I was g0bsmacked.
He stroke the belt on the table behind me and I shuddered unconsciously.
“What part of stay in your room don’t you understand?!!!! “He asked with a deadly tone trailing from his voice.
I assumed it was deadly cause it comprised of mixed emotions… And I didn’t know what he’ll do next.
“Am… Am sorry. “I said and a tear dropped on my cheek.
I was scared to the bone.
He looked at me in the face for a while before dropping the belt.
He walked over to the seat before the table and he sat down.
“Get your butt on that seat. “He ordered and I sat on one of the seats facing his table.
“Why are you here? “He asked.
The AC in the office was much but I tried to control the fact I was freezing.
“I was sent to get your signature on the project they are working… Uh… Its a simple plan… ”
He cut me off.
“Do you think with the way you just behaved, you deserve my signature? “He asked.
I thought for a while.
Do I deserve it….?
“I don’t know sir, its the manager and other staffs idea. “I said pouting my lips like a baby.
“So, you’re saying he doesn’t deserve the signature? “He asked and I freaked out.
Oh my God, am so loosing my job.
“No no no no… “I stuttered. “I didn’t mean that. “I said.
I was running out of ideas.
“Okay miss Rachel, do something that will make me sign that document. “He said.
“What? “I asked as my eyes widened.
“You heard me. Its a bet. If you really want to keep your job cause I know you’d be fired if you return to your manager without my signature. “He said.
Oh lord, what sought of unfortunate situation is this?
I nodded.
“Okay… “I muttered.
“Now go to your room and don’t come out till dinner “he said.
I left the office.
?Alex’s pov ?
This girl is amusing. She dared fed my dogs.
The dogs that have eaten alot of human alive.
Once you feed them… Just know you woke the be@sts.
Rachel is more than lucky cause it would have just been her bones remaining.
She’s skinny so it would take 3 minutes for the dogs to devour her.
I worked in my office for 20 minutes before I heard a little commotion outside my office.
I left my office. The noise was coming from the living room.
I got there to see June struggling to get past my two security men who wouldn’t let her in.
Her eyes flickered at me and she began sobbing.
“Alex… “She muttered.
I ordered my men to leave and they did.
She ran to me and knelt before me.
“Please Alex…. i went through a lot of hassle to get in here… Please hear me out”She begged crying.
“It was a set up! “She continued sobbing.
She had no make up on and she looked like a mess. Her face was disgusting to look at. I was dating a makeup addicted lady…
Now I saw her true face.
“Please Alex… Am sorry “she cried.
“June… “I said trying to shift from her touch. She kept coming closer.
A door opened and Rachel came into view… She wanted to hide and watch but looks like she’s bursted.
My eyes darted to what she was wearing. Just a big shirt and bum short.
She looked hot and like we just finished making out.
An idea came to my mind.
“Bae, come here “I said in a s*xy voice as I bit my lip.
Rachel was suprised but played along. She catwalked to me and I held her waist pulling her real close.

I wanted to laugh but I held it in as Alex looked at me Intently.
The way he pressed my h!p to his body was too tempting.
The lady there must be six feet under with jealousy.
But, who is she?
“Does it still hurt… “He whispered but I knew the lady heard him.
What does he mean… What hurts?
Before I could say ‘jack’ he crashed his l!ps on mine and kssed me with so much p@ssion and affection.
He was kssing me in and out. It even looked like he wanted to swallow me.
It was fake but it felt real.
He disengaged from the kss and stared into my eyes. I couldn’t believe I didn’t want him to stop.
Bashfully, I wanted more.
The lady’s mouth dropped as she stared at us with so much pain in her eyes.
“Alex, how could you replace me so easily…! This is not fair “the lady said crying.
“Help yourself out btch! Cause next time you intrude, I won’t spare you “Alex warned with so much anger in his eyes.
The lady got up glaring at me.
Alex let go off my waist and took my hand into his. He pulled me and we walked away smartly.
I kinda pity the lady.
Alex and I entered his office.
“You have alot of explaining to do. “I said folding my arms.
He sunk his fingers into his hair and ruffled it.
“There’s nothing to explain. “He said.
“There is. I could have bursted you back there but I didn’t “I said.
He scoffed. “But you liked it “he muttered.
“She’s June, my ex girlfriend. We broke up this morning. “He said.
“Why? “I wondered.
“She cheated.. . “He said and paused.
I sensed he didn’t want to say more so I just remained quiet with him.
I hope he finds someone to heal the wounds soon.
