Chapter 80
Evelyn turned on the shower before stepping into it, and she mo.aned softly as the cold water came in contact with her body.
After cooking, she came to take her bath, and Martin is probably getting dressed now.
The bathroom door opened, and Evelyn quickly turned around, only to see Martin standing there. She gasped, trying to cover herself.
She didn’t even know where to cover. Martin just stood, staring at her body while licking his lips.
“What on earth are you doing here?” she screamed and used the soap to h!t him on the face, making him groan.
“That hurt like hell,” she groaned, rubbing her eyes, and quickly used the towel to cover herself.
“What on earth are you doing here?” she screamed, and Martin flinched as he rubbed the soap off his eyes.
“Hmmm, I think I missed my way. I will get going,” he said and rushed out of the bathroom, and Evelyn just scoffed.
She can’t believe he just saw her nked. Probably he had seen some parts of her body, but he had never seen her fully nked before.
“But he just did,” Evelyn screamed as she realized what had just happened.
“You jerk!” Evelyn yelled as she rushed out of the bathroom with a towel tied around her.
“I am sorry,” Martin said with a hidden smirk on his lips.
He probably did that on purpose.
“Seriously, Martin,” she yelled, htting his chest, and Martin grabbed hold of her hand.
“If you’re not careful, your towel will fall down,” Martin said in a teasing tone, and Evelyn gasped, moving away from him and glaring at him at the same time, while Martin burst into laughter, making poor Evelyn red with embarrassment.

“Wow, the food is really tasty. You are good at this, babe,” Martin said as he took a bite from the chicken, and Evelyn smiled.
She was really scared that Martin wouldn’t like the food.
“I’m glad you like it,” Evelyn said, and Martin just winked at her.
“About what happened just now, I just wanted to let you know I did it on purpose,” he said, and Evelyn scoffed.
“Don’t remind me of that,” Evelyn said, covering her face, and Martin burst into laughter.
“Welcome, boss,” some of the staff greeted as he walked past them with Evelyn beside him, but he didn’t answer as always.
They walked into Martin’s office, only to see Charlotte sitting down, pressing her phone.
“What on earth are you doing here early?” Martin asked, kind of surprised, but she just ignored him and then hugged Evelyn.
“Thank you for giving my brother another chance,” she whispered, and Evelyn just smiled as she reciprocated the hug.

At least his parents might not like her, but she knows for sure that Charlotte loves her.
“Seriously, Charlotte? You left your brother to hug someone else,” Martin said, faking a hurt expression, and Evelyn chuckled.

“Are you jealous now?”
“Big bro,” Charlotte called and hugged him tightly, which he reciprocated immediately.
“I missed you,” she said, and Martin rolled his eyes before kssing her forehead.

“Missed you too, kiddo,” he replied, hugging her softly, and Evelyn just smiled as she stared at the siblings.
You could really tell that they both missed each other.
