Even though I knew deep down I wasn’t really that happy about what happened between I and Alfredo.
He believed that girl and called me a liar. It hurts a lot and the fact that he hugged her in front of me really triggers my anger more. I hope he doesn’t leave me for her.
I turned to the other side of the bed and closed my eyes to sleep, Alfredo wasn’t asleep yet and he wasn’t in the bed either.
He was sitting on his study table pressing some stuffs on his desktop and then I saw him turned the desktop??off and he stood up from the chair and walked towards the bed while I pretended to be asleep.
He turned the lights? off and then covered himself with the duvet.
2 mins later??
I thought he was asleep already but I felt his hands on my body. They were moving slowly through my body which I found unpleasant. I was still angry and upset at him?
He kept pacing his hands on my skin and then he got to my boobs and that was when I had to stop him.
“What’s your problem?” I said and turned on the lantern.
“Nothing… So you’re not asleep yet?”
“Leave me alone” I said.
“Nicky? Why are you so upset?”
“Are you seriously asking me that trash? Why won’t I be? You took sides with that stranger and even yelled at me in her presence. You even called me a liar, be sincere, have I ever lied to you before?????”
“No” he replied with guilt.
“But you called me a liar and the most annoying thing was that you hagged her? Seriously?”
“I’m sorry. Just that seeing her in tears really did have an impact in my soul and It made me jump into conclusion.
Besides I still don’t see any truth in what you said, Viviana can’t possibly say all that to you”
“Here we go again?????…. You’re still calling me a liar”
“No I’m not but…”
“Just forget it. You can go to bed. yeah! I was lying if that’s what you wanna hear” I said and laid on the bed still upset.
“Nicky come on! Put yourself in my shoes, who do you want me to believe? Viviana said she never did any of those things and you said she did, who then will I believe?”
“Me! I’m your wife and soulmate and you know me more than you know her. You just met her yesterday”
“Okay, I’m soo sorry. Forgive me pls”
“I’ll think about that” I replied.
“Really?”
“Yeah”
“Thanks”
“Yeah, Whatever”
?Alfredo?
?Next day?
I didn’t go to work today cos the atmosphere and weather was really something to frown at.
It was raining right in the middle of summer and that really got me angry, I had a lot of things to do at the office plus I have a conference around 3 to attend to.
I couldn’t leave home cos the rain was much, and it might even cos a flood or something.
I was in the sitting room going through my news feed when Viviana came in. She was wearing a hoodie which I assumed to be among the cloths I ordered for her.
She greeted me and then sat next to me, she sat really so close to me.
“Viviana could you please shift a little, I don’t think my wife would be happy seeing us sit this close to each other”
“Okay, I’ll go back to my room then” she said and stood up.
“I didn’t say you should leave. I only said that you should shift or maybe sit in a different couch”
“I know. But I’ll prefer going back to my room”
“Okay” I replied.
“Have you had breakfast?” i asked her.
“Yes I have. I can fix you something to eat, if you want. Its obvious your wife isn’t awake? yet”
“You can. But if it isn’t a burden to you”
“No it isn’t” she said and left for the kitchen.
I shrugged and continued doing what I was doing.
?Viviana?
I entered the kitchen and went through the stuffs in there. I just wanted to prepare something easy and fast. And bacon, toasted bread and eggs isn’t really that bad.
So I started with the breads first, and then the eggs before the bacon….
?Alfredo?
I was watching a movie when Nicky came downstairs fully clean and on a black long gown with her swollen tummy which I didn’t like and didn’t find attractive.
But she’s still my wife and I love her so much. Besides she’s carrying my baby in there ?? and I just can wait to be a proud father of a lovely son and beautiful sweet wife?
“Alfredo I’m really sorry for waking this late, I’m so sorry”
“Nicky, there’s no problem”
“You haven’t eaten right and why didn’t you leave for work today?”
“The rain?? ”
“Yeah that. I’ll go prepare something for you now”
“It ain’t necessary, Viviana is on it”
“Ooh”
“Just relax okay. And you don’t have to stress yourself my darling”
“Thanks” she said and I pecked? her.
After breakfast?
We three were all in the sitting room watching a home movie which was really interesting.
Nicky was by my side while Viviana was sitting in a different chair.
We were watching the movie with keen interest till Nicky said she was pressed and wanted to use the restroom.
She stood up and left… After about 6 mins we heard a quick scream….
I and Viviana exchanged glances and then we both ran to the stair way, we hurriedly climbed it and then met her in front of our door.
She was on the floor with her tummy facing the ground and she was also bleeding,she had collapsed.
I began to panic and then I looked at the floor which was filled with water ….. She slipped??????
“Oh My God”
