I said with tears in my eyes

Tears came free as I allowed it

I answered still not believing the fact that he called
“I’m coming over to Korea tomorrow”
He said as I stared at my phone
“Surprise?”
I asked him
“Yes!”
He laughed over the phone
“I’ll be glad if this is true”
I said to him
“Of course it is”
He said happily
“How many years has it been?”
I asked in surprise
“Maybe 5? But I have something important to talk to you about son”
He said as my heart missed a beat
“What’s that?”
I asked in utmost anxiety
“I’ll tell you when I’m back”
He said over
“Really?”
“Yeah. Prepare”
He hung up immediately
Mr Lee has been my guardian for over 19 years.
He knows everything about my life
He advise me on anything
I’m glad he’s coming back
He’s just like my dad;
I’ll try to take Hye ji off my mind!
Mr Lee is coming but he has something to talk about
