Brandon stopped in his tracks and slowly looked back at Mateo who has a satisfactory smirk on his face
“Don’t worry too much about how I found out… The last time at the underdeveloped area at Brera, I was following you, in fact I’ve been following you cos I sensed you’re not usual, I sensed a strong bad aura from you and I traced it till I found it, I saw how you killed mercilessly, you dragged one of them with your car till he bled till death, I witnessed how that little bch took off your mask and i was like wow!, Awesome!, Doctor Brandon Greg is great”Mateo said
“Congratulations on knowing my real identity,” Brandon said calmly
” You should be scared cos I can do anything, I’ll hand you over to the cops and you’ll stay in jail forever after losing your career” Mateo said
“First things first, who did you just address as a little bch”Brandon said, walking slowly to him
” The girl, that little college girl” Mateo said and Brandon took the remaining one step to him, he grabbed his throat and raised him with just an hand with his back on the wall, ¢hoking him
“Ba$tard!, Let me go!, Arrgg!, ” Mateo groaned, gasping for breath already
“No one sees my face and goes scot free, death becomes the middle name of anyone who identifies me as Zelda’s weapon, now your third mistake was calling that girl a bch, the second mistake was knowing my identity and the first was that you told me to my face!, I should have killed you right here right now but…. ”
Brandon stopped and smiled dangerously
” Today is your lucky day, you’re not safe anymore Mateo…you can die anytime any day” Brandon said and let him go
Mateo landed on the ground loudly and held his already red neck, coughing loudly
“Criminal…you’re a criminal, I’ll make sure you lose your medical profession and spend the rest of your life in jail!” He said
Brandon bent beside him and looked at him devlishly
“Do that, but before I go to jail, you’ll land in he.ll, if anyone gets a whiff of this… you’re dead!” Brandon said and stood
” Be careful, I’m coming for you” he said seriously and left
Mateo felt something running down his chin from his lips, he touched it and saw bIood
“Sht!, What do I do?” He muttered

“Where’s she?” Grayson asked Kara when he finally came home and can’t find Nirvana
“Where have you been?” Kara questioned
“None of your business, where the he.ll is Nirvana!” He barked
” Somewhere safer” Kara replied with a frown ”
“Really?, So you finally took her away from me you wizard!”, Grayson yelled
“I was expecting you to turn to this someday and that day is finally here, Nirvana was never yours” Kara replied
” Get her back into this house Kara!” Grayson yelled
“Why?, So you could do what you’ve always wanted?, Humans do turn ungrateful but yours is unbelievable, her parents took you in and took care of you as their own cos you were homeless and an orphan, Nirvana took you as her senior brother cos she thought you’re really the son of her parents, her parents didn’t even tell her the truth cos they want you both to grow up as siblings, they passed away and she had to come here with you to stay with me as her grandma, only for you to start wanting to get under her p.ants! , You’re a devil and right now I need you to get out of this house!” Kara yelled and started coughing as a result of too much shouting
“If you die, that’ll be a bonus but listen wizard, I ain’t leaving this house till I do what I want! ” Grayson said and left for his room
Kara called for the maid and she came in a jiffy
” Get me my drugs” she said
“Ok ma’am” she replied and left to get it

Brandon’s house**
He got back home and met Nirvana on a call with Farrell, she’s using his tab
“I never said you could call with my tab” he said and she placed her pointer finger on her lips, a sign that he should be quiet
“Seriously?” Brandon said and sat
“Ok Farrell, I’ll see you on Monday I love you!” She said and hung up
” I broke my phone because of you so allow me to make calls with your tab for the meantime” she said, standing in front of him
” Ok” he replied slowly
“You don’t look too good” she said, noticing his face
“Mateo found out, but I don’t want to kill that big mouthed idi©t” he said
” A doctor at your hospital?” She asked
“Yes, he loves getting on my nerves a lot and now he’s the first person to find out my real identity besides you” he replied
” Are you scared?” She asked”
” Yes but not for myself, for him cos I might change my mind and just kill him anytime soon” he replied
” But at the same time your secret won’t remained covered forever” she said
” Yes I’m aware and I’m prepared” he replied
” Why don’t you just leave the hospital?” She said
” Cos it’s what I have passion for, mum made me fall in love with saving lives but on the other hand, dad made me become addicted with taking lives…I’m just….fked up” he replied
” Is he… blackmailing you?” She asked
” Yes” he replied slowly
” How?, What is he using?” She asked
“My big secret” he replied
” What big secret?” She asked
“Mother’s death” he replied sadly, tears brimming at the corner of his eyes
“What has it got to do with you?” She asked
“I killed her” he replied, letting his tears pour
” What!” She said
” I poisoned her, and that’s why poison became what I’m allergic to hear about, anytime I hear the word mother, the truth that I’m a criminal will ring in my head” he cried
His tears are falling uncontrollably right now, shimmering all over his face
“Why….did you poison her?” She asked
“I dunno how I got her poisoned, I just know I killed her, I actually wanted to poison dad but it happened somehow and she ended up taking the poison” he replied
” So…. that’s it” she said.
” Yes” he replied and she hugged him
” You don’t feel like running away from me?” He said, crying on her shoulder
” No…. people do make mistakes and it’s just one of your mistakes since you didn’t do it intensionally” she replied, patting his back
He rested on her and held her. “Thanks for everything” he said
“I love you” she replied
