CHAPTER 10
The car stopped in front of a huge building with ‘Mexico city prison’ written on it.
Brittany got down the car together with the two female cops who accompanied her. They ushered her in the building.
Brittany just looked round the area in silence. The area was calm and kind of creepy to her. She stopped in front of a table.
“Remove all your jewelries and put it in this box” A female cop said.
Brittany slowly began removing all the jewelries she was putting on. Her earrings, bracelet, hairpin.
She removed her necklace and looked at it for a while. It was given to her by her mother, that was the last thing she gave her.
She kssed it and also placed it in the box. The cop who came with her took her to another room.
She was handed a cardboard and was asked to stand in front of the camera. Her picture was taken.
After that, her uniform was handed to her. She went into a room and changed then handed her former dresses to the cop who disposed of it.
After that, she was now taken to her prison cell. On her way to her prison cell, Brittany’s eyes darted left and right..
In the various prison cell she passes, scary women who looked at her like they wanted to kll her.
Brittany immediately looked front, avoiding their gazes..
? Look! A new girl!!
? She’s pretty… And looks soft!! Interesting
? She must be from a rich family..
The various women in their cells commented loudly to Brittany’s hearing. They stopped in front of a cell amd opened it.
“Here’s were you’ll be staying” The female cop said
Brittany slowly walked in the cell. She could see four beds in there. Three were already occupied with some stuffs so the fourth one was hers.
The cop finally removed her handcuffs before leaving.
Brittany looked round the area. Looks like her cell mates aren’t around since there’s no one in here..
She slowly sat down on the empty bed and hugged her knees to herself…
Everything still seems like a dream to her. If someone told her that she’ll wake up yesterday morning to this nightmare, she’ll call the person a liar.
Just within a blink of an eye, she ended up in prison. She just got disowned and she lost her fiancé. Her career is surely in the mud right now.
She has no friend, no family, no lover, no career… And maybe no future at all!!
Brittany closed her eyes as tears made its way out of her eyes.. This is too much for only her to bear alone.

MEGAN’S HOSPITAL**
Valerie and Hailey sat down in front of the ER, waiting for the results. Valerie bit her fingers anxiously.
The door finally opened and Valerie was the first to stand up..
“Doc how’s my father” Valerie asked.
“Well his condition is stable now but we found out that he is suffering from heart problems” The doctor said.
“Oh no…” Valerie covered her mouth.
“Not to worry, it’s not yet that severe. He just need to respect a strict medication we’ll give him and he’ll be okay” The doctor said.
Valerie and Hailey sighed in relief..
“Can I see him?” Valerie asked.
“Not now, the patient needs to recover from the shock he received today” The doctor said.
“Okay doc, thanks so much” Hailey said, holding Valerie’s shoulder.
The doctor smiled and nodded before leaving..

Savannah gasped as she saw the news. This can’t certainly be true..
“No!, she can’t be guilty… No” Savannah said and shook her head.
She just finished her first ever photoshoots and even though she’s never done it, she still managed to pull through… Beginner’s luck.
The other models present with her kept murmuring as their eyes stayed glued on their screen.
They were busy watching the video of how Brittany’s fan made to attack her
? Honestly, I never like this Brittany

Savannah folded her fists tightly and picked her handbag then left in order not to do something crázy.

“A new girl?”
“Yeah! She’s the beauty that everyone keeps talking about”
Brittany kept hearing people talking in her sleep. She slowly opened her eyes and met two persons looking at her closely.
“Ahh!!” She shrieked and shifted away from them.
“She’s also a scaredy cat… That’s cute!!” One of them said.
“Who… Who are you?” Brittany asked.
“We’re the messenger of God who came to take you to heaven” The one with short hair said and rolled her eyes.
The other girl sI.apped her head.
“Shut up Paula!” She said and turned to Brittany.
“I’m Reagan… And this is Paula. We’re your roommates” Reagan smiled and stretched her hands to her.
Brittany slowly accepted her handshake.
“I’m Brittany” Brittany said.
“We know… We saw you on TV” Reagan said.
“Never thought a cute face as yours will ever be involved in such illegal business” Paula said and sat down on Brittany’s bed.
“I didn’t do it..” Brittany frowned.
“The cute girl can frown.. That’s cute” Paula taunted her.
Reagan shook her head while looking at Paula. Reagan is the sweetest of them all but don’t take her sweetness for weakness while Paula is the hard one, a lè$bian though…
“Thought I had three cell mates” Brittany asked.
“Oh well yeah. There’s the third” Reagan pointed at the upper bunk bed opposite them.
Someone was laying there, obviously sleeping..
“She’s the oldest among us three… She hardly speaks to anyone here but we heard she was once a doctor before landing in here that’s why we call her Doc since no one knows her name” Paula said and laid down on Brittany’s bed.
“I see” Brittany muttered.
The bells suddenly began ringing…
“Lunchtime! I’m starving” Paula immediately stood up, same as Reagan.
“Let’s go cute girl… Or you mean to tell me you don’t eat “local” food” Paula said.
Reagan just shook her head. Brittany stood up and looked at the person sleeping before following them.
At least she has nice roommate in here, that’s better than living in constant fear of her life..
They got to the lunchroom and went to collect their food. Brittany tried as much as possible to ignore the stares she was getting from the other prisoners..
“So… What made you guys end up here?” Brittany finally started a conversation with them as they sat down.
“Well mine I klled my boss… He tried ràping me but unlucky for him he tried ràping a psycho… Unfortunately, the law got it twisted and boom! I landed in here… Funny right?” Paula narrated while stuffing her mouth with food.
“And you are okay with it?” Brittany said, forcing herself to eat the food. The food was half cooked and wasn’t even tasty.
“Well yeah! Not like I had a life out there… At least here I get free food and women to fk” Paula said.

“Oh..” Brittany said understanding what sxuality she is.
“Well mine… I got caught in an illegal brothel house together with some group of women and boom! We were sent here… I’ll be set free the day some good Samaritan who remembers I exist come bail me out and so far, I have no family so..” Reagan shrugged sadly.
“Sorry..” Brittany muttered.
“Enough of the sad story! Let’s talk about something fun… Hey cute girl tell us more about you” Paula said.

“Okay well..” Brittany began narrating to them.
She paused when she heard murmurs and they turned to the direction.
They saw a muscular woman with tattoos all over her body and three of her minions tailing behind her
She sat down on a seat meant just for her and two other women came and began massaging her back and foot while she ate her food while smoking at the same time.

“Who’s she?” Brittany asked, looking at the woman.
“That’s Jane but we call her ‘The Dvil’.. She’s the strongest here making people respect and fear her, even some of the cops here.. Never in your wildest dream cross path with her. If you see her coming by, just hide” Reagan said.
“Oh please! She’s not that strong at all… The only person I respect in here is Doc have you seen her fight” Paula said.
“Stop saying nonsense” Reagan snapped.

Brittany was still looking at the Jane girl when Jane looked directly at her. She immediately looked away.
“Who’s that girl?” Jane gestured at Brittany who was talking to Reagan and Paula.
“A newbie… She arrived today” One of her minions replied.
Jane smoked and puffed out smoke from her mouth and nose before smirking..
“I want her in my bed before 8pm tonight.
