Episode 105
There was genuine pain in his eyes along with care for a friend.
“So… You have stopped looking for her?” I queried.
“Hmmm… You can’t find a person who doesn’t need to be found. I haven’t given up on us. I never will. All I need is a chance.
It’s easy to fall in Love, but it’s very difficult to maintain it… And most importantly to prove it…. And no one knows that better than you….”
“Hey!!! Jaai…. Jaai….”
We heard Ahana calling.
“Ansh…. Actually she should be calling you, but she isn’t. So make sure it’s your name next time.
Can you see those cute dimples? Make sure you see more of them. And I am pretty sure your baby is going to inherit that from its Momma.”
“Yup….. That I am sure…”
Ahana signaled Jaai to help her with something. He signaled back that he is coming in 2 minutes.
“You’re not coming, Ansh?”
“Nope… An important work came up. Can you drop Ahana home?”
He looked a bit puzzled.
“Are you sure?”
“Never been this better….”
He nodded, but as he was about to leave, I called him.
“Jaai…”
“Yes…..” He said turning towards me.
At once I hugged him tightly.
“You are a nice guy.
And I am sure Ahana is very lucky to have you as a friend…… And I hope I find one in you too. ”
” Definitely…”

AHANA’S POV
I was a bit upset with what happened between Ansh and me the night before. But then I felt my heart lighten. It felt good now.
As if something heavy was shifted from my shoulders. I don’t know why it felt that way.
I chuckled when I saw Ansh gaping at me while we were going to the orphanage.
I know I was looking beautiful, but the credits as always go to Fray. She always does a wonderful job.
But even Ansh looked charming. His jet black hair neatly done along with his original grey suit. He looks so formal although he wasn’t wearing a tie.
I noticed the change in his attitude.
From the last half an hour or 45 minutes, I was watching Ansh and Jaai involved in a deep conversation.
I couldn’t make out what was going on. Their expressions didn’t convey much.
” Ahana, can you call someone for help? We need to transfer these boxes in,” Ma called me while I was busy with the kids.
I called Jaai. Just when he was about to come towards me, I saw that Ansh hugged him and Jaai was returning the gesture. God! What happened overnight? How is that possible?
Just then I remembered a quote,
‘ Nothing is Impossible Coz Impossible itself says, I M Possible….’
But God!! Deciphering Ansh’s attitude is actually Impossible.
” Hey, Jaai. What was going on there?” I was damn curious.
” Hmm.. So you were watching or should I say Spying. A bit of Bromance… By the way, your husband definitely has a Heart.”
I gave him a ‘Whatever Look’.
” Jaai… Help me please…” Ma called us.
” Where did Ansh go?” I questioned after I noticed his absence.
” He said that he had some urgent work.”
I wasn’t satisfied, but then I ignored it for a while.

After an hour, we left the orphanage. Ma went home, and Jaai was going to drop me since Ansh left with the car. We distributed the gifts, and I was very happy to see the small kids smile. Soon I am going to have one of my own. I am definitely excited.
But then my restless mind went back to Ansh again. I didn’t know he had some meeting. I don’t think he had one.
” Jaai, seriously, you don’t know where did Ansh go? Coz, I know he didn’t have any scheduled meetings. Should I call Jen?” I asked him, stopping the train of my thoughts.
” Missing, someone.. Are we?”
” What…… The way you two were behaving today, it looked like you were some long lost friends. ”
” Come on… Now…. Ahana…. CONFESS …… ”
” What CONFESS …. ”
” Stop all this. Tell me, you have feelings for your husband. You can’t tolerate his absence. ” He was elbowing me now.
” What rubbish? If he went somewhere without informing me, am I not supposed to inquire. He is so irresponsible. ”
” Yay!! Surely…. That’s why he has a car following us constantly. ”
What??? A turned to look behind through the rear glass.
A saw a black SUV with the Raichand’s symbol on it. It surely must be his set of bodyguards.
” God!! J… Stop the car. Now… ”
” But why?? ”
” Ansh can’t do this every time. I am fed up now. He never trusts me. See… He has sent his spies again.
This is too much. Although I told him everything, he still doesn’t trust me. ”
“Hana…. Relax. He trusts you more than he trusts himself, but he just doesn’t want to take a risk. He doesn’t trust the circumstances. Ansh asked me to take you home and then texted me about it.
The bodyguards are following for your safety and for the baby’s.”
“J….. Why?? How can you be like this? And why did he tell you?”
“Okay!! Fine… Maybe he knows I am good. That isn’t the question now. Instead, you need to tell me, do you like him, right? Or should I say…”
“Jaai…. Shut up….. He is my husband……”
