Garfield’s eyes widened at the commotion and immediately rushed to stop Dylan

“Dylan listen”
Damien called out but Dylan was like a bull who saw red

“When did you find out?!

“Dylan…..”

“When did you find out?!!!!

“Boss calm down”
That was Garfield

“A month ago”
Damien said and Dylan pushed him away from his grip

“You knew all along and you never told me, fuck!

“I’m sorry buddy but she wanted no one to know about it, that was the time you went into coma and your mom and grandpa blamed her for it, she didn’t want to drop such huge news and risk the baby”
Damien explained, his lips had a cut

Dylan said nothing

Few hours later, exhausted doctors came out of the operating room

“Mr Donovan, the goodnews is that the baby is safe but the mother’s chances of future pregnancy is slim, she is still in coma and would wake up in the next three days, we’ll still monitor her comatose state frequently”

The doctor announced

During evening time, Louise, Velvet, Leah and Madam Viola visited the hospital

The whole atmosphere was depressing

Madam Viola was petrified, something that terrible happened and to think it has cost a life and had almost cost her future daughter-in-law’s life.

Another shocking news was that, she is pregnant.

Leah cried till her eyes reddened, to think that she had almost lost a best friend, also finding out that her very best friend is pregnant and she didn’t know about it was shocking

Ryan walked over to Dylan who looked lost at the moment
“Dylan, you need to wash up, you look bI.oody all over”

“I’m not leaving the hospital till she wakes up”
Dylan’s voice came out cracked

Ryan sighed
“Trust me, Georgia wouldn’t want to see you like this and we need to take down the culprits”

Dylan stared at Ryan
“So it wasn’t just an accident after all”

Ryan shook his head
“No brother”

Few minutes later, Rose, Georgia’s assistant rushed into the hospital and approached them

She explained herself to them and they acknowledged her

She looked sad too
They had all been telling her about her boss’s condition, what about Kreme’s

She thought

“Please can I get to know Kreme’s condition?
She asked Garfield in particular

Everyone’s face changed into one of sadness

“What happened?
She asked again

Garfield sighed, his chest felt heavy and stuffy

“Kreme…..Kreme didn’t make it”

Rose gawked at Garfield like he had two heads

“Kreme didn’t make it? as in he didn’t make it to the hospital and he’s on his way in a different ambulance or?

Rose tried to make out another meaning from what Garfield told her

“He’s dead okay…..He died at the scene”
Garfield made it clear

“No way’
Rose sniffled as she clasped her palm over her mouth and sobbed bitterly
