Vivian POV
“Bye Roxy, make sure you come visiting me” I said sternly.
“Of course kiddo” she said intentionally pissing me off.
“At least this kiddo now has a job” I replied proudly.
“Whatever” she replied and hugged me tightly.
“I will miss you” she cooed.
“I will miss you too” I replied and walked out of the building.
I took a cab to boss house and wow, he’s house is amazing, it stood in the middle of several houses in full glory.
It attracted attention, I stood in front of the house and stared at it for a while before walking in.
There were two guards standing at the door, they stopped me and I looked up at them.
“Who are you?” One of them asked.
“I am the new cook here” I replied and they both laughed.
“You? Littlt thing? Look here kid, this is not the place to joke around. Go back home” the other said.
I breathed in and out to keep my anger in check, I really hate it when I am being called a kid but almost everyone calls me that.
“Look here guys, I am the cook here and also I am not a kid” I replied with a forced smile.
“Get out or I throw you out!” He said.
“Okay, I need to see boss” I said.
“He’s not around” another replied.
“Okay then, I will wait” I said and turned to look for a place to sit.
I sat down on the grass with my bags on my laps.
Damon POV
Isn’t craziee gonna start work here today? Maybe her craziness started abd she decided to stay home.
I decided to call her friend Roxy since I didn’t have her own contact.
“Hey” I said into the phone.
“Ohh, Vivian is already there right?” She asked.
“No, she’s not here yet” I replied.
“She should have been there by now but she will be there soon anyways” Roxy replied.
“Hmm, okay” I replied and ended the call.
I am getting late for work but I want her to be here before I go to work.
Vivian POV
I saw someone passing by the window, it’s boss! Those stupid guards lied to me.
No problem, they are going to so much enjoy their food in here. I walked back to the guards.
“You bloody liars! The boss is home! Open this door let me see him” I yeller at them.
“Listen, Weird kid, you have to go home right away” one of them said.
“Are you insane? Stop calling me a kid! I am not a kid!” I yelled and hit him with my bag as hard as I could.
Damon POV
“Are you insane? Stop calling me a kid! I am not a kid!” I heard someone yell.
That’s definitely craziee, she is going to start fighting with the guards soon.
I walked out to see her hitting the guard with a bag. That’s little compared to what she did to me, I mean I still have her teeth bites on me.
Just as I expected, she bent down and bit the guards left leg. Yeah! That’s it! Make him feel the pain I felt yesterday!
I clapped my hands and they stopped fighting and looked at me.
“What’s going on here?” I asked.
“This kid came here and…….”
“Would you stop calling me a kid?” Craziee asked.
“Hmph, she came here and said she was the new cook here and she started making a fuss” the other guard said.
“Yes, she’s the cook here and you guys shouldn’t call her a kid cause she’s not one” I said and signalled craziee to come in which she did glaring at the guards.
She stuck out her tongue at the guards mockingly before giving them the ‘fk you’ sign, I laughed and shooked my head.
“This is the kitchen” I said pointing at a door.
She walked into the kitchen and came out real quick like something bit her in there.
“Are you sure that’s the kitchen?” She asked.
“Of course why asking?” I asked.
“It looks like our entire house” she replied and I laughed it off.
“You will be staying in this room” I said and opened the door to a pink room.
“Wow, this is so beautiful and large” she said and jumped on the bed.
“It’s so soft too” she said holding the pillows to herself and smiling.
“Remember that you are here to work” I said with a stern voice and she jumped off the bed quickly.
“Yes sir” she said with a stern face too and saluted.
I walked out of the room and smiled, she’s so funny.
Vivian POV
I will just rest and walk around this house for now. When I prepare dinner, I will deal with those two guards.
