I stood in my tracks for some minutes, did Tessa just tell me to stay away from her?
I guess that’s right, can I?, How can I when she’s the only thing in my head….I don’t understand myself anymore just cos of her, the one week drive she had with me Changed me and I can feel it
What about the fights, I want to fight with her just like we used to do while in the car, I want to argue with her and ….
Tears threatened to fall but I stopped it, I can’t!, Why would I?
I entered my car and Aaron drove to the parking lot
Almost immediately, Loretta came, Garrett, Sam and Dino came with Tamara
Tamara left after saying hi
“I saw the video on the website, how can Nora do that?” Dino said
” Is there something I’m missing?” Sam asked
“oh I guess you don’t know everything after all, chairman is planning to force Olly to get engaged with Nora” Garett replied
” Oh really?, That grumpy chairman, is he even a father?, Gosh chincha?, And Nora, I’ve hated her even before I travelled to America and now that I’m hearing this, it has turned hate raised to power ten, with that bright red lipstick, she’s like the devil, Olly made a mistake by shooting his last movie with her” Sam said
” Oh really?, You really can talk for hours” Dino replied
“So Tessa is in a tight corner right now, wait, do you perhaps like Tessa?” Sam asked me
I sniffed before answering
“I don’t” I replied but it stung as I said it… Like it’s not true
Sam gave a crooked smile
“I don’t think that’s right” he said and winked
“Kacha (let’s go)” Garrett said as we head towards the school

I can hear Sam giggling as we got to the hallway, I rang the bell and the students gathered
“I have an important announcement to make so listen up everyone, GOLD is having a new member today and here he is” I said and Sam waved, girls drooled
” He’s Sam Kim, so from now on, we move from GOLD to GOLDS” I announced and they cheered as we walked to class
I’ve called the school during the weekend and his seat has been provided with his name slate
“You look depressed” Sam said as we got to class
“It’s nothing” I replied and looked away

“The new guy isn’t bad” I said as I walked back to class with Tessa
” Oh” she replied wryly
” Is everything ok?” I asked as I noticed she’s depressed
“I thought you said Dino got you a new phone?” She asked
” Sure” I replied
” Then check the school website, Don’t you get notifications when they upload?” She asked
” I haven’t put on the notification button” I replied and brought out my phone
I saw everything, Jung Nora choking Tessa, holding unto her neck and how Tessa talked harshly to Olly
“OMG!”
“Now you know” she said sadly
“And why would you be so harsh while addressing him?” I asked
” Cos dad told me to stay away from him, chairman Alec said it” she replied
“G©sh!, This is serious, I mean there’s nothing between the two of you and you’re already facing trash” I said
” I know right?” She replied
” You…. do you like him?” I asked
“I dunno” she replied and left for the library

G©sh!, I’m so weak and exhausted even without doing nothing
I got to the library and settled down to read but nothing is entering my head, everything seems confusing as I kept thinking about Olly, Olly and Olly
“Am I going crazy?” I asked myself silently
“I don’t think so” someone said from behind..it’s Teddy
He sat in front of me and smiled
” Teddy sunbae”
“Tessa hobae” he said and we both smiled
“So why are you cursing yourself?” He asked as I sniffed
“It’s nothing, just that…. don’t worry” I said, deciding not to tell him my predicament
“I saw the video in the morning, are you dating Olly?, Why would Nora behave like that?” He asked
” How many times do I have to answer that question that there’s nothing between I and Olly” I replied
“I’m sorry, but….do you like him?” He asked, looking deep into my eyes and I tried to avoid his eyes
“I dunno” I replied
“You have a new phone” he said when he saw my phone
“Oh yes…. and I have something to tell you” I replied, suddenly remembering Loretta
“Tell me” he replied
“Em….you know Loretta right?”
” Sure”
” She….she…she likes you, it’ll be good if you can….talk to her” I said hurriedly and packed my books, I left the library and as I walked through the hallway back to class, I can hear shouts from students as they started gathering in groups, I know it’s the GOLDS
I quickly hid myself in a corner
They passed by and Olly is extra frank, he’s expressionless, his face is full of, should I say sourness or hurt or pain?, Strangely I feel guilty cos I know I’m part of why he’s like this… strangely Loretta is not with them
I sighed as they went outta sight
“Tessa” Loretta called from behind
“Loretta sunbae!” I exclaimed and hugged her
“So watssup?” She asked
“I told him already, he’ll talk to you” I replied and her face lit up
” Really?”
I nodded and she hugged me
“You’re a darling Tessa”
I smiled sadly
” Olly has been extra grumpy all day and I know it’s because of what happened earlier, I know you didn’t mean those words but you had to say them, don’t worry, everything will fall back to normal soon” she said
“And why aren’t you with them?” I asked
“Oh, I was looking for you that’s why, now that I’ve seen you, I’ll go Join them, we’re actually going for photoshoot, you know we have to include Sam in our magazine and page” she said before rushing off
I sighted Berry from afar with Tamara
” Berry sunbae!” I called and she waved before coming
” I checked the library and you weren’t there, where have you been?” Tamara asked
” Just here” I replied
“Tessa, be strong huh?” Berry said and pat my shoulder before leaving

In case you dunno, I’m a big love doctor ?, I know when someone is in love and when someone is infatuated,
Olly is apparently in love with Tessa but he doesn’t want to admit it
And Tessa, though I haven’t seen her in person except in pictures and videos, the video this morning clearly shows she likes him, when she’s talking, she talked with hurt and unsure emotions…I’m sure she feels something for him too
But what do we do when fate refused???
We got to the studio and when the shooting started, Olly is extra extra and extra frank, I mean the camera man complained too
“He’s normally always frank but today’s frankness is…
” Just snap!” Olly interjected
“Yes sir” the camera man replied and continued
Thank God Olly has an handsome face despite his frankness, he would have looked h©rrible

“OMG!, The new guy is so cute!” I exclaimed as I checked out GOLDS new pictures
” Yes, his lips are…
“Tempting” I replied
” Don’t tell me you have a crush on him?” Sona asked
“What if I do?” I asked
“Oh it’s ok, at least you’ll leave Tessa alone” she said
” I might not be chanced to be with Olly cos he’ll become my step brother the day after tomorrow but I won’t let him have Tessa, not that bag of trash, I’ll seek for help to ruin her”
” Whose help?”
” Jung Nora’s” I replied, smiling satisfactorily
” By the way, are you attending the wedding the day after tommorow?” She asked and I rolled my eyes at her, that should be enough for an answer
? Olly ?
“What are you doing here Olly?, You should be at your father’s wedding?” Mum said as I entered the house this afternoon
” I already told you I’m not attending the wedding, and mum, I’m sad”
” About what?, About the video?, You know I really think you should give Tessa some space” She said
” mum I’m trying but what if I just can’t?, I can’t get her off my heart or head, I think of her all day and only God knows how much I missed our fights and arguments, she’s avoiding me like seriously, I haven’t seen her since the incident even when we attend the same school” I replied
“wait, you think of her all the time even when you don’t mean to?”
” Yes mum”
” You miss her?”
” Yes”
” You can’t get her off your mind and head, even your heart?”
” Yes”
” Whoa!, My son has finally been bitten by the love bug” she exclaimed
” Really?”
” Yes you’re in love!”

“good evening ma’am” I greeted madam Yvonne as I entered the mansion this evening
“Tessa how have you been?”
“I’m gud ma’am”
“Tessa, I called you here to apologise on behalf of Olly, he just left here, that’s why I decided to talk to you, please I know it’ll be dangerous to talk to him cos of chairman Alec but please, he’s hurt by your silence, do try to talk to him”
” But ma’am, my dad will…
“I was thinking of asking your dad to resign as a driver and work for me in my office instead” she interrupted
” But my dad is…an illiterate” I replied surprisingly
“It doesn’t matter, he can just be receiving adult education while working as my deputy
“Deputy???”
“Yes”
“Madam…
” Tell your dad about it and please, Olly is hurting”
” I’ll do something ma’am” I replied as I left her house hurriedly

“What!” Mrs Yvonne really said that?” Dad asked as I got home and told him
“yes dad so what do you say?” I asked
“Do you want me to take it?” He asked
“Of course dad, it’s better than being a driver for chairman, you’ll also get to take adult education” I replied and hugged him
The thought of Olly clouded my head again
I think I really know what this means now
? Jung Nora ?
“Have you contacted Jerome already?” I asked my PA
“Yes ma’am, he said he’ll get here by next week or probably the week after” he replied and I sipped my wine
I really think taking her out of the way is the only way to have Olly all to myself…they should enjoy the little time they have before Jerome will come and clear her off
Wanna know who Jerome is?, He’s an a$$assin from Japan and I’m assigning him to kill her… Tessa!

I sighed as I thought about what Tessa told me about Loretta again, I honestly didn’t notice Loretta or anything but she’s crushing on me?, Incredible!
Its obvious I like Tessa so why all these?, Why will Loretta like me?
Should I tell her I don’t like her?, No that’ll sound too harsh..then what should I do??
I suddenly sighted Tessa heading towards the cafeteria, seems like she’s searching for someone
I walked up to her
“Hey”
“Looking for someone?” I asked
“Oh yeah” she replied absentmindedly
Then some students came to post papers on the notice board
We and the others rushed to see it
It’s about the prom night, it’s coming up next week Friday yay!
“I can’t wait” I said but she kept searching with her eyes
Just then, Olly came out of the GOLD classroom and her face lit up
She left me and ran to him
She pulled him to the swimming hall
?? Tessa ??
I should have gone to fetch him in his class but I want it to be just the two of us when reconciling
I pulled him to the swimming hall not minding Teddy…I can see the look of hope on Olly’s face
I decided to act like I’m still gonna avoid him, to see how he’s gonna act you know
“I just took you here to really tell you to stay away from me, stop reporting me to Mrs Yvonne, Even if you report, nothing is gonna work out, we’re not friends again” I said, so stern that I almost laughed
His expression changed from hopeful to hopeless as I turned my back to go
“Tess please…I feel lonely” he said, sniffing
“Since when did we know each other that you’re feeling lonely alre…..
I hadn’t finished that Statement as I looked back and saw him crying!
Crying???, Olly is seriously crying???
“Oliver…
” Tess please, can we resume being friends again?” He asked as he tried dabbed his face with his hanky
I smiled and went closer to him
“Are we even friends before?, We always fight you silly nodule, come here” I said and hugged him tightly…my heart…is beating.. loudly!
First time hug and i like it!
I think this just confirmed how I feel
