CHAPTER 45
Liam mouth flung down slightly.
His ears kept drumming with the last sentence she made. He was confused, how come it entered.
He could remember vividly, their first night together.
He remembered how he tried hard to release inside her and almost made her pass through pains.
He almost thought he was not a man, funnily enough he thought he could never get her pregnant.
He swallowed deeply and raised his hands to cup her fat cheeks and May stared back at him wearing a puzzled funny-looking face.
” I just got goosebumps because of your news, May” He said, staring down at her dreamily.
May suddenly picked up a chopping board and she h!t his head.
” Wake up!” She yelled.
” Ouch!” Liam groaned, scattering his hair roughly.
” Aren’t you supposed to find out what to do so that I can stop throwing up!” She yelled and Liam threw his hands into his pocket.
He sighed hard, looking at her in a displeased way.
” You are throwing up at this early morning. I thought you should know what’s wrong with by now.” He said.
” But I’m not a doctor!!. I’d you expect me to__.” Liam quickly covered her lips, resting his palm behind her head.
He widened his eyes, glaring at her.
” Shh. My parent are in the livingroom. You’ve got to learn how to Lower your voice.” He said still covering her lips tight.
” Mmm..mm!!” She mumbled, struggling to let him free her.
She suddenly bit his palm stubbornly and Liam took away his hands, wriggling it in pain.
” What the hell is wrong with you!. You almost tore my skin!. Little rabbit!” He cursed and May poked out her reddish tongue, mimicking him.
” Fine. It’s best you go solve your problems yourself. I’m leaving.”
” Wait!” She quickly hugged his stomach before he could turn away. ” Brother Liam. Please Stay here.. ” She looked at him with a very cute smile and big whitish eyes.
Liam throated a chuckle and rubbed her brown straight hair. He loved this girl so much.
She was such an angel…And sometimes a little rabbit hiding behind his shoes.
He hugged her body warmly and they remained like that for a quiet time, just inhaling the perfect love flowing around them.
He couldn’t stop smiling as he hugged her. She was really as soft as a pillow.
After he finally agreed to love her that night, his life had totally changed.
He didn’t become that heartless husband that would make his wife grow cold.
He loved her, he cherished her like crazy even with her condition. His precious May. His wife.
Liam suddenly realised she was running temperature.
” Wooh. You seriously have a fever.” He said and May left hold of him.
” Look now. I’ll get very sick and you are not doing anything about it.” She complained, folding her hands.
Liam took out an ice pack from the fridge and placed it on her head. He leaned and kssed her forehead softly.
” It’s alright baby. I promise, You’ll be fine soon.” He said. He was scared that May had forgotten some few things.
Perhaps, telling her that she’s pregnant might leave her unsecured. Wait, what if his thinking was wrong.
What if she’s not pregnant but just sick of something else. He was still unsure but he hoped she was pregnant.
He couldn’t wait to have his cute junior triplet walk behind him every morning and call him PAPA.
Of course, he wanted three beautiful boys or girls.
May looked towards the window and saw some few cars driving in. At that point, the atmosphere inside the kitchen got tensed.
She quickly rushed towards the sink and jumped to drag out the curtain ropes and the windows opened.
” Brother Liam!. We have guest!” May said and Liam came to peek through the window along with her.
Some big black luxury cars had tripped into his compound and from the look of the cars, you’d know it belonged to those rich folks.
First, A tall man walked out and helped some ladies out of the car.
” Do you know them?” May asked, turning her head up to stare at Liam.
” Not really, baby. Come Let’s go back to the livingroom.” He said and she followed him out of the kitchen.

LIVINGROOM***
Liam and may arrived back at the livingroom and every eyes turned to stare at them.
The room was still tensed and every soul was flying above the air.
The door suddenly opened.
A tall good-looking man suddenly walked into the livingroom, his shoes sounding on the marbled tiles.
Liam’s father stood up, making everyone stand to their feet as well.
” Good. I waited for so long.” His dad, Mr Kim said with a noticeable frown.
The young man bowed.
” I’m very sorry, boss.” He said and stretched out a file to him.
It was a big file and Mr Kim collected it, stretching it towards Liam as well. May looked up at Liam, wondering if he was supposed to collect it.
” What’s this?” Liam asked.
” Have it.” His dad said.
Out of confusion, he took it and stared at what was inside the brown paper bag. It was filled with papers of different sort.
” What am I supposed to do with this?” He asked and Mr Kim raised his hands for silence.
” Wait.. for them.” He said and Liam fell his hands tiredly. Who the fk were ” Them”.
Soon, the door opened and Everyone’s gaze snapped towards the door.
Two extremely beautiful ladies began to catwalk and whine their hips into the house causing Everyone’s jaw to drop.
They looked like extremely attractive wtches that were brought down to earth to confuse humans.
One had a long straight yellow hair and an oval gorgeous face. She was wearing a red long dinner gown and Her body was just a kller.
And the other girl had a dark hair that had curls on her tip. Her dress was classic but simple.
She was with a frown unlike the other one who was smiling and showing off.
They both came to stand next to Mr Kim who was adoring them by their looks.
” Look at you two. You are both looking so beautiful than the last time we met.” Mr Kim said,
” It seems their parent readily prepared them.” Cassandra, Liam’s mom, said coming to stand next to them.
Liam creased his brows turning his head to look at Emperor. Emperor returned his gaze at him, he wasn’t looking as confused as Liam.
” Liam, Emperor. Meet Eddie and ivory.” Cassandra introduced as the two girls stood out.
” So?. What are we supposed to do with them and these papers?” Liam asked, wriggling the papers in his hands.
” Check the contents of the papers, Mister” She said and Liam sighed, bringing out the papers.
He went through the content with a creased forehead before he faced them.
” Betrothal papers?” He asked, his face was dead and confused the more.
” This is ivory and Eddie. They’d been betrothed to you since your childhood.” Cassandra said with a big wide smile.
Liam looked at Emperor and he started to feel extremely confused.
” I don’t understand. What’s happening. I’m getting even more confused.” He said and Mr Kim stepped out.
” It’s a tradition that’s common among the rich, Liam. You get betrothed to another wealthy family to keep the family financial status strong.” Mr Kim explained.
” And Why would I get betrothed when I am already MArried?” Liam asked, sarcastically.
” To us, You are not married. You only got yourself a girl and you’ve been keeping her in your home for two lazy years.” Cassandra said with a hiss.
Liam chuckled, palming his eyes. He opened his eyes and glared at them.
” I’m starting to feel like I should yell. Emperor, why are you feeling so relaxed. Aren’t you as surprised as I am that this is happening?”
” I knew this was going to happen today, Liam. You knew about this as well. You only forgot cus you lost your memory to a tragic accident.” Emperor said.
” So?. You think I would sign this fKing papers and make girls I don’t even know my wives. What do you want me to do with this ugly bamboos!” Liam started to yell, waving to the girls.
Cassandra, out of anger, walked towards him and gave him a pen.
” Liam you need to sign this papers. I thought I warned you. I warned you not to get married to this bch!. You didn’t listen to me. I’m sorry but she’ll need to leave this family picture” Cassandra yelled and May gasped.
Liam suddenly dropped the papers on the floor and stepped on it and everyone gasped loudly.
” Go ahead and shoot me d.ead. I’d rather d!e than to abandon my wife!” Liam said and took May’s hands, pulling her roughly out of anger.
” Liam!. Come back here immediately!” His dad yelled.
Liam stopped in his tracks and turned May around to face them.
May started to gasp, her heart beating widely inside her chest as she stared at the crowd.
” You see this..” Liam pointed at her tummy. ” Yes. it’s in. You hear me?!. It’s in!” He said.
Everyone looked suprised and shocked. He turned May around and they left for the stairs.
” Look at this little kid!” Mr Kim yelled.
” Did he say she’s pregnant!.” Eddie gritted her teeth, glaring at no one in particular.
Mitchell dragged Emperor’s hand as well.
” Let’s leave!” She said and dragged him up the stairs.
Ivory, the yellowed hair girl, walked towards Cassandra.
” You need to get rid of those girls first.” She said and Cassandra sneered.
” They are crossing their boundaries but I’ll show them my real h’ll here!” She said and frowned.
