“Girl, please why are you troubling that innocent girl? How could you do this to her? Do you know how she has suffered coz of Nicolas? “Nneche asked.
“Who cares if she has shed blood or not? All we care about is our victory”hariet said taking a sip of her wine.
“By the way, Nneche, whose side are you? “Cindy asked her.
“You know what girls, I am not a bird with the same feathers as yours, I have a heart and blood runs in my veins, can you just for once put yourself in her shoes and feel how she feels now? I guess you cannot put yourself in her shoes coz all you care about is money, money and money, from today onwards, count me out of this your group”nneche picked up her bag and walked out of the house.

“Let her go, its her choice”Cindy said.

“So, my daughter, whose child are you? “Emily, Nicolas mother asked sonea.
“I am the only child to the minister finance”explained sonea
“Wao, your from a very prestigious family, welcome”Emily said.
Sonea turned to Tionge who was busy reading a news paper.
“Dad”called out sonea but got no response.

“Hold it right there miss, who is dad? One thing you have to know is that I will never accept you as my daughter in-law coz there will always be only one daughter in-law in this family and that’s Sophie”said Tionge and Nicolas looked at him
“Dad, its sonia that I love and not Sophie”Nicolas said
“Who cares? Not just anyone is accepted in the Rocne family, excuse me”said tionge while walking away
“Don’t mind him my love”Nicolas said to sonea
Sophie tries the best she could to change Nicolas mind buy it was all in vain, his personal driver, Tony, promise and Tionge also tried their part but Nicolas was impossible.

I entered the Rocne mansion and my ears almost go deaf with the sound. I found Sonia whining her waist like a snake, upon seeing me, she paused the music and sat down
“Hi sonea, is Nicolas home? “I asked her but she didn’t respond, she just looked at me from head to toes and hissed.
“I have asked you a question”I said and she looked at me.
“Can’t you see that I am the only one in this house?”
