A YEAR LATER

A girl stood in front of the mirror in a long white dress specially designed for her
Her dovey eyes looked bright but a little misty as she stared at her reflection

There was a soft knock on the door before it was pulled open

“Sister”
Velvet and Georgia walked inside and went to stand beside Louise

“Hey”
Louise smiled through tears

“Hey….” Georgia shook her head at her with a soft smile “….. don’t”

Louise nodded
“I just wish Mom was still alive to see me in this dress you know, and I aslo wish dad to see me too even though he left us”
She said and Velvet hugged her

“You’re going to ruin your makeup sister”
Velvet was putting on a glittery red gown and hair was packed up stylishly into a doughnut while some few curled strands were left to fall at her sides

“She’s right Louise, you’ll ruin your makeup and you don’t want Ryan to see you ugly do you?
Georgia joked and they all laughed

“Where’s Kendrick?
Louise asked Georgia

“Oh with his grandmother, as usual”
Georgia smiled

The door was pushed open and Leah in short white gown looking as radiant as ever with her silver peep toes walked in immediately

“Hey ladies, oh my God, Louise you’re so beautifulllllllllll, that’s my sister in-law”
She squealed

Louise grinned
“And you my sister-in-law and bridesmaid is looking so pretty”

As the girls chatted, the men where also chatty in another room

“You know I could actually disrupt this wedding by eloping with the bride”

Damien spoke but immediately ducked the shoe thrown at him by Ryan

“You really have a d.eath wish then”
Ryan half yelled

“Damien when do you plan on finding a woman? Or are you a g.ay?

“What the h’ll!!!! Dylan! I’m hundred percent straight and you know that man!!! Ahh I’ve already seen my love”

“Who?
Dylan and Ryan asked at once

Damien grinned
“Well Georgia”
He said and immediately shifted from Dylan’s side

“Don’t glare at me Dylan, you have to pay for punching my face at the hospital, remember?

Ryan rolled his eyes while Dylan chuckled

“Even Kendrick wouldn’t allow you steal his momma away from his dad, Damien”
Ryan Chuckled

“That little dvil!
Damien made an scowling expression while Dylan laughed

The two months old little Dylan never lets Damien carry him and would scratch his face whenever Damien does

“Well he’s seeing a threat in you”
Ryan shrugged, earning a glare from Damien

“If yours treat me that way, I swear I’m gonna adopt him”

A knock sounded and Garfield pushed open the door
“Umm Ryan, it’s time”
He announced

“Alright bro, go get ya girl”
Dylan patted his brother’s shoulder

“Ah ah is that a blush I see there?

Damien teased and laughed while Ryan ignored him and moved to the door.

“Well I need to go get her for ya”
Damien winked and they all left the room.
