Deserted Building..

“You have less than ten seconds to leave else.. I’ll burn you to ashes” the husky masculine voice echoed in her ears as he loosened her ropes roughly

Cathy held her towel tightly to her self, wincing in pains as she felt pains from her back

“Leave” he glared and she managed to stand, leaving hurriedly as she tried locating the area

“Just wait till I fully recover” she said to no one in particular, folding her fists tightly as she limped

Royal Hotels..

“Tristan talk to me, why did you do that?!” Ashley yelled, her veins were revealing in her neck

Tristan sighed frustratingly

“Ashley can you let’s not talk about this” he said and she scoffed

“I’m your fiancee and I deserve to know everything that isn’t clear!” She shouted again and he hit his fists on the table, making a loud sound

“I said.. I’m not interested in talking about it okay..!!” He yelled back and she stared at him in surprise

“Did you just yell me!!” Her voice echoed

“Yes I did.. okay, I need some breathing space” he said and angrily left the room, slamming the door hard behind him

Ashley folded her fists furiously

“Arrrrgh!!!” She yelled throwing away the laptop on the table

“Damn all of you!” She screamed, falling heavily on the bed

“Just wait till I’m done with you all!, the Langford properties belongs to me” her lips curved into a dvilish smile

Dylan’s mansion

“I’m repeating my self for the umpteenth time, cancel the interview” he yelled at Lady Ann, who flinched

“We need a maid to replace the previous one that resigned” she replied and he scoffed

“Employ her and you both get sacked” he said frankly and left instantly, ascending the stairs quickly

Ann folded her fists slowly

“Dummy.. I’m just trying to protect you!” She walked out of the building

Later..

“Your food is ready” Claribel announced from the door and Dylan sighed dropping the magazine he was reading

“Claribel..?” He called hoping she hasn’t left

Claribel stopped on her tracks without replying

“Come in please” she heard his voice again and she heaved a deep sigh before turning back, she curled her hands around the door knob and slowly twisted it open.. the creaking sound of the door followed and she felt her heart race as their eyes met

“Come in..” he said again and she nodded, slowly closing the door behind her

“Humm..” he breathed

“My dad is visiting.. tonight” he said and she furrowed her brows in surprise

“Chairman Langford..” she muttered

“He suddenly called and said it’s urgent” he said with a sigh and she shrugged

“Oh really.. nice” she said and he heaved a sigh

“Claribel.. he will definitely meet you here and you can’t play the role of a babysitter when he’s around” he said slowly

She scoffed

“I’ll find an hotel to pass the night then” she said knowingly

“Claribel..” he stood up slowly and she took few steps backward, leaning on the door

“You are still included in this and you know it” he said

“We made an agreement to stay away from each other and besides, you finally agreed to marry your betrothed, what’s the big deal then!” She half yelled

“Claribel!” He cautioned

“What?!”

“Stop it.. just stop okay!!” He yelled back

“Listen, I’m just a worker here okay, I’m not interested in pretending to be your fiance” she said raising her voice as the scene of his intimacy with Brinkley flashed through her head

Her present feeling was unexplainable

Angry..? Jealous..? Furious..?

It was a mixture of all

“It was a set up.. I told you already!” He snapped wishing she could just understand

His hatr£d for Brinkley increased at that moment and he sighed frustratingly ruffling his hair

“Set up..?” She scoffed and breathed heavily

“Fine.. but there are millions of ladies out there who could pretend to be your darn fiancee and besides why’s the properties so important to you that you are being so desperate… Huh?!” She stared at him blankly

“Huh..?” She blinked repeatedly taking in her lower lip

“Geez…”

He grabbed her arm immediately, stopping her as he felt the weird sparks

“Please.. ” he said with pleading eyes and she breathed without replying.. she only kept staring.. her ponytail made her look more beautiful and her lips were pink and tempting

“I know I’m ¢razy but.. I just can’t control it” he mumbled and she scrunched up her face in confusion

“Huh..”

“Ksss me”
