“Dude,stop being anxious” Jason said.
I was so anxious about everything and Nicole hasn’t come to school.
“I can’t help it,i have seen Nicole’s dad when he is angry, he’s like a m0nster”
“Nothing will happen,let Nicole come,so you two can work something out”
“Brandon, the principal is calling you” a student said as he walked over to us.
“Okay, thanks”

For 12 years,Nicole hasn’t known the truth, the real truth behind her mom’s de@th.
When i was very little,my family abandoned me,i suffered for what to eat and where to sleep.
One of the days that i was looking for what to eat,i came across an old man who offered to take care of me,i was so happy.
After a month staying with him,he introduced me to a gang of drug dealers,he told me that i would be one of them if i became of age.
I accepted because at that time,i didn’t care about anything else,just to make a lot of money.
He taught me how to fight and how to handle the business,so i became an expert in drug trafficking.
After the old man died,i took over, that’s when i met Elias,my wife’s brother.
We were very close and the business grew so fast and big.
I fell in love with Stephanie at first sight,she was Elias’s sister.
She also loved me and she knew the kind of business i did.
In the Mafia,you are not allowed to have any romantic relationship because they believe it will disturb the business.
We were so in love with each other that we didn’t mind the rule,we got married really early and later Nicole was born.
I did everything possible to hide Stephany and Nicole but unfortunately Philip,my partner in the business found out about Stephanie but not Nicole.
He sent some people to kidnap and kill her,i was so angry and devastated,we fought about it.
They killed the love of my life and i wanted revenge,so I broke up my partnership with Philip abd built my own empire.
I hid everything from Nicole and made sure Philip never finds her out.
“What do you mean they have found her?” Elias asked as he walked in.
“One of Philip guys,Nicole is dating him”
“What’s his name?”
“Brandon”
“Brandon Bradford? He’s one of Philip’s best guys”
“Yes, I know about that,so what should we do?”
“Kill him of course, he’s a threat to Nicole’s life”
“No,Nicole really loves him,i can see it”
“You really loved my sister and they killed her,do you want the same thing to happen to Nicole?”
“No,i don’t want history to repeat itself but we can’t kill him,we just have to break them up,Nicole will find other guys”
“You know Brandon was there when Philip shot Stephanie,he was very little and Philip was just introducing him to the business”

“What do you mean i can’t talk to Nicole or see her again, she’s my girlfriend” i said to the principal.
He just told me that i shouldn’t dare going close to Nicole or they will expel me.
“It’s orders from her father and you know he is the biggest investor in this school”
“But…
“Am sorry, Brandon, that’s something i can’t change,you may leave”
I stood up and walked away.
Nicole’s dad doesn’t want us together,i thought he would try to kill me.
I can’t stay away from Nicole,i love her so much.

It was geography class and i was already late, the bodyguards were still following me.
I walked into the class,it had already started.
The guards stood by the entrance, students kept looking at me.
“Miss Nicole,why are you late?”
“Am sorry,Sir,i woke up late”
“And what’s with the bodyguards?”
“We are here to protect Miss Nicole like her father said” The head guard said.
“Very well, let’s continue with the class”
I looked over to Bella,she was so confused.
“What the h.ell is going on?” Sbe whispered.
“I will tell you later” i whispered back and she nodded.
I looked over to Brandon,he smiled at me and did the ‘i love you’ sign.
“I love you too” i whispered to him.

“So all this is because your dad doesn’t approve of your relationship with Brandon?”
“Yeah,now i have ro go with the guards and he also seized my phone so i can’t call anyone”
“This is serious, what are you gonna do?”
“I don’t know but first i need to find a way to talk to Brandon without my dad knowing”
“Yeah and….
Bella was cut off by the murmur abd screams of people.
?OMG, it’s the governor’s son.
?Oh, he’s so handsome.
? What’s he doing here?
People started taking pictures,i saw Nathan walk over to me smiling.
? He’s here for Nicole, she’s so lucky.
? I wish it was me.
Girls continued drooling over him.
Camera lights were flashing.
“What are you doing here, Nathan?”
“I came to see my girlfriend” he said loudly for everyone to hear.
You have got to be kidding me right now.
? I thought she was dating Brandon,did they break up?
?Maybe they weren’t compatible.
Murmurs filled the place, I looked around and my eyes met with Brandon.
He looked sad,he turned around and walked away.
