Episode 48
” It turn out positive,” Miguel gave his dad the test results.
” Positive.. so Kamil is your brother? Julianna asked.
“He’s not my brother mom. He’s the bastard child of dad from his Mistress. I don’t have any sibling aside from Nadine,” Miguel said and with that he left.
” He’s still angry with me,” Josie said with a sad face.
“It turn out positive? Nadine asked as the collect the paper and read through it.
“The family you so much want to protect and keep a good reputation is already ruin. It still won’t change the fact that your bastard child is a criminal and will be going to prison anytime soon. Isn’t that enough reason to tarnished your precious image and reputation in the society. You’re not actually what you show yourself dad. Maybe you’re just a man whore back then and your dirty life is starting to affect us…
“Nadine.. you can’t talk to him that way, he’s still your dad,” Julianna caution her.
“A dad who only cares about himself. Now tell me mom if it was you or Miguel or Me that did such thing dad would have disowned that person. Remember how he deprived me of my happiness from being with Lorenzo, reasons because of the company and for his reputation so that on one will insult his personality and family. He’s so self centered and doesn’t care about my own feelings and now that his mess is criculating faster than anything you want me to support him. Never! Nadine yelled at him and walked out in anger.
Julianna looked at him feeling so pity already.
“I know I made a big mistake. Nadine is right.. I wasn’t a good father. I was only concern about material things and not you nor my children. I should have accepted Lorenzo for Nadine, I should have support them at any slight chances I’ve got but I was only concern about the name, “the Montes” and not about the people involved… I will own up to my mistakes and set things right,” Josie said trying to hold back his tears.
Julianna was already in tears because she has never seen Josie so broken this way.
“You remember how Sonia almost ruin our home and we stood together and fight her that’s exactly what we will gonna do now. Miguel and Nadine are just angry am sure they’ll come around,” Julianna cooed.
” We have each other now Josie, for better for worst till death do us part. We will sail through this,” she assured him giving him a brim of hope. Atleast he have his dear wife by his side.
Before they go back inside the court to continue the case Josie went to Kamil and showed him the results.
“Your mom is right and for all this years I never knew I had a son somewhere. If only I did, i would have own up to my mistakes and accept my responsibilities as your father.
I would have taken you away from your eviI mom because she destroyed your life and I can say she’s one of the reasons you’re in such mess today,” he said.
” You had no idea what mom and I passed through while you were out there enjoying yourself with your so called wife and kids,” Kamil fired back at him angrily.
” And you also had no idea that your mom never tell me about you all those years because she was scared and wanted by the police. She ran over Julianna with a car and we lost our unborn baby, Julianna almost died so I had to get her arrested not knowing your mom was pregnant with you at that time. She ran away and never showed up till few months back.
Probably back to destroy my family and children and you wouldn’t blame me if I get angry at her. Am sorry for not been there for you as a father should and am sorry we have to meet in this condition of yours due to the bad things you did.
Am still your father and you’re still my son and nothing will change that fact. I hope we would get to make it up to each other someday,” he said then walked back inside with Julianna.
Kamil stood speechless not knowing what to say. Maybe the beginning of his problem all started with his mother. He wondered

Back inside the court?..
Everyone was quietly sitting, waiting to hear from the judge.
“After listening to all the statements, evidence and witnesses presented here the accused Audrey and Kamil still plead ‘not guilty’. So we can’t proceed with the final judgement until a concrete evidence is brought here to proof Kamil actually has a hand in what happened to Cassie and Audrey was actually the one that stabbed her,” the judge said while Sonia smirked from where she was sitting. Audrey and Kamil felt so relief hearing that because they knew there can never be any evidence of their bad doings.
They always clean up whatever mess they do without leaving trace nor evidence so Cassie can’t win it this time around.
“Thank you my lord. I would say the witness here might be testifying falsly just to tarnish the image of my clients. If they really mean what they say, they have to present a concrete evidence to the court to claim their accusation and also what their witness is saying,” their attorney defended.
Cassie stood up angrily wondering what evidence they need again, not now that she thought everything will soon be over.
” I have the evidence…,” A male voice spoke as he walked into the court with Mrs Fiona, his mom behind him and his brother Alex.
“My real name is Tony Rudolph but everyone knows me as Dave, Kamil’s bodyguard.
Everyone was shocked and was wondering what evidence he actually have.
Kamil was shocked to see him, he felt so scared and lose hope already because with Dave in the picture he will definitely go to prison.
“Dave,” Ann stood up from where she was seating as their eyes meet. This time he looks so different from the Dave she use to know, he looks so rich and handsome and she wondered who truly is this guy.
“He was the one that rapped my only sister Maria and it was Audrey that klled her,” he said bitterly while everyone gasped.
” I was also out for revenge.. and that’s why I came in desguise to be his bodyguard,” he said while Ann was surprised to hear that.
” You’re already fucked up Kamil,” Kamil whisper to himself. Of all his guards Dave was the only one he trusted.
“My mom is the only one staying in the Philippines and that’s because of the company my dad left for her before he died. I work in Mexico and live there with my brother Alex and my sister Maria is a final year student in the university.
After her final exams she came to visit my mom here but had to stay for few months to help her with few things in the company. She meet with Kamil one evening in the club and from there he thought she was one of those cheap whore he could catch so easily. Maria was no match for him because she knows her value and doesn’t fall for cheap loose dogs like Kamil. She was a tough one to get and Kamil felt disrespected, always boosting to get whoever girls he want in the province. He set a trap for Maria and brvtally rapped her and after that his stvpid wife went ahead and klled her with a silencer.
The think the succeeded in deleting the CCTV footage in the hotel the incident happened but it wasn’t all that was erased. I had to rushed down from Mexico and I promise to avenge the de.ath of my only sister and the only way to do that to get close to the animal inorder to have enough evidence to send him to jail so I had to apply to be his bodyguard and aside from that I also had a CCTV footage of what actually happened to Cassie when Audrey took her away to their ware house and st.ab her,” he said while everyone was shocked hearing that.
Alex, his brother opened his bag and removed a laptop then gave it to the judge.
“Not only that I have enough evidence to back up whatever am saying. I planted a camera in Kamil’s office and also his bedroom with Audrey. I recorded a lot of our conversations on what he told me about Cassie and also how he rapped Maria and Audrey klled her, he doesn’t know am Maria’s brother,” Dave said in rage as he look at Kamil and their eyes meet.
The judge played the recording and Kamil’s voice came in saying how he used Cassie for his political game and how they klled her, same thing with Maria too, he told him how he raped Maria and that night they got into a fight with Audrey which make her finished off Maria with a silencer gvn, he also say how much he don’t like Audrey too and how he destest her and her dad already.
The voice recording was loud to everyone’s hearing and it was Kamil’s voice everyone could hear. Audrey heart shattered into pieces when she heard Kamil saying those bad things about her.
“So he doesn’t love me all this while too,” she thought so angrily as she glare at Kamil.
The judge, went ahead and play the CCTV footage of how Audrey klled Maria and how she stabbed Cassie that fateful evening they kidnapped her.
Cassie felt so relief.. she wondered how Dave got that footage not even in her wildest dreams have she taught of this.
“He was also on a mission to avenge the de.ath of his sister,” she wondered.
Kamil and Audrey has done more harm than good to many innocent people.
They was a loud murmur as everyone watch the CCTV footage. Kamil and Audrey knew there end has come indeed Dave was smart to have gather such information and record each of their conversation and still followed up to the hotel that incident happened and also the old ware house where they almost klled Cassie.
“This is exactly what we need,” the judge said and everywhere was quiet… Waiting to hear the final judgement…
