Brandon crying in front of the college on his knees
“Don… Where’s Nirvana?, Where’s Nirvana?” He asked impatiently
“I don’t know!, I can’t find her, I think she got blasted with the explosion” he replied
” No, no that can’t be, that can’t be no! ” Paxton said and rushed to the ambulance, the burnt b©dies are already getting packed into the ambulances, covered with white clothes
He started lifting the white clothes slowly one by one but they’re burnt, even if she’s one of them, he won’t know and he can’t even watch so after lifting up to five, he gave up and left the place but Brandon is not there anymore, he dialled his line but he’s not picking
“Don please” he said, dialing it again but he’s still not picking
He kicked the ground in frustration
“Museum father” a familiar voice called from behind and he swiftly looked back
His joy knew no bounds when he saw Nirvana standing behind him with her friends
“Small daughter” Paxton said and rushed to her with just three steps, he hugged her tightly
“Where have you been and why weren’t you picking your calls! ” He said , hugging her more
” I was at the restaurant with Farrell and Jamison… My phone… My phone must be in silence” she said, touching her pocket but her phone isn’t there.

” You must have forgotten it in the restaurant” Farrel said, still staring at the building that was once called Bliss college , now in ruins
Paxton broke the hug and smiled
“Don has gone wild searching for you” he said
” Where’s he? ” She asked
” I don’t know too, he suddenly left but I guess he went to his dad, he’s the one behind all these cos Stone can’t do something like this right now, his hands are tied” Paxton whispered to Nirvana
” His father?, Will he hurt doctor?, Will his father hurt him? ” Nirvana asked worriedly
” I’m not sure, I just have to keep trying his line” he replied.

Brandon didn’t bother to park his car in front of the cartel, he destroyed the gate with the car and drove in, the hitmen started shooting immediately and he came out of the car without using any dmn mask
He started walking in without caring about the bvllets flying around
The hitmen aren’t aware he’s the one since no one has seen his face so they continued shooting but none of the bvllets hit him cos he’s guiding everything, he shot back and brought down over twenty as he continued walking in
“He’s the heir!, Stop everyone!* Reagan’s voice said loud and clear and they stopped
? The heir?
? Those who said he’s handsome are not wrong
? Then why the anger?
? Heard one of the girls who died in the blast is his girl
? Boss told Cosby to plant the bomb originally because of her
Brandon walked past Reagan into the main mansion, not smiling, angry, fierce and expressionless
A bch is rocking on Zelda’s laps when he got there and Brandon didn’t think twice before $hooting her and she fell down dead
Zelda clapped, standing up and picking a cigarette stick
“Just what I was expecting, empty fury now that your little girl is gone” he said
Brandon $hot him but he ducked and the cigarette fell from him
“Oh, seems you’re serious” Zelda said and grabbed a gvn from the table, he $hot at Brandon and Brandon ducked behind the table
“Vacate this room everyone!” Zelda ordered all the ten hitmen around left the room immediately
Brandon stood up from behind the table and shot back, Zelda jumped on the chair and gave him three $hots consecutively but Brandon escaped it, he jumped on the table and spin himself around, $hooting in the process
Zelda tried to $hoot his leg on the table and he started targeting everywhere he steps on, Brandon jumped down from the table and went on his knees, he $hot straight and it hit Zelda’s chest
“Ba$tard!” Zelda yelled, seeing his shot chest but it doesn’t feel like anything to him, he threw down his gvn and rushed to Brandon who put his gvn back in the belt strap
They grabbed each other and started rolling on the floor, punching and hitting each other, wounding each other massively
Brandon pun¢hed the shot area on Zelda’s chest and and he groaned
“Uurrggg!”, His bIood stained Brandon’s hand and face as Brandon continued pun¢hing that area before Zelda was able to pun¢h his jawline
Brandon got off him and rolled back to the ground, his mouth full of bIood and his face full of wounds
Zelda is not exceptional, he got too many wounds both on his face and body then his mouth bIeeds bIood too, his teeth has been covered with bIood
“Are you seriously begging for death?’ he said
” How dare you do that Zelda!, How dare you!” Brandon yelled angrily
” And who are you to question my authority you ba$tard!” Zelda barked
” She was my only comforter, she makes me happy!, She soothes me and I feel peace while with her, Zelda she’s my only companion!, You just killed my only one!” He yelled
” Now that was an emotional poem but you deserve it, if you had listed to me and just let her go, this wouldn’t have happened to the poor girl” Zelda said and picked a cigarette to smoke again but Brandon raised the gvn beside him up with his leg, he grabbed it and $hot
It hit Zelda’s on his right arm, Zelda looked at the $hot arm and smiled before facing him
“Wanna kill me just like you killed your mother?” He said
Brandon’s hand dropped and he swallowed hard
“I’m not a weakling like your mother, I’m not crippled on a wheelchair like her, I don’t have eye defects like her so it won’t be an easy task to kill me just the way you killed her….devl!” Zelda ranted, calling the devl to his face
The gvn dropped from Brandon’s hand and she stepped back slowly
“You can’t kill me easily like you killed your mother!” Zelda said again
Brandon rushed out of the place and got in his car, he drove out of the place and had barely drove for two seconds when he started crying
“Mother” he muttered amidst his tears
His phone rang beside him and he ignored but when it kept ringing till the tenth time , he picked up
“Hey Don, Nirvana is safe please come back!” Paxton’s voice said
“She’s….not dead?” He said
” Of course , she’s ok with her friends” Paxton said
” Oh…ok” he replied and hung up
An unknown number called almost immediately
“How dare you abduct my daughter and wife!” Stone’s voice said in anger
“We’ll talk better tomorrow” he replied and hung up
He called Jones
“Boss” Jones said on phone
“Are they safe with them?” He asked
” Yes boss but your voice…
“Don’t worry about me, I’ll come tomorrow, just don’t harm them” he replied
” Sure boss” Jones replied and hung up
Brandon switched off his phone immediately and drove home

“He just said oh..ok?, You said he was worried” Nirvana said hurtfully when Paxton hung up
The call was loud so she was listening, Farrell and Jamison left some minutes ago
“Maybe..he’s going through something again” Paxton said
” Something again?” Nirvana replied sadly
Paxton hugged her
“Be ok, he’ll be fine” he said and Nirvana sighed, hoping he’ll be really ok.
