‘’hnnm hnmmm’’ someone coughed
I turned back to see Anita looking at the both of us.
‘’ermm I don’t mean to disturb you guys just that I want to collect my clothes from Jake;’’ Anita said smiling devilishly.
Whats wrong with this girl, I looked at Chioma and saw the expression on her face as she drew backward in disbelieve.
‘’Chioma its not what you are thinking’’
‘’Jake be fast give me the cloth I left with you’’.
I quickly ran to my bag and brought out her cardigan and threw it to her.
‘’Take your stupid cardigan’’
‘’Jake am not annoyed, am just surprised if you have anything to do with Anita’’
‘’I have nothing with Anita , it was just yesterday I met her on the way from your house and she saw me wet and decided to give me her cardigan that’s all’’.
‘’that’s ok Jake’’ Chioma said surprising me as she held my hand and we left the class.
‘’d–n, so I didn’t succeed’’ Anita said.
‘’That’s not the end for me , I will still keep trying’’ Anita said to herself.
I was really happy as things turned out well, I thought the attitude Anita potrayed will cause trouble again for me but it didn’t .; the break was really fun with Chioma as we bought different things and ate together. Chioma is a hardworking and a saving type as she lectured me on how to spend less and save more, I really enjoyed my stay with her.

Days flew, weeks flew , my relationship with Chioma was getting stronger, her family now know we are dating, even our class mates. Anita tried all she could to get me but it was to no avail.
Five days to our exams, every one was reading seriously since it was a promotional exams and in almond school of science if you fail, you are repeating.. the school has three library and I was in one of them MARK IKECHUKWU LIBRARY reading chemistry because that was the first subject I was having.
‘’whatsup Jake’’ Anita said.
‘’what again’’ I said in anger.
‘’Jake what did I do to you that you hate me this much’’ she said with pity.
‘’I don’t hate you am just trying to stay out of problems’’
‘’what problems’’
Ohhh this girl is pissing me off I said inwardly.
‘’you know you are dating my brother and I can’t interfere so face him while I face Chioma’’
‘’mtcheew’’ she hissed and left.
About thirty minutes late, I was still reading when Paul my friend rushed to me and said
‘’Jake there is fire on the mountain’’
‘’(furiously) What do you mean’’
‘’Emeka and Anita are fighting behind the school’’
‘’Behind, there are so many behind in this school’’ I said standing up.
‘’Behind our block please be fast it seems you are the one causing this fight’’
‘’what!!!!!’’
We got to the back of our block and found people gathered there as the two victims were busy abusing themselves. With the look of things it seems Emeka had received several slaps from her.
‘’Emeka I hate you, leave my life alone and never you come near me’’ she cried.
‘’Jake whats happening’’ I heard someone whisper into my ear.
I looked back to see Chioma.
‘’sweet heart I don’t know lets just leave here exams are fast approaching’’ I said.
‘’serious boy if you say so’’ she said hitting me playfully.
‘’are you still coming today’’ Chioma asked.
I do come to her house recently so we could read together since our exams are in few days time.
‘’sure so we can finish hydrogen and oxygen’’
‘’ I will be waiting for you’’
‘’senior Jake you are needed in the principal’s office now’’ an ss1 student said.
‘’principal’s office??’’

‘’ma you sent for me’’ I said as soon as I entered the principal’s office, I was even surprised to see Emeka and Anita.
‘’Jake sit down’’ the principal said calmly.
She continued===
‘’I called you here concerning Emeka and Anita. Its obvious that I know they are dating even before I knew you but what did you say to Anita that caused the fight today please don’t waste my time I have works to do’’
‘’(stammering) ma I didn’t say anything to her that could cause a fight. Anita has been pestering my life since I came to this school and I told her that isn’t possible for the fact that she was dating my brother’’
‘’so this statement of yours can’t cause a fight?? That reminds me what’s this you and Chiomas issue that has been trending’’
‘’trending??, nothing is between us ma she is just my friend’’
‘’from today hence forth I don’t want to hear any love issue in this school again else you are gonna be expelled’’
‘’ma are you referring to me??’’
‘’to everyone’’
‘’hmm cool but pls tell your daughter to stay off me else I will do what’s in my mind’’ I said and left her.
I saw Chioma waiting for me at the door post.
‘’you are not looking happy whats wrong’’ Chioma asked.
‘’it’s the principal, she said I was the cause of their fight and she doesn’t want to hear any love issue in this school again else I will be expelled ’’
‘’that principal is something else’’
‘’she is trying me’.. is it closing’’
‘’yes since fifteen minutes ago’’
‘’ok so lets go to your house’’
We walked to her house as we discussed more things concerning the school. Chioma was really fun to be with , she is intelligent and hardworking. Despite the fact that she is an orphan but she was well trained probably by her uncle….
‘’why is your uncle not married yet’’ I asked as we entered her street.
‘’(she smiled) actually marriage isnt my uncle’s problem, he is doing that because of us he wants us to finish school before marrying so his wife won’t stop him from making sure we are graduates. Because he promised my late father on his sick bed to see us through school’’
‘’wow that’s very good of him’’
‘’yes, he is a kind and hardworking man’’
‘’kind???’’
‘’yes oh jake stop that’’
I smiled and held her hand. Finally we got to her house and no one was at home, I sat down comfortably in the sitting room as she went inside to change…
‘’Jake am hungry and I want to cook’’
‘’cook? Won’t that take time’’
‘’not at all its just indomie and don’t tell me you won’t eat’’
‘’hahahaha ok I will eat’’
‘’do you mind joining me in the kitchen’’
‘’ no I don’t, just go prepare the food while I prepare the books’’
Fifteen minutes later she was back with a plate of hot smoking indomie and two forks inserted inside, she later went to bring water.
‘’Jake please lets manage this, I don’t have money for egg I know you don’t eat this type’’ Chioma said.
‘’shh’’ I said touching her lips and kissed her on the fore head ‘’lets eat’’ I said.
After eating we went down to business , its not up to an hour we started learning my glance met her bossom. She was putting on cloth that viewed her bossom and I glanced at it for three times.
‘’what are you looking at’’ she asked in surprise.
‘’nothing’’ I answered quickly.
I wasn’t myself again as I was just imagining caressing her b00bs, slowly I saw my hand moving till it got to her fresh laps.
‘’Jake!! Are you alright’’
‘’Chioma’’ I said looking into her eyes.
‘’Please Jake its not yet time, am still a v!rgin and I don’t just want to give it out easily’’
‘’Please Chioma, I can make it up to you, I will disflowered you and I won’t leave you I promise’’ am sure I wasn’t in my right senses.
‘’Pls Jake not here, if anyone come In now am dead’’
‘’I won’t waste time, I will be quick I promise’’ I said as tears ran down her cheek.
